It is a quiet 3 story building with a cozy village-like atmosphere featuring well manicured grounds and a fabulous pool area. As the reviews will tell you, this is one of the nicest units in the building!

Perched on the top floor, our updated condo provides enhanced privacy and a wonderful view of the ocean and the Apache Pier. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or a grill master, there is a well equipped kitchen and a poolside cookout area to enjoy. This condo is well maintained and appointed with amenities to delight both adults and children alike. After all, we cherish our family vacations here too!
