Beautifully renovated one story home directly on the water. Gorgeous hickory floors. Open layout for entertaining. Dining room table for 10. Brand new kitchen and bathrooms. Master bedroom with ensuite bath and walk out access to 32 x 12 enclosed sunroom facing the water. 2nd bedroom with queen bed. 3rd bedroom with bunk beds and additional twin. Large waterside sunroom with terra cotta floors and wet bar. Porch opens to large outdoor patio for enjoying dinner or cocktails or simply watching the sunset, or enjoy reading a book in the hammock. All rooms have brand new furnishings including flat screen TVs, DVD players in Master Bedroom and living room. Wireless internet throughout. House has attached garage for bike storage, fishing gear, etc. Vacationers will find everything they need in the home, from appliances, cookware and glasses to kayaks, horseshoes and games. Let our home be your vacation home...We have taken care of everything!

This was our second time staying at the cottage near St, Michael’s and it was as wonderful as the first time. In fact, it was better. We knew the area and the many pleasures it had to offer as well as all of the amenities of the house such as bike and kayaks. The location of the property is between St. Michael’s and Easton, both destination worthy spots. Charming Oxford is a ferry boat ride away. Do not hesitate to stay here!

We had the most peaceful vacation ever at this lovely home on the water. Most of the time we only ever heard birds, insects and the breeze in the lovely trees. The house itself had everything needed and the neighborhood was perfect for walking. I spent most of my time either in the sunroom (which felt like a screened in porch since all of the sliding doors had screen doors), in the hammock or just sitting outside and enjoying the quiet. We will keep this as a sure thing for a quiet and restful vacation.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean inviting and very comfortable. The hosts were great and very helpful. It was quiet and serene and right on the water. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch. The house was well stocked with everything that you might need. We would definitely stay there again!!

Wonderful getaway!

Vacation Paradise!

Our two week stay on Royal Oak was as close to perfect as it gets! The water front location is ideal for swimming and boating. The kitchen is well stocked with items needed to take advantage of the wonderful take-out options in the area, such as hard crabs. Yum! There is a great selection of games, books and movies for indoor entertainment as well. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet a short drive from the lovely towns of St.Michaels and Easton, which offer a variety of shopping and restaurant options. Our hosts, Stephanie and David, live next door and were attentive when we had questions, but very respectful of our privacy. If you get a chance to stay at this property, by all means take it!

Words do not fully convey the serenity and pleasure we experienced at Stephanie and David’s waterfront cottage. It is even nicer than the descriptions or pictures indicate. Stephanie and David were both incredibly welcoming and helpful for house-related and regional questions. Comfy, beautiful, perfect with our dog in tow, and were were able to host our family and grill and great dinner and enjoy on the patio with the fire pit alight and had all the supplies we needed. Even kayaks and fishing equipment! We would never leave if we didn’t have to. Beds and bathrooms are ample and update and the kitchen dining is terrific. Convenient to St. Michael’s and Easton. Unforgettably wonderful stay!

Royal Oak

Beautiful property with everything needed, and anything else you may want. Enjoyed our stay. Fished right off the dock and enjoyed use of kayak as well. There was ample wood to enjoy the firepit which was enjoyed immensely.

Quiet, peaceful getaway!

Beautiful place inside and out! Perfectly appointed with everything of top quality. We took our two dogs and we found ourselves living on the back porch looking over the water. Very convenient to St.Michael's. PS Dock well suited for a boat!

Relaxing and peaceful

Amazing waterfront property. We enjoyed hours on the screened in porch. The kids loved the kayaks and paddle boards! Everything we needed to wrap up our summer!

Beautiful home close to everything!

This was our second time at this lovely home. It has beautiful sunset views from your own private dock. You are close to st Michaels waterfront with stores and restaurants and in the other direction you are 15 min away from supermarkets and big box stores. A bit further downtown Easton historic area with more boutiques and amazing restaurants! The home had high quality linens, comfy couches, and open space for entertaining. Beds were very comfy, the house has an overall updated and comfortable vibe. Home owners texted us back when we had questions etc. I highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was absolutely perfect and has everything you could possibly need. The setting is very peaceful and quiet. The sunroom looking out over the bay was the best part of the house. It has such a beautiful view! The owners were very accessible and you could tell that they had put so much thought into every detail of the house.

Perfect Quiet Family Getaway

Quiet house and property on the water with many amenities to fill a week where you can reconnect with your family. Dock, crab traps, fishing equipment, kayaks, and stand up paddle boards provided, making a fun, active week. Also, lots of room to spread out and enjoy quiet time. Conveniently located just 15 minutes from Easton and 10 mins from St Michael’s. A hidden gem that is clean and well kept. Thanks for a great week!

Girls Weekend Reunion

The house and the property are the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway, from the spacious great room to the hammock to the Adirondack chairs under the magnolia tree that are the perfect spot to watch the sunset. My dog was in heaven! It was so nice to hang out on the pier and be able to take a paddle board out. Everything inside was just as lovely, very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect spot for old friends to reunite and so easy to get to St. Michael’s and the ferry to Oxford. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great rental!

Rental is in a beautiful setting, well-maintained, well-equipped, clean, very quiet and comfortable. Owner is responsive and easy to work with. We relaxed on the large glass enclosed porch, enjoyed the expansive water view and went exploring with the kayaks provided at the property.

Perfect location!

We stayed in the cottage over Memorial Day weekend and enjoyed every minute of it. In fact, it exceeded my expectations. We wanted a place on the water, close to St. Michael’s, with enough room for the 4 of us adults to relax and a nice kitchen because we love to cook. This place was perfect! The pics don’t do it justice because they make the place look dark. It’s not. The sunroom was so wonderful, we opened up the doors and enjoyed our coffee there every morning, and had dinner out there and on the patio. Spent lots of time outside and even caught a dozen jumbo crabs right off the deck (with string!)! The owners live next door and were very helpful, found us a pot to steam them in. We loved our stay and had a wonderful time, would definitely stay again.
