Perched just a short walk from the sand, you will have no trouble getting your fill of sweet sunshine. Yet, you may find it difficult to leave the comforts of home base with the furnished deck, large backyard, and a gas grill for summer cookouts!



Inside, this expansive home offers three spacious floors providing plenty of room for larger groups to spread out or gather together. The main, mid-floor will be the hub for entertaining with a fantastic living area complete with a TV, sectional, and access to the deck. While everyone is watching a favorite show, the chef of the group can hop into the full kitchen to prepare tasty snacks and meals using the stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. Lovely vacation home in Myrtle Beach

This place was truly beautiful and as big if not bigger than we originally thought. With a little TLC to a few details like stocking the kitchen better, deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint on the deck and being sure towels and linens are in place, this place would be a 5-star! Our extended family spent a few days and made some truly wonderful memories! Thanks so much!

Nice!

Great place with more than enough room to spread out. Key location in Northern MB in the middle of dozens of golf courses and restaurants. You won't be disappointed!

Great house!

Walking distance to beach! Spacious, great kitchen, awesome sitting areas. Needed a little deep cleaning in areas, but overall clean. Ice cream shop at the corner.

The property is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Rooms are rather large. We were really impressed and liked it. Only the dinning table was too small for all of us to sit around it to eat.

Spacious house

Spacious home within walking distance to beach. Grills for outdoor cooking and most kitchen items one needs. Clothes dryer needs replaced with more efficient one, some appliances were dirty. Overall this was a great house.

Beach trip 2023

The house was beautiful but eveytime I tried to call to report the problems no one answered the maintenance line it just rang and rang until this morning so was a little disappointing.

Overall good

Overall a nice stay. Location is good. The house is within walking distance to the beach. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the driveway to the sand of the beach straight down one road that’s mostly sidewalks (there is a small section where there’s no sidewalk). It’s certainly walkable for most but would be a little bit of a trek for those traveling with toddlers/babies or older adults and beach equipment, so we drove most days and parked (there’s a small lot at the end of the street). The street is a mix of local residents’ older homes and newer rental homes. So you’re not surrounded by tourists. We had some shadier-looking individuals frequently walking around the neighborhood and cutting through a walking path beside the house that leads to the street behind it where there are some apartments and a laundromat. The house is relatively new construction and has an elevator and intercom system. It could use a deep cleaning and touch up painting — the walls are quite scuffed throughout (you can tell they’ve been banged by many suitcases). The electric grill was EXTREMELY dirty - it had been used and never cleaned before being put back in the cabinet. The elevator seems prone to breakdowns: it was broken the day we checked in and we had to be there with a repair person and two days later, it was inoperable again. We have family members with mobility issues, and the elevator was a selling point for us, so not being able to use it for most of our stay was a frustration for us.
