Relax in our open-concept living areas, modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and outdoor spaces perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

- Comfortable bedrooms and sleep areas for up to 10 people

You'll have access to Bayside's:

- Scenic ponds and waterways

Guests may purchase optional Bayside Resort guest passes during their stay to access additional amenities. Pass fees are set by Bayside and are separate from the rental rate. With guest passes, you'll have access to:
- Multiple indoor & outdoor pools
- Championship Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course (greens fees apply)

From pools and pickleball to kayaking and paddleboarding, golf, fishing, beach and concerts, there's something for everyone. No matter how old they are, they always look forward to coming back.
We love spending time together and creating memories with family and friends. Bayside has become a special place for us to relax, reconnect, and escape the busy pace of everyday life.

We fell in love with this neighborhood because it places us right in between the Sun Ridge Tennis & Recreation Center and The Point, making it easy to enjoy some of the community's most popular amenities.
Just a short walk or bike ride away, the Sun Ridge Tennis & Recreation Center offers outdoor pools 🏊, pickleball courts 🏓, tennis courts, and plenty of activities for guests of all ages. It's one of our family's favorite places to spend the day.
In the other direction, you'll find The Point, a beautiful waterfront gathering place where you can kayak 🚣, paddleboard, enjoy stunning bay views, and relax at 38 Degrees, Bayside's waterfront restaurant and bar. It's the perfect spot to watch the sunset, enjoy a meal with family and friends, or simply take in the scenery.
