Designed by a talented interior decorator/architecht, this FUNKY & COLORFUL one bedroom apt. is on the new Malecon extension, walking distance to everything! View dolphins, whales, water sports, & cruise ships from the terrace (nightly fireworks too). Go to sleep to the soothing sound of the waves. For the afternoon siesta there is an incredibly comfy lounge style double futon on the terrace. There is a full set of bedding for night-time too! Because we are strategically located between the busy Malecon and Zona Romantica, walkers stroll below. This is a people watchers paradise! The location of this condo is truly breathtaking. The building has no elevator and parking is not provided.

The condo is fantastic! It’s nicely furnished with two air conditioning units and fans. The outside living on the covered terrace is perfect! We spent a lot of time there, catching ocean breezes and watching the boats and water birds. The kitchen has granite countertops and has a beautifully tiled floor. This is a true gem, located right on the Malecon. The 180 degree ocean view is gorgeous! Don’t pass this one up.

The View!!!

Spectacular view right on the Malecon. Large top floor corner apartment with everything from utensils , beach towels, water etc. Pool on top floor (actually 2 but we never bothered finding the stairs to the other area) Very secure building and unit. Great deck for people watching and hearing and seeing waves crash onto the beach. One thing to be aware of are the amount of stairs as unit is on the top floor. Twenty years ago this wouldn't have been an issue but we were struggling by end of trip. Property Manager Marina was pleasant but we had little interaction with her as the owner's daughter and son in law were in another unit and helped us multiple times locating and refilling items as needed ( water etc.)

Wonderful PV location

Just back from our stay at this amazing condo in one of the best locations in PV. The photos in the listing don't actually do it justice. The location is absolutely perfectly located for people who enjoy the Old Town and Romantic Zone and of course the beaches. The balcony overlooking the best of the malecon is large and has amazing views of all the activity in the bay. Watch the fireworks every night, parasailers, marine life and people strolling along the malecon. You also get a great view of all the performers that work up and down the malecon. All this action but very little noise drifts up to the apartment. The bed is very comfortable, kitchen is well appointed and the shower has the best view of any shower I been in. Fall asleep and wake to the sound of the waves - no air conditioning required. The breeze does it all. Our check-in was a little difficult but once we got it all sorted there were no issues. Marina the building administrator and Pat the owner were very helpful and communication was good. They even helped me recover my laptop which I left in the cab from the airport (Marina is a star). I would totally stay here again. The people are wonderful and this condo is spectacular!

What an amazing place

We loved our stay here. The pictures do not do it justice. We will be back. The view alone made this place amazing. We spent hours on the deck. This place is perfectly located. Did I mention we will be back...... The people we met there were so nice. Many were owners and staying for 3 plus months. If you are lucky enough to get to stay in this unit you will love it.

wonderful!

Even better than the pictures! This is a perfect location with a wonderful outside space! It is in the malecon which is great. The bedroom is to the back of the apt so very quiet.

Missing it already!!

This was our second trip to Vallarta and will certainly not be the last. Beautiful place, beautiful people! Condo is in an excellent area of Centro right on the Malecon -- you will not be bored here! When you first walk in you see the ocean -- what a view!!!!! You will spend ALOT of time out on the balcony just taking it all in! You are just a few steps from everything -- restaurants, shops, public transportation -- you can't go wrong with this location. Building is safe, maintained and clean. Condo itself is very clean and fully equipped. It is very tastefully decorated -- very artsy and bohemian -- I really felt at home. Puerto Vallarta is a wonderful, safe place, full of life, color and wonderful people. Can't wait to go back again!! Thanks to everyone down there for all of their advice and pointers -- places to eat, etc..... it all worked out great!!!

Can't wait to go back!

This was our first time to travel to Puerto Vallarta. What a fantastic home away from home. When you first walk in you are greeted by a festively-decorated apartment. Then you feel the breeze, hear the waves and see the views - breathtaking. The location was perfect. Right on the Malecon - we could people watch from the patio. We walked everywhere and were close to the market, the beaches and great food. And falling asleep to the sound of the waves was perfect. And the pelicans are fun to watch as they fly by each day.

Can't imagine staying anywhere else...

This was my second time staying and just as fantastic as the first time. The moment you open the door you're welcomed by the sound of the ocean and the stunning view. Great location for enjoying all Old Town, Downtown and the Malecon have to offer (it's right in the middle of everything). The sunsets are indescribable whether watching from the balcony or shower. This place is all it's been described as and then some!

Best Location in Puerto Vallarta

Fantastic ocean view. Great central location, close to everything. Very cute, Mexican style apartment. Lovely balcony. Loads of restaurants, cafés, night clubs within walking distance.

The sounds of the ocean every night and every morning, just what I need it. :)

So cute, and Fabulous! So close to everything. The sunsets are out of this world, and to take a shower and see the ocean, amazing. This place is in the middle of just everything, so perfect. :)

Dolphins, waves and sunsets! PERFECT.

This apartment is incredible. We were first greeted by Marco, a really sweet Mexican man with fantastic English. He helped us into the apartment and asked if there was anything we needed. We always ran into him in the building and he was always willing to answer questions for us with a smile… just an all around great guy to have around. Honestly when my husband and I first saw the view our breath was taken away. It felt like we were staying on a boat! It was very clean and well maintained. The decorations and the bright colors of the place are very well done and they seem to match the energy of the city perfectly. The kitchen has most everything you could need to cook with and the beds are all really comfortable. Especially the patio terrace futon! We enjoyed sitting outside every night watching the sunset and all the people walking by. A couple times in the morning while sitting outside with our coffee we even saw dolphins jumping in the water only a couple of hundred meters away! It really is such an incredible location. It can be loud with the ocean waves being right below and also when the Aztec dancers and drummers are out on the Malecon... but we considered these to be the finest of luxury problems. :) We walked everywhere, every day… the Romantic zone, over to Linda Mar along the coast and back again. Really perfect days. We can't wait to come back next year if there is availability for us. I'd like to add that my husband and I have been going to PV for years and know the area very well. Considering the incredible location and the fantastic condition of this condo the price is unbeatable.

We've been coming to PV for 30 years. This is the third condo we've owned in this building and is by far the best. We bought the first condo in the building in 2002, the second in 2005 and this one is 2009. After we purchased this condo, we sold the other two. We can't imagine a more ideal spot.
