Enjoy the magnificent view from the moment you walk through the front door. Ocean views from every room and your private terrace! Or walk through the charming downtown streets to the Malecon (boardwalk), beaches, galleries, great restaurants and shopping.

Nestled on a hillside, right in the center of town (El Centro), this Mexican traditional style condo offers everything you need. The sliding glass walls of the condo are opened up to take full advantage of the natural cross breezes and the tropical ambiance. Or relax in the pool and the beautifully landscaped gardens.

The attentive and friendly front desk personnel are always ready to help you with concierge services: restaurant reservations, directions, or booking any one of a multitude of excursions in and around Puerto Vallarta. The staff is on site and the property is gated and secure 24 hours.

No need for a car. Walk the stairs and hills for exercise, or taxis are available any time from the front desk and virtually everywhere in town. You are within blocks of some of Vallarta’s best and well known restaurants from linen tablecloths to street tacos and everything in between.

For your stay, I’ll send you general tips to make your vacation easier starting from your airport arrival. Whether you’re a Vallarta veteran or if it’s your first visit, I want you to love it as much as I do!

It is a large one bedroom, with a couch that can be used as a twin bed, and has a fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet and Smart TV. There is no air conditioning but the breezes and fans keep it fresh. It's not fancy in decor but it's incredibly charming and relaxing.

Some great things in Vallarta - Fishing, snorkeling, tacos, day trips to beaches by boat, sailing, whale watching, beach lounging, ceviche, dancing, margaritas, dining out, surfing, shopping, art walks, horseback riding, tequila tasting, massages, tableside guacamole, strolling the Malecon, golfing, jungle exploring, shows, hiking, jet skiing, yoga, whole fried Red Snapper, silver jewelry, parasailing, more snacking, and of course....... truly beautiful sunsets!!

The host was quick to respond to our questions. The condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable and had an amazing view. The pool was great, everything was very clean and exactly as pictured. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing!

What a wonderful experience! Beautiful condo with amazing views and pool. Great location near so many great restaurants - we received recommendations from the owner and all were within walking distance and were fun and had amazing local food. Can also walk to the Malecón - a fun way to experience Puerta Vallarta. Already hoping to go back!

The view was amazing! It is quite a steep climb to walk back from town, but Uber is plentiful. the bed was comfortable- the linens could use an update, particularly the pillows, which were lumpy. Air-conditioning not needed as the breeze was lovely. Kitchen was stocked well enough for basic cooking. Our host allowed a late check out which was appreciated

We have miss PV and the views since we could not travel for 2 years

We love the Condo complex and the staff at Puesta del Sol are always so warm and accommodating, we have been coming to PV for years and missed not being able to come for 2 years. We have stayed in Puesta del Sol 5 times and twice now in Bonnie's condo and you can not go wrong. My wife and I spent 10 days there and wanted to live more of a local lifestyle and this condo allows you to enjoy that as the location is great for walking the different areas around town, getting to the local markets for the fresh food and the view is second to none. The condo has a nicely stocked kitchen for cooking all your meals, strong wifi and again great view. As well one of my favourites was having Canadian channels on the TV which allowed me to watch my Edmonton Oilers as they try to qualify for the playoffs, so that was a great surprise. I would recommend this condo and the complex to anyone as the gardens, the pool and the staff are all outstanding. Thanks again Bonnie for sharing your wonderful place Leo and Jane

Loved our time here!

The property and rental were excellent, we absolutely loved our time here. The first week of our trip we were in a 6000 sq foot, insanely beautiful PH condo with probably the best views in PV. But when we checked into this spot for our last 9 days in PV, we felt immediately at home and super relaxed. I would book this spot every time we go back.

Indoor / outdoor merge over the city

We never closed the wall of glass once during our week stay. The air! - Coming down the mountain in the evenings and sea breezes in the afternoons. I probably remarked "The air!" a hundred times during our week stay. The view! -The photos cannot get close to capturing the view from Living Room, Bedroom and patio, taking in almost the entire Bay of Bandaris - never a walk by without a pause to take it all in. The property is beautiful, with very well tended grounds, helpful ever present staff and secure. The neighborhood has at least a half dozen restaurants and even more art galleries within a few blocks. Si Senor - A restaurant a block down the hill via the garden path - Si Senor has an astounding patio, best enjoyed after dark. My steak was turned by tongs held over a wood fire as per my request of charred on the outside, near raw in the center. I did my early morning exercize routine 20 feet from the breaking surf. A spiritual experience if you are open to it. The early morning crowd on the malecon is dog walkers (never seen more joyful dogs), walkers, joggers, and distance swimmers. My people as Loretta said. The Mexican people take their responsibility for keeping us safe very seriously - Masks, and hand sanitizer at the restaurant door, trays for cleaning shoe soles, and sometimes digital temp taking. If you choose the right spot in the right restaurant, the air coming in is fresh from the 2,000 miles it just travelled unfettered across the pacific ocean. I felt my health to be much safer in Mexico than in the US. Puerto Vallarta is coming back from a deep shut down of its primary industry. The sweet people show their gratitude for our venturing back out.

Enjoyable stay in Centro

Beautiful grounds and a heated pool made for a most enjoyable stay. The condo was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed during our visit. Plenty of linens and towels. Weekly maid service was just right. Wonderful ocean view from the balcony (we could watch the pirate ship, fireworks, cruise ships, etc.) Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Good restaurants nearby and condo is not far from the Malecon. Climbing the steps back to the condo after a day or evening out was good exercise; a taxi from old town was only 80 pesos when we didn’t feel like walking. Would definitely book here again.

Appartement très propre et bien équipé, conforme a la description, vue exceptionnelle sur la mer de la très grande terrasse. Grand lit confortable, literie et serviettes de qualité. Seul point négatif le bruit la nuit des jours de week-end en provenance des restos et bars a proximité quand le vent vient de la mer. On s'y habitue cependant, c'est le prix a payer pour être au centre ville. Nous y retournerons assurément.

Lovely condo in a great location

This condo truly has everything you need, and in a fantastic location. The staff was all very personable, and we were always greeted with a smile. The pool was perfect for us, and the unit itself had every amenity we needed. The bed was comfortable, bathroom area was private with a great shower. And the view....absolutely amazing. The lack of air conditioning was never missed as the breeze and fans did the trick. Taxi and Uber available within minutes and very inexpensive to get to the malecon, romantic zone and airport. Yep, the hills are steep but we loved the challenge and gave us our daily workout. It’s so worth it for the view! We sure hope to be back!!

Our best in Vallarta

Everyone has their own needs and expectations while on vacation. For us, this location is exactly what we are looking for, a bit further from the Romantic zone where all the construction is happening. A beautiful view, a comfortable Mexican style condo overlooking the see and the pool. Where the people on the premises are friendly, respectful (it is an older crowd). Walking distance to everywhere even if there are a set of steps that make your heart race a bit, (you still need exercise on vacation). The condo has all the practical amenities needed. You can sit there enjoying the view and the warm breeze all day or stroll down to city center and enjoy a margarita on the Malecon. It is our haven in Vallarta.

Entièrement d’accord avec tous les précédents commentaires. Ce condo de style mexicain est tout à fait charmant et super bien situé sans compter qu’il offre une vue magnifique dont on ne se lasse pas. Très propre et très bien équipé. Lit confortable, literie abondante, excellent wifi et offre télé exceptionnelle; on a même pu l’écouter en français. Les gens sur place, personnel et résidents sont d’une grande gentillesse. Aucun point négatif à soulever... tout a été parfait.

Beautiful view, lovely condo

What a charming beautiful condo. Well decorated with bright colors. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Good wifi. Front office staff friendly and helpful. The gardens are the nicest I have seen in Mexico. It was great just hanging out at the pool.

It is a beautiful condo with amazing views of PV.

I loved this place! Unfortunately I fell and broke my ankle on day 2 of our 1 week stay, so my experience was very different from most travelers. I stayed in the condo for the next 5 days recuperating, but with the window walls, 3 of them, I felt like I was outdoors and enjoyed the view constantly. The folks at the front desk have a masseuse (she keeps her table in the office) available so my husband had her come to the condo and she gave me the most professional massage . I really appreciated that she could come to me. There were lot of restaurants around for us to get food from and the taxi's came right up to our door step. Bonnie was gracious enough to let us stay a little longer on checkout day so we could go straight to the airport. We would love to come back some day.

Ultimate get away for those Canadians trying to avoid the snow back home

What a wonderful, relaxing condo experience! Beautiful view of the ocean and pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well as other guests and owners we met during our stay. It was a very central location to the melacon as well as many restaurants and shops. Our favourite restaurant was Melissa’s just down the stairs toward the ocean on the right hand side! We would definitely come back again! Going down the stairs easy going - going up - you definitely sweat - but it was great exercise for us. The condo complex is gated with 24 hr staff, we felt very safe. Thank you Bonnie and Vanessa!

Mexican jewel it is

Very confortable and spacious 1 bedroom condo overlooking the ocean, it was exactly what we were looking for. Clean condo, quiet surroundings, beautiful garden and away from the romantic zone where multiple condo construction is killing the vibe and the area. Keep in mind, some stairs to get to it, 84 to be exact but worth it, you can also get to it by steeper streets if you want to avoid the stairs. Taxis are always available also. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet vacation, it is not a party complex and that was fine by us.

Great place

We needed a place for the last few days of our stay. We were so glad we found this apt. It was a really nice condo and the complex was nice and quiet. The staff was very helpful. The room was just as pictured. Great view and watching the fireworks at night was really fun. Will definitely consider renting again.

Overall an excellent property, great views, well stocked and the complex staff are very helpful, polite and always smiling The location is very central to everything, and was thankful to the staff for always letting us park inside We walked to the malicon every night and back which helped us work off all the great food we ate :) Thanks again and we would recommend to anyone

Great stay at this nicely located condo!

Had a great stay in this condo. The thing that surprised me the most was how quiet the city got late at night. Literally silent. No car noise, no barking dogs, just quiet. So very convenient to lots of great restaurants and art galleries. El Centro was the perfect location for us. Just down the hill to shopping and the Malecon. . We enjoyed the hike up and down. The condo itself is very nicely equipped. Wifi worked great and lots of channels on the tv. Would definitely stay again!

I'm busy in my career but love coming down to take in a few days of sun, great food, art, sailing, fishing, exploring all the new areas and visiting old favorites. I'm originally from Maryland but have been in beautiful Colorado for most of my adult life.

I lived in Vallarta years ago. After much thought, it became the natural choice to consider buying. The food, the landscape, the weather, the ease of getting there, no need for a car, the beautiful grounds with tropical flowers, the stunning views from the condo. Too many things to mention.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This property is located in the center of town in a very well kept, established, condo community. You can get plenty of exercise climbing the hills and stairs or you can get a taxi to take you close to the front door. Right in the heart of the city but far enough up the hill to experience peaceful views, and constant breezes.
