Spectacular Oceanfront Condo With Beautiful Sunsets

This upgraded oceanfront condo at Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club is a luxurious 2nd floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, furnished with all the comforts of home. The living room, master suite and lanai of this second story unit have wonderful views of the shoreline cliff path, the ocean, and spectacular tropical sunsets. In the mornings you can watch dolphins jump, kayaks and outriggers paddle by, or if you're visiting us in season, you may even see whales playing just offshore.

As with most homes in Hawaii, this unit does not have air conditioning, but wonderful ocean breezes and ceiling fans in each room.

The condo is equipped with the following:
Dishes & Utensils, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Stovetop, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker, Washing Machine, Clothes Dryer, Iron & Board, Hair Dryer, 2 Televisions, VCR, DVD Player, CD Player, Free WiFi in unit.

The unit does not have air conditioning.

The Kona Country Club is next door (the unit is not on the golf course).
Kahalu'u Beach Park (aka Turtle or Snorkel Beach) less than 1/2 mile away.

All was great to include cleanliness and ease location. Greatly located giving us easy access to many of the things we desired to do while here. Lack of A/C was only draw back but eventually cooled enough n evenings to sleep with all windows and doors opened.

You cant beat the view. Extra amenities like the beach chairs and cooler was really nice to have. But the unit could use a really good deep clean. The dining room table has not been cleaned in a very long time. Layers of dust visible on the walls. Other splatter stains visible on the walls. Soap scum build up in the showers.

Big Island Experience

Our family had visited the Big Island 21 years ago and loved the experience then. We love the quiet laid back experience of sitting on the lanai looking at the ocean. The facilities are great and the shopping center is within walking distance while Kailua is a short drive. Snorkeling at the beach is also a quick walk as well.

We stayed in the condo for the month of February. It is well stocked and we were very comfortable. Watching whales from the lanai is our favorite thing to do!

Great vacation at Keahou condo

This condominium was perfect for our family vacation. Clean and comfortable, all the supplies and beach gear we needed. It is close to the stores and the pool and courts were great to have. Sunsets from the lanai were perfect!! We would stay here again.

Fantastic location for Big Island holiday!

Great property that provides a perfect home base for exploring the island. The kitchen was well stocked, some beach accessories provided and a great view! Entertained daily by whales, kayakers and beautiful sunsets.

Wonderful oceanfront stay

We had a wonderful stay, watching whales daily from the lanai. The condo was well-stocked, the bed very comfortable, and the views magnificent. We will keep this condo on our short list to stay again!

Family Thanksgiving Getaway

The property was absolutely beautiful, well stocked, and very clean. The views were out of this world. We were extremely happy with our stay and the ease of check in, parking, and the amenities. Would definitely recommend and return to this property.

Spring Break on Big Island

Perfect location and accommodations. 5-day visit from San Diego with our UCSB Junior on her spring break. Condo had everything we needed, and the view is better than the photos. Comfy beds, sound of the ocean from both bedrooms, perfect lanai, groceries, coffee, tavern with music all in walking (not hearing) distance. Magic beach was our preferred location - lots of turtles. Very convenient for manta ray excursion, all-day snorkel, and sunset sail. Sad that we had to leave. We will definitely rent again.

Great views and sunsets!

This property was wonderful and as advertised. Kevin responded very quickly to any questions we had and the home was clean and well equipped. I would stay here any time for the sunsets alone. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Kona.

Couldn't have asked for a better location or property. The view was stunning and the condo was even nicer than the pictures! Will definitely rent here again if we decide to return to the big island.

Beautiful lanai and great location

We really enjoyed the condo and the grounds at the club. The location was quiet and away from the hustle of Kona but close enough to amenities and activities. One thing we weren’t expecting was the lack of air conditioning in the unit. For the most part it was no issue as there were lots of fans and a beautiful breeze, but it did get quite humid. The condo is also showing its age quite a bit with rickety screens and doors. We loved it though and lived out on the lanai. We’d happily go back.

Beautiful Oceanside Condo

This condo is very well appointed and had everything we needed. The lanai is absolutely spectacular and aside from sleeping, we spent virtually all of our time in the unit on the lanai. The complex itself is also very nice with a large pool kept at a perfect temperature. We also enjoyed playing tennis and pickle ball.

Wonderful spot in paradise’s

Wonderful condo beautifully maintained and well equipped in all respects from a kitchen that had everything you would ever need to beach equipment from chairs, umbrella, snorkeling equipment and kids toys. The location was perfect - in a lovely area near a shopping centre, fun beach 20 minutes from downtown Kailea-Kona. Above all a beautiful lanai with a view to die for.

Fantastic Stay

Property had everything you could want. Amazing space, sunset views incredible balcony. Also had plenty of things for a beach day (tent, snorkel gear, chairs, towels). If we come back to the big island we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Heavenly ocean view

Loved our proximity to the beautiful coastline. Also all of the activities on the resort. The place was spacious and clean and all amenities making it very comfortable. We loved being away from the hustle and bustle of Kona city centre.

Perfect spot!

Great condo on the water! I have stayed in the same complex for many years, but this condo was among my favorites as it was clean with lots of recent upgrades and had nice furniture both indoors and out. The views and the sounds of the ocean were perfect.

The View Amazing

The condo was laid out perfectly, balcony, lanai overlooking the ocean, fully updated kitchen with all you need to cook in some nights (we stayed 2 weeks). Pool was lovely, located close to stores and to Kona Town. 2 full bathrooms, a must with kids. A fabulous time was had by all. Mahalo

Enjoy a nice game of tennis or pickleball on our local courts. Take a dip in the beautiful swimming pool with spa and use the on-site BBQ area. The condo sits right on the edge of the rock cliff right on the beach. You can see spectacular views at night of the city of Kona.
