CLOSEST MCCLOUD DRIVEWAY TO LAKESHORE BLVD. Beach Access is very limited for the Incline beaches - Incline, Ski and Burnt Cedar Beaches. Beach access may be available for specific rental dates add an additional cost. Please request beach access info or at time of booking. For this coming Memorial Day Weekend Beach Access is Available at an additional fee. Please advise which days and how many beach access entrys will be needed. Access once purchased will be available all day for all three beaches. There is not a limit on how many people can purchase beach access but all will need to meet at a specific time at one of the beaches to gain entry.

Winter ski

Great spot for Diamond Peak skiing. We used the hot tub, sauna, beach access pass, wi-fi, Bluetooth speaker, gas fireplace, and Prime TV. We cooked at the house. Everything was easy to access and worked well. The house had everything we needed and was very clean.

The property was beautifully decorated down to the smallest detail in Tahoe/mountain theme. The unit was very clean.The Incline Village location can't be beat. Relaxing getaway

My family of 4 stayed here with another couple (4 adults and 2 kids) and we had a fantastic time. The condo had plenty of space, was beautifully decorated and was close to everything we needed. My husband and I enjoy cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed to make fantastic meals. Great location - we walked to starbucks in the morning for coffee and took the kids on a walk down to the private beach for some play time. My family will be using this condo again.

Excellent spot for a family Tahoe stay

Kenā€™s home was the perfect place for our family of 3, and we had a fantastic time. It was very, very clean and had all the kitchen and bath items youā€™d need without it feeling crammed full of unnecessary stuff. Plus some games, books & movies. Ideal location, whether youā€™re going to the lake, Diamond Peak, restaurants/bowling alley in townā€¦and Kenā€™s communication was excellent. He was right on top of texts if we had any questions and was always helpful. We will be back!

This property was beautiful, well stocked, and extremely clean. The refrigerator was pristine. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat meals in. The location is central to everything you would want in Incline Village. We were able to visit fantastic beaches, take bike rides, visit the Hyatt casino, play pickleball, swim at Burnt Cedar pool, and moreā€¦.all within about a square mile range. Beds are super comfortable, great linens, towels, everything. Thanks, Ken!

Winter Wonder at Incline Village, Lake Tahoe

Incline Village is a nice, planned neighbourhood to stay if you enjoy the natural scenery at Lake Tahoe. We spent a day to explore places around Lake Tahoe and was amazed by the natural wonder it offers.The property was well-maintained. It was very family-oriented with a spacious sitting room. The fire place inside kept us cosy and warm. The decoration of the property was tasteful and gave a welcoming atmosphere. The house was well-equipped with comfortable, premium bedding and an open-plan kitchen, where we prepare our breakfast and dinner every day.I would like to add that Ken is friendly and responsive to messages. The experience set the bar high for holiday home in the area.

Fabulous Family Vacation!

This was a great find! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this fabulous condo that was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. It was fully equipped with all the comforts of home. The location is excellent! Just a short walk to the beach, and a very short distance to great restaurants, mini golf, and other fun outdoor activities and shopping. Beds were comfortable and our 2 teenage daughters had no complaints (which is saying a lot)! :-) We will definitely look into staying here again! End of Summer Trip

Great Location & Great Owners

We recently stayed here during our weekend getaway to Lake Tahoe and it was a great location, perfect layout and really gracious hosts. To begin with, the owners were very friendly; making us feel more than welcomed & comfortable. We had everything we needed throughout our stay and Ken provided a list of great options to check out in the area. The property offered plenty of room to spread out and relax as well as to eat and cook. It was the perfect base camp for a weekend spent hitting the slopes.

Wonderful place to stay.

We wanted to take a few minutes say how much we enjoyed vacationing in this unit at Incline Village. The rental was very welcoming with fresh remodeling and exquisite taste. The McCloud area has such beautiful surroundings and is so convenient to beaches, restaurants and activities. We were able to walk to the private beach to read, relax and enjoy all the activities. We also enjoyed being so close to the Hyatt Hotel, restaurants & casinos, and especially the Lone Eagle Grill. We drove completely around Lake Tahoe and visited Emerald Bay. We also spent a day driving up to Virginia City sightseeing and enjoying the day. Above all we just enjoyed walking, biking and spending time at the beautiful beaches. We well certainly be looking forward to staying here again. We truly enjoyed this stay in this lovely home.

We are a couple that is very active. At Incline Village we are able to enjoy snow skiing, water skiing, hiking, gambling, golfing and shopping. If we want to slow down and relax a bit we can do that by lounging on the beach which is just a half a block away or taking a walk over to the Lone Eagle Grill to enjoy a drink.

We wanted a place to get away but wanted to make sure it still felt like a home not just another rental place.

Thus, we remodeled the entire condo. The remodel includes new art work as well as very nice furniture and hardwood floors throughout. We think you will enjoy our place as much as we do and invite you to provide us feedback after your stay !

It offers residents 3 private beaches (one with a pool), 2 golf courses, and a recreation center. Limited number of Beach passes are provided to each owner and may be available to purchase. Besides the wonderful location, the beautiful decor will amaze you. The minute anyone walks into the condo the first thing they comment on are the beautiful hardwood floors. No expenses were spared on the 100% remodel. So while you will love spending time in the newly remodeled condo, if you decide to go out onto the rear deck, just open the french doors to extend the living area and enjoy the outdoor seating area provided ( comfortable chairs and granite top firepit).
