2025 Rental Updates:

- Weekly rentals available starting May 31st through October 11th (October dates are weather permitting).

- Saturday to Saturday rentals ONLY (due to cleaning turnover service). However, please inquiry about all vacation dates outside of our weekly rates and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Preferred - Minimum 7 Nights.

- Memorial Day & Labor Day weekends are the ONLY weekends we offer as packaged weekend stays (less than 7 Nights). However, weekly rentals surrounding these weekends are available as well.

About the cottage:

The cottage is small, cozy and quaint. Nestled in 'The Pines' neighborhood, the property is filled with old Rehoboth character and charm.

The cottage has original old pine floors, is decorated simply, and has recently undergone renovation: The bathroom and kitchen have been updated with new appliances and fixtures. Located five blocks from the water, and one block from Rehoboth Avenue, tenants can walk to local boutiques, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, tennis courts, farmers market, and of course the Boardwalk and beach.

- Sheets, pillow cases & towels can be provided for tenants per request. However, due to Covid-19, it is preferred that tenants bring their own linens and towels.

Besides reading books, playing cards and board games, picking crabs, sipping cocktails on the deck, or enjoying old-fashioned ice-cream on the front porch, relax and enjoy your stay in the sun, sand and surf.

cozy cottage

Our stay was great! we had everything we needed at the cottage. We really enjoyed the front porch for breakfast. The parking permits made getting to the beach very easy! We also loved the location so close to town.

Excellent location

We loved our stay at this cute little cottage. The location can’t be beat and Deborah was very helpful. We had 1-2 questions (not complaints) and Deborah went out of her way to respond quickly and even deliver us a few items (which we didn’t expect but were very grateful for)!

Great week in a great location

We had a wonderful week of weather and absolutely loved our house! It met our needs perfectly after a day at the beach. Short walks to coffee in the morning, the beach after that and finally to downtown in the evening. Rinse in the outdoor shower and repeat :)

Great place! Great location!!

This is the cutest cottage you could want for your beach stay! It’s a mile from the beach which we drive to everyday and about the same distance to the main attest where all the shops and restaurants are. Debra is an excellent host who is very helpful and really wants you to have a great week! Stay here! You will love it!

The beach

An old fashioned cottage. Owner was so nice. It was unclear as to what I needed to bring. I called twice to clarify. She dropped stuff off that I needed, hand soap, a lighter for the grill

Charming cottage in the perfect location!

Walking/Bike riding distance to everything in Rehoboth. The outdoor shower is so great it's the only one we used all week! Everything as described in the listing. Debra and Colin were very attentive and accessible. We will be back...

Lovely stay

Lovely stay at a great little house in an amazing location. Debra was wonderful, even checking in on us after a bad storm. It was fun staying in an old Rehobeth style house and the location can't be beat. There were only 3 of us and I imagine it would be very small if you were to stay with 6. Outdoor shower was amazing!

Charming Beach Cottage

Cute cottage in great location

Wonderful spot for a couple. Cozy and comfortable - walked and bikes to beach, shops, and restaurants. Owners are very gracious and responsive. Would visit again!

Cute Cabin

This is a cozy rustic cabin. We enjoyed our stay. Outside shower was a plus. Not luxurious, but we weren't expecting that. We were expecting lots of character and charm and this cottage delivered. A bit small with older kids but ours are young and the location was perfect. The boardwalk was within walking distance, as well as our favorite brewpub. House is shaded and A/C units were more than adequate. I would recommend this cottage for anyone who wants a cute and well positioned Rehoboth rental without dropping a ton of coin.

Great place to stay in Rehoboth and perfect location

We had a great vacation in Rehoboth and the cottage was just perfect for our family. It was in a great location and had everything we needed. Debra is a wonderful person to help you with whatever you may need and she really takes pride in her family’s home. We made great memories and hope to stay again in the future.

The location was perfect, walkable to everything. Cozy feeling cottage, with everything you need!

Lovely place to stay, right next to the local farmer’s market. We did breakfast at home each day, and grilled in the backyard for dinner twice. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor shower after the beach. Cottage was well located. Great stay!

A Must for small family!

You couldn't ask for nicer owners or abetter location. For our young family of 4 it was perfect. We enjoyed regular walks to the shops and boardwalk, and the beach is Amazing! Your so close to the whole DE and OC area its a perfect Vacation! We will definitely be back! Oh and my husband now wants to put in a screened in porch next summer as we spent our ights out there enjoying a cocktail once our kids went to sleep!! Thanks for sharing your home and helping to make our vacation so great!

Cozy stay at the beach

We enjoyed our time in Rehoboth Beach. The cottage was just right for our family of three! We also had some family come for a night and there was room to give them a place to stay as well. We did encounter a few minor issues but Deborah and her family were more than ready to solve the problems. They were available by phone if we needed help and even came over to fix a problem we had with the TV. The cottage is further from the beach than we have stayed before, but we found the shaded property to be much cooler in the evening than those we had rented before, which was a big plus, as we needed to be home in the evening for our toddler's early bedtime. We loved the outdoor shower! Thanks for a great stay!

The house was centrally located and had everything we needed. Loved the outdoor shower!

The property listing was accurate. The location was walkable to the beach and to downtown Rehoboth Beach. The street was quiet and was nicely shaded. The property was clean and well maintained. It was a comfortable house and had everything we needed. We especially liked the outdoor shower and appreciated the 2 parking permits. Debra was responsive to all our questions and requests. She provided helpful hints regarding Rehoboth Beach. We would recommend this property to friends and relatives. The activities we liked were the beach, bike riding, outlet shopping, and cruising the boardwalk. We enjoyed a fun Thursday night at Cafe Azafran with its singing bartender and reduced price steaks.

Perfect!

This was the best cottage/rental ever. Clean and cute with a great location to the beach, shops, restaurants. The owner was super helpful and everything about the rental process from start to finish was perfect!

Great location

The owner, Debra is super friendly and helpful. The cottage is just that, an old renovated beach cottage. We actually stayed there with the whole family (myself and husband, plus my 18 and 21 year old sons). I really have nothing negative to say at all about this place. The price is right, it's small and my husband and one of the kids are over 6 feet tall and we still never felt overly cramped. The only thing is that it has an odor which you can tell is from the dampness, they clearly deal with dampness which I'm sure in this area is an issue with everyone. We tried to air the house out and that seemed to help. We don't have allergies so for us it was fine and the smell wasn't overwhelming, it's an old house, deal with it. The older small AC in the back bedroom kept it nicely cool but the newer portable one in the front bedroom wasn't really efficient and was very loud for our standards. I told the owner and she said right away its new and she will look into it.nthese in room ac's just are that way. The stairs going up to the 2nd floor are narrow and steep so maybe not suitable for elderly people but it was fine for me and I have bad knees. We were at first a bit puzzled by the pine needles all over the ground when there are no pine trees but I later learned this is a southern thing to do instead of mulch. The outside shower was amazing and it's the only shower I ever used. The indoor shower and toilet are new and very nicely done. There's some really cute touches in this house. You can tell the owner really cares about this property she has had in the family for a very long time. It's a short drive to the beach and even in high season there is plenty of residential parking. My boys often walked back and forth to the beach about 15 mins each way. It's a short walk into town which we did frequently. There's a great farmers market right next door once a week. There is this somewhat ugly hotel across the street which is definitely questionable but it never really bothered us and the traffic wasn't bad at all. I thought it would have been louder bc of the close proximity to the main road but it wasn't loud or busy at all. Loved it there and will definitely return when we go back down there. Thanks Debra for being such a great landlord. You rock!!!

nice little cottage.

Had a great 2 weeks ,just what we were looking for a private house not far from the beach and very close to all the restaurants and shops, no need to drive. A/C's need updating a little to loud.

Convenient

The process to arrange the rental went very smoothly and the property met the discription given. I personally wanted a small house in town and it was perfect for one or two people. It is an older cottage and I think it has a lot of charm. The front porch and outside shower are a great feature. The steps upstairs are steep and the bathroom is downstairs. You can walk to get coffee and breakfast in the morning. Everything in town is a close walk and I rode my bike a lot. We were given extra blankets. The linens are provided. I liked the fact I was not gouged for a cleaning fee which I think is a rip off in other places I have stayed. The road out front can get busy on the weekends and a bit noisy. The evenings are very quiet. All and all a good experience.

Great location and cozy cottage in the Pines. New bathroom is really nice and decorating touches are charming. Owner is very nice and helpful, went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and all questions were answered.
