Beach House sits on a beautiful 10,000 square foot lot with 130 feet of direct ocean frontage. The home is located on a corner lot with sand surrounding more than half of the home. The home is perfectly located halfway between Waimea Bay and Haleiwa town on Oahu's famous North Shore. The home was originally constructed as the Laniakea Train Station in the late 1800's. The home is raised above the winter surf on large cement pillars and because it was originally constructed many years ago it is built much closer to the beach than most North Shore beachfront homes.

Chuns Reef Beach House has one of the best locations on the North Shore with a beautiful white sandy beach at your doorstep. Once you open the gate, the sand is just steps away. We provide lots of beach toys for the use of our guests including sand chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, soft top surfboards, paddle boards, kayaks, and coolers. Chuns Reef is the best spot for water activities on the North Shore during the calm summer months!!!! The calm summertime reef is perfect for snorkeling, kayaking, stand up paddle board and beginner surf lessons. Tide pools in front of the home can provide hours of exploration for the little ones.

***THIS IS A SHARED PROPERTY. THERE ARE THREE SEPARATE PRIVATE UNITS ON THE PROPERTY*** Each unit is self contained and completely separate from the other units. All units have their own private lanai. You rarely see other guests unless they are in the common areas.

The oceanfront studio is very secluded from the rest of the home and is tucked away on the lower level of the property with an amazing covered beachfront lanai. The oceanfront studio is cut into the lava rocks and is located under the house. Because it is surrounded on three sides by rock, it makes it extremely private. The covered lanai has spectacular beachfront views of the ocean. There is a beautiful hammock, teak bar table and chairs and Balinese daybed located on the lanai to capture the best views of the surf. It is just feet from the sand.

The oceanfront studio is a large studio with a beautiful king teak Balinese canopy bed with a comfortable pillow top mattress. All beds feature down comforters and pillows along with fresh white linens. The studio features a fully equipped kitchenette with countertop burner, Cusinart microwave oven, Cusinart coffee maker and Breville countertop oven. There is a sitting area with a down blend slipcover sofa and 46' Sony flat screen TV. There is a small round teak dining table with 2 chairs. The bathroom features a shower. There is also a childrens bunk bed for two.

The home is furnished with beautiful Balinese furnishings.

High speed wireless internet is provided throughout the property.

There is a front load washer and dryer for guest use. Gas BBQ on the lanai.

There is a shared above ground beachfront jacuzzi and beach toys for the exclusive use of our guests.

1 car parking in the driveway per unit.
