Beautiful condo located one block to Medano beach and The Cabo Marina


Casa Vista Esquina - 900 Square feet - One bedroom One bathroom sub penthouse.

Condo A 611 was completely remodeled in the summer of 2025 with all high-end finishes and appliances. This 6th floor corner unit sub-penthouse has a large terrace and features a view of the Marina Sol pool and courtyard as well as a view of the City of Cabo and the mountains. Casa Centavo gets both sunrises and sunsets, and the terrace features a nice outside bar top with seating for four guests as well as a propane BBQ and ceiling fan.

The full-size kitchen features quartz countertops with all the appliances and conveniences you would find in your own home including a dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Kitchen also has a large island with seating for four guests. and the whole condo has purified water.

Spacious living room features air conditioning plus a ceiling fan, a pull-out sofa bed, 70-inch HD TV with 250 channels and a blue tooth speaker.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, hotel safe, TV in the closet and direct access to the outside terrace. The bedroom also has air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

The beautiful modern bathroom has been updated in quartz counter tops and Mexican style tiles and chrome fixtures.

There are also two elevators in the lobby that lead to the 6th floor. Condo has free worldwide phone calls plus private high speed fiber optics internet service.

Casa Orchid is located at Marina Sol Residences & Resort which is steps to Medano Beach and to downtown Cabo which is central to everything like The Cabo Marina, and Puerto Parisio Shopping Center.

We pride ourselves on having all our property meticulously maintained and we can assure all our guests that everything will be in working order modern in quality and spotlessly clean.

We have English speaking, professional staff and concierge services available 7 days a week who can coordinate your private transportation needs from the airport with a free 'stop and shop' service, arrange a Private Chef or Babysitters and provide many additional services to enhance your tropical vacation experience.

Great condo close to everything

Loved our 4 day stay

Very easy to book and everyone who worked there was so nice! Our room was simple but so great :) big balcony we had coffee in every morning and sooo close to everything around. A block to the beach, 2 blocks from down town and the marina. Will definitely come back next year!

Great Location and Beautiful Views

This property is a great location in Cabo. We loved the unit with the wrap around patio. The unit had all the amenities we needed with a fully stocked kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the unit was clean. The pool area is nice with a bar that is reasonably priced, unlike resort bars. The management company was very accommodating and was great with communication. We definitely will be returning.

Footsteps to fun

This property allows you to make quick decisions on what to do since it is ideally located. I hope we can stay again. Extra space on the deck is an added bonus for this unit.

Great vacation spot

I had a great time here. The location is perfect - not waterfront but great access to restaurants, a super market, the beach and the marina. The staff were super friendly and helpful. A few suggestions would be to make some updates - the couch is pretty old, there is no dresser to store your clothes and some of the white paint in the room is showing wear and stains. for the price a great place to stay, just not super fancy.

Great facilities & great location!

Overall, we had a great 2 week holiday staying at the Marina Sol Condo’s. The grounds, the pool, the restaurant, the swim up bar and the most importantly, the staff were amazing. It all made for such a great holiday. Location wise, it was perfect. Close to a mass of very nice restaurants, short walk to the beach and the marina. 1 block away from the shopping mall and supermarket which was very useful and close to downtown for all the bars, clubs and so many more restaurants! The condo itself appeared smaller than what was on the images in the advert but was fine for the 2 of us. It’s pretty outdated and could do with a refresh but importantly, it was clean and comfortable.

Nice winter get-away

Casa Orchid is a nice 1 bedroom condo. Great balcony with views of the city. Can be loud at night but then just close the sliding door. Excellent location. 3 min walk to the beach and 1 block from the shopping and dining. Very nice pool and bar area. Spent almost every evening in the hot tub. My only complaint is the pull out bed was awful but not as bad as the roll-away bed. Might be ok for kids but if there are more than 2 adults, I recommend getting a larger condo. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I felt safe with "Bobby" looking out for us at night. I am looking forward to a return visit soon.

Best Anniversary Trip Ever

We thoroughly enjoyed our week+ stay at Marina Sol. From our initial email contacts to Ivan meeting us at the main entrance, to helping out with our bags on departure, the staff are friendly/accommodating, a truly low-stress experience. We had massages at the in-house spa (twice!), attempted to sample each daily drink special (though we missed a few), had our 20th-anniversary dinner prepared in our unit (it was incredible), spent hours by the pool, and sampled our way through the restaurant's menu. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the mall/grocery store, many restaurants, and the beach. We particularly enjoyed our 6th-floor corner unit with a broad view of the city (it was also great for watching fireworks!) We'll be back, hopefully sooner than later!

Outstanding location

We travel and use VRBO a lot and also rent our own property through VRBO. We found the location to be perfect only a few blocks in numerous directions to the Marina, the beach or downtown bars / restaurants / shopping. The facilities and grounds at the property were pretty good overall. The unit we stayed in itself could use some updating, it was fairly clean, had the items as advertised (cable, wifi was strong, appliances, etc) and a comfortable bed. The bathroom could use some repair / updating and so could the other furniture, the wrap around balcony was great and offered some incredible evening views. If you are used to Urban noise this property won't bother you but if you need absolute quiet you might look elsewhere, the noise comes with the convenience of the location. We'd stay on the grounds again but maybe consider something a little more updated.

Great Condo!

This is a nice 1BDR condo two blocks from Medano Beach. It is not updated to granite and SS appliances, but it has the charm of Mexico with tiles. Everything was perfect for our stay. The complex has a pool, hot tub, and game room. The poolside grill is really good. The only thing that bothered us - and had nothing to do with the condo - was that the HOA forbade pool and grass games. Our kids couldn't throw a football on the large grass area or play catch with nerf/pool ball toys in the pool. That was crazy. The property was very clean. It is an HOA, though, so you did not have 24 hour service. The concierge, Elly, was fabulous.

Great Location

The location is the selling point for this condo. It is walking distance to everything including the Walmart one block away. Great balcony and kitchen. View of the city and the pool. This place is a good value. Be careful to scope out restaurants. Cabo can be a tourist trap. We walked into an Italian restaurant down the street and found it very overpriced. If you do your research, there are some great places outside the tourist trap zone. We ate great seafood and did not spend a fortune. The unit is great for 3 people. Air conditioners is living room and bedroom worked great. The management team showed us the unit and Ivan was great. They will help you with any questions about the property or the area. We would definitely come back and rent this unit again. Perfect for 3 people—

New Years in Cabo Baby - does not get much better than that !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

3 couples plus me and the wife went to Cabo for New Years week and glad we did because the weather was great about 80 degrees in day and then 60 at night when we slept , did not even need the ceiling fans on. we had many BBQ on the outside terrace and really like the fact that the terrace is private and overlooks the City and town and the night time view is all city lights which is inspiring. all 4 suites had King size beds and private bathrooms and ours was 5 star quality as we had the Tropical Suite on the second level. The rate for the Sunset Penthouse is very fair and location can not be beat , we would recommend this property to anyone who does not mind walking a block to the beach to save alot on your stay as a Penthouse like this on Medano beach would be 3 times the rate or more , so save some bucks and stay at Marina Sol and walk a block . P.S. fireworks on new years eve from Medano beach is an experience as they were shooting them off from less than 100 feet from where we were sitting , crazy Mexican stuff for sure!!!!!!!!!!!

Walking location to everywhere

Nice location to walk everywhere. Walmart and another grocery store just down the street to get a few essentials. Two blocks to Medano Beach. Three blocks to the warf. Location was a main point for us. Wanted to be as close to everything. This location is just that. The place is on the 6th floor corner unit. It was filled with our every need. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, super comfortable bed. The outdoor patio has a great wrap around view of the city. We spent every morning out there. Evenings too as a last call. Clean. We loved it. We used the pool nearly everyday. It was always cleaned in the morning. Chairs all around it. Pool side bar and restaurant. If you looking for loud and party this is not the place. There are residences here. Short term leases. It's an older crowd. It was perfect for us. Quiet days and nights. There is plenty of other loud and party bars and restaurants to find. So relax and enjoy the sun.

Marina Sol Relax and Unwind

First off, check in and out, a breeze at this property. Ivan was super. Our intend was a quiet vacation by the pool, read a book or two, enjoy the property and that is what we got. The condo may have been a bit rustic for my wife. But it had everything you need for two persons. The water purification system a plus. We made coffee with ease each morning. We never actually cooked in the condo however, everything was there if we were so inclined. Nice Fridge, complimentry water and beer upon arrival. Bed was comfortable. The balcony was fantastic and spacious. the property was very clean. Great internet and tv. No shortage of hot water. Two things I would add to the condo if I could, a new couch maybe. The one that was there was comfortable. Just aged. And, a couple of suitcase stands to set your bags on in the bedroom. But ideal property. The Restaurant/Bar by the pool was exceptional. Marvelous breaky and meals and your best bang for the dollar right there. Great overall location. If you want a clean, quite nice relaxation spot by the pool, its here.

Happy again.

This is our second stay at Marina Sol. There must be a reason. Great staff and security. Reasonable rates for the location. Don Bartolo at the Oasis is a great ambassador.. We'll probably start planning our next trip soon.

Nice corner condo with sweet view.

We really enjoyed staying at the property. It’s close to several great restaurants and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The condo has everything you need to stay in as well. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Relax in Cabo

This is a nice property in a great little neighborhood in downtown CSL. Easy walk to the beach, local bars & restaurants, the Marina and downtown nightlife. Unit was well equipped with towels, sheets, kitchen utensils, etc... Only issue we had was the TV only received news channels. Would stay here again.

Beautiful view

Balcony is extra large with a great view. Room is perfect for two, only downside is being a corner unit is exposure to road noise. Turn on the A/C and all the outside noise disappears!

I also own and operate the Realty World Baja Realtors office which is located in the lobby of Marina Sol Resort. This onsite office is always staffed with a friendly face available to look after any needs you may have while on Vacation here in Cabo. I have been a year round resident of Cabo San Lucas since 1995 and I also spend the summers in Vancouver, Canada.
