In the dreamlike backdrop of sea, beach, dune and forest is the house Villa Musica. In this house you can, as the name already shows, let the music run wild. In addition to the high comfort that this chic house offers, the location is almost unique - just a few steps and you have beautiful sandy beach under your feet. An idyll in every season. Lie in the sun in good weather and jump into the refreshing Baltic Sea to cool off. But such a beach day offers you even more variety and is varied. Beach volleyball, surfing, paddle boating, boccia - what your heart desires, you just have to do it! Such as a nice long beach walk. And then enjoy the in-house hot tub, fireplace or sauna. And you will notice this holiday home is an idyll in every season.

Villa Musica 244 - beach park Baabe - approx. 100m sea / beach:
The cozy approx. 85 m² non-smoking holiday home "Villa Musica" with fireplace, sauna and whirlpool is optimally suited for 6 adults + 1 toddler up to 3 years in travel cot.  Through a small entrance hall with wardrobe you enter your beach house. The ground floor is the living / dining area with comfortable leather couch, flat screen TV, receiver and DVD player with four large speakers and connection cable for MP3, smartphone and laptop. You do not have to do without Internet access (WLAN). This is included for you. If you like it a bit more comfortable in the evening, you can light the fireplace in the living room and let the day fade away. The living area is connected to the fitted kitchen, which is equipped with all appliances, as you know it from home, dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and various kitchen utensils. The large dining table seats 6 people. From the living area there is direct access to the open terrace which is equipped with garden furniture. The 1. Bedroom is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a double bed (1,80m x 2,00m) and wardrobe. The large bathroom has a walk-in shower, washing area, toilet, hair dryer, washing machine, sauna and bathtub with whirlpool. A beech wooden staircase leads to the light-flooded upper floor. There are 2 more bedrooms one with 2 single beds (0,90m x 2,00m) and the other with a single bed (0,90m x 2,00m) and a sofa bed (1,20m x 1,85m). Both bedrooms open onto the balcony. In the open gallery you will find a large electric piano, electric drums, acoustic guitar, music stand, metronome, bongos with stand, violin, harmonica and various literature and DVDs. Here you can put your musical talent to the test or just relax on a couch. A second small bathroom with shower, toilet, washing area is also upstairs. The house has underfloor heating in the basement and gas central heating throughout the house. For the younger guests we have 1 x high chair ready. In the annex you can store your beach equipment. On the property of the beach park our guests have a parking space available, which is only a few meters away from the house. You can leave your borrowed or brought bicycles at the house. Pets are not allowed. From the 1. September 2019, a pet is a welcome guest. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for an additional charge or supplement by your own. For packages booked for 2 or more, you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once. The prepayment of consumption costs will be charged according to individual consumption (electricity 0.39 Euro / KWh, water 7.50 Euro / m³ / gas 0.10 Euro / KWh) and refunded after departure. Please note: The houses in Strandpark are located in a biosphere reserve, so barbecuing with an open fire is not permitted in Waldbrandstufe.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
