This spacious apartment (No. 42) in the newly built Villa Düne is located directly on the promenade of the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe, just under 100 meters from the white sandy beach, which stretches for 7 km between Sellin and Göhren. The name “Baaber Strand” is reflected in the design of this spacious vacation apartment. The thoughtful furnishings in every room feature a light, open design that uses natural and light colors to evoke the beach and the sea, harmonizing perfectly with the exceptional location. In addition, special emphasis was placed on the functionality of many custom-made pieces of furniture to ensure guests enjoy a comfortable stay at all times. This non-smoking vacation apartment is a personal retreat, and with its sauna and private garden, it invites you to relax and unwind. From its exceptional first-row location, you can reach the water in just a few steps along the adjacent spa park. From here, you can easily set out on long beach walks, hikes through the Sellin Forest, or bike rides in the Mönchgut Nature Reserve. Shops for daily necessities, cafés, restaurants, playgrounds, and many other vacation activities are also within walking distance.



Villa Düne Apt. 42 Baaber Strand with Terrace & Sauna:

This spacious apartment, with a living area of approximately 80 m² and two bedrooms, is located on the elevated first floor of the building. It features a furnished, covered terrace (facing northeast) with an additional private garden area of approximately 150 m². The apartment is therefore ideal for families or couples with 2 to 4 adults + 1 toddler up to 3 years old in a travel crib. The cozy living and dining room, furnished with select pieces of light oak and color-coordinated upholstery, creates a charming atmosphere that invites you to linger. In the dining area, a long table with an upholstered bench and chairs offers plenty of space to enjoy a delicious meal or spend a fun game night. After a long day at the beach, you can make yourself comfortable in the living area on the armchair or the couch with a reading lamp. Matching side tables, a floor lamp, and a sideboard stocked with a selection of board games and a small vacation library round out the attractive furnishings. A large 65-inch smart TV and surround sound system with access to TV, movies, and music complete the apartment’s diverse amenities. You also have access to accounts for Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Spotify. Below the TV is a practical desk console where you can settle in to write vacation postcards to friends and family. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available. The open kitchenette is equipped with high-quality Miele appliances and, with its glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and all necessary kitchen utensils, leaving nothing to be desired for cooking enthusiasts. All light-filled living and sleeping areas feature floor-to-ceiling windows, sheer curtains, and blackout curtains that can be fully darkened with electric roller shades if needed. From every room, you can step out into the surrounding garden and walk barefoot across the lawn first thing in the morning to enjoy breakfast on the covered terrace with a beach chair while breathing in a breath of sea air. In both bedrooms, comfortable box-spring beds (each 1.80 m x 2.00 m) with full-length toppers and upholstered headboards ensure a deep and restful sleep. Nightstands and large, floor-to-ceiling wardrobes provide optimal use of space. In addition, each bedroom features an additional Smart TV. The master bathroom features a walk-in rain shower and a towel warmer, while the second bathroom includes a sauna. Both bathrooms are equipped with a vanity with drawers and storage compartments, a wall mirror, a toilet, a hair dryer, and makeup mirrors. The entryway and hallway are also designed with thoughtful details to ensure a pleasant stay. A wide bench with drawers, a full-length mirror, a coat rack, and another spacious closet provide plenty of extra space to store beach gear, suitcases, and more. Here you’ll also find, among other things, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing board, a clothes drying rack, and cleaning supplies. The entire apartment is finished with wood-look porcelain tiles. Underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth even on cooler days. All lights are dimmable, so you can adjust the lighting to suit your preferences. Pets are not allowed. The apartment comes with an underground parking space (No. 11 / entry height 2.00 m) equipped with a charging station for electric vehicles, which is conveniently accessible via the elevator. Bicycles can be securely stored in the landscaped outdoor area or in a lockable basement storage room (No. 19). E-bikes can also be charged here. In the building’s basement, there is an additional wellness area with a communal sauna and a relaxation room. A laundry room with washing machines and dryers, operated by coin-operated machines, is available. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.



Check-in is from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
