We enjoyed our family time in this amazing home from the arcade to the movie theater to the fire pit. It was a great time for young and old.

Great home away from home!

Communication was great and our stay was seamless! Everything as very thoughtfully put together, clean, and helped us to have a memorable stay! The game room was perfect for the kids (and adults). The movie room was nice. Definitely recommended! 10/10!

The house was clean, well-labeled, spacious, quiet, and close to downtown Lake George. The arcade games, movie theatre, bar, and TVs in almost every room provides entertainment for all ages. The backyard was larger than we expected which allows for yard games or sitting by the fire pit. The driveway is small so if you have more than 2 cars you’ll need to park in the cul-de-sac. We were notified to move our vehicles there when we originally parked in the street out front. Prudence, the property manager, was very organized and easy to reach if we had any questions.We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property for anybody with a group or family no larger than 10 people.

I rented this property to stay with friends during my wedding weekend. The property itself is gorgeous, and everything was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the experience surrounding our stay.I was upfront when booking that I would be in town for my wedding, and I was not made aware of any specific restrictions regarding the number of cars at the property or people stopping by. We had only 7 overnight guests, which was fully disclosed and within the reservation.On the morning of my wedding, a few additional friends stopped by for a short period of time, and because everyone had traveled in from different parts of the state, we had several cars. The driveway could not accommodate all of them, so a few were parked along the dead-end street. That evening, on my wedding night, I received repeated calls and messages threatening to remove us from the property because there had been more than 10 people there earlier and because of the number of cars.Had these restrictions been clearly communicated ahead of time, we absolutely could have planned accordingly. Being contacted and threatened with removal on my wedding night over rules I had not been made aware of was incredibly frustrating. The home itself is beautiful, but based on our experience, I would not recommend this property for a wedding weekend or similar group stay.

Movie Room!

An absolutely amazing property. New, furnishings were very nice and you will not find a better basement! The movie room with lazy boy reclinersy were wonderful. We had a great time.

Family Vacation

What a lovely experience from start to finish. We were able to access the property 5 hours early. The owner allowed us to use the movie theater and game room, even though it wasn't a part of our original booking package. Beautifully modeled home that was the perfect mixture of modern and cozy. The two queen size bedrooms were large enough to accommodate a family of four; including a blow up toddler air mattress and pack n play. The spacious shared common rooms, made for great areas to lounge and unwind after a day of exploring Lake George. There were plenty of storage closets, and the home came furnished with starting supplies. The location of the home was close to all the things we had planned: outlets, steamboat company, shopping in town, the great escape. Quick drives to each location. The property manager was very friendly, and easily accessible, getting back to us and answering all our questions quickly.

Very nice home

Overall the house was beautiful and brand new. all the amenities were brand new. it felt like we were the first people there. The house was pretty much stocked with what we needed however I would make some suggestions on some added Pantry items as basics. The location of the house was okay in relation to Lake George however it was off a pretty busy street. The backyard still needs some work which I assume is still a work in progress. There were some minor issues such as the remote for the TV didn't work in one bedroom-battery dead, no batteries anywhere; the noise in the house from doors opening and closing was kind of a nuisance at night and it seemed the ac turned off at night in side bedrooms. Lastly parking says for 6 cars but 3 seemed to be max. But my family enjoyed the home and would stay there again.

My family, along with two other families, recently rented this stunning vacation home that exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how absolutely beautiful the house was everything looked brand new, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed. The modern decor and high-end finishes gave it a luxurious yet welcoming feelThe highlight for us was the incredible downstairs area, which was an absolute paradise for the kids (and let’s be honest, the adults too!). The game room was a massive hit, packed with activities that kept the boys entertained for hours.They couldn’t get enough of it! The movie room was equally impressive, with plush seating and a big screen that made our family movie nights feel like a trip to the cinema. It was the perfect space for everyone to unwind after a day of adventures. Everything was well-maintained, and the amenities were top-notch, making our stay seamless and stress-free.This vacation home was a dream—perfect for multiple families looking to create memoriesThe back deck was another lovely feature with a nice seating area however, it overlooks the backyard, which was right on the main road while the landscape is pretty the constant noise from passing cars was so loud that it was difficult to hold conversations, which was disappointing. A minor flaw everything else was amazing

Absolutely incredible stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I just got back from a girls trip to Lake George and we stayed at this vacation home and wow, it was PERFECT. The house is beautiful, super spacious, and immaculately clean, which we really appreciated. The layout was great for a group with plenty of room for everyone to spread out, but also tons of cozy spots to hang out together. Location-wise, it doesn’t get better. We were just a few minutes from Lake George Village, so it was super easy to pop into town for lunch, drinks, shopping, or a walk by the lake. Million Dollar Beach was a quick drive away too — we spent one afternoon there and it was amazing. Inside the house, the amenities were next-level. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. All the bedrooms were super comfortable, and it was a nice bonus that they each had their own Smart TVs. The bathrooms were spotless. But honestly, the basement stole the show. The movie theater down there is perfection! It has huge comfy recliners, an amazing sound system, and a massive screen. Between that, the bar, arcade games, and darts, we barely wanted to leave the house! The outdoor space was also awesome. Such a great fire pit area! If you're planning a getaway with friends (or family), I 100% recommend this place. It checked every single box and made for such a fun, relaxing trip. We already want to come back next summer!

Great House but VRBO Didn't Disclose ongoing Construction

The house overall was very nice and the proximity to the lake was just what we needed. It was very clean and we enjoyed the open floor plan and the part of the house we had access to. It's just unfortunate that the photos and description of the house didn't show that the entire lower part of the house wouldn't be available to us because it was being renovated. The permit posted on the sliding door indicated that the permit was issued in April (3 months prior to our arrival) ... plenty of time for someone to post updated photos and a description of what my family could expect (maybe reached out to me). My family likes to make use of the yard and based on the photos we saw online we planned on being able to be able to walk out of the lower level to use the back yard. There is a very steep drop in the property when walking from the front door to the backyard and we didn't get to enjoy the back yard as we wanted to. Getting drinks, food and the bathroom meant hiking back up the hill to the front door which was a big inconvenience. When the construction is completed, I'm sure any renters will really enjoy the house and all it has to offer, I just wish that the people at VRBO had disclosed all the details of what was going on at the house before we committed to book it.
