Beach Access is very limited for the Incline beaches - Incline, Ski and Burnt Cedar Beaches. The community limits the number of passes each owner gets to provide to renters. We do our best to provide some beach access to all of our guests. All Beach Access requires an additional fee. Access once purchased will be available all day for all three beaches. Contact the owner to request beach access prior to booking and/or for additional beach access or to get in larger groups. (special fees for large groups or additional day access.


Wonderful location in Incline Village. Just a half block to the beach, or a 10 minute walk to the Hyatt Hotel & Casino.

This is a stunning condo that has been completely remodeled - once you settle in you may not want to leave .

Remodel included:

KITCHEN- custom cabinets, granite counters, new stainless steel appliances, gas stove, hardwood floors. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils and dishes.

LIVING ROOM: Hardwood floors, area rug, beautiful art work, new furniture, Sleeper sofa, recliner, Chair with Ottoman.

BATHROOMS: All new everything. Beautiful new tile, gorgeous vanities.

REAR DECK: comfortable chairs and granite counter top firepit.

We supply luxury Hotel Collection Sheets and Towels.

DINING ROOM: New Wood railing as you step down from Dining Room to sunken Living Room - Great Room Plan.

The condo was exactly as described, newly remodeled and comfortable. It had all the creature comforts to satisfy this family of four for the few days we were able to stay. We will most diffidently stay again in the future.

Winter ski

Great spot for Diamond Peak skiing. We used the hot tub, sauna, beach access pass, wi-fi, Bluetooth speaker, gas fireplace, and Prime TV. We cooked at the house. Everything was easy to access and worked well. The house had everything we needed and was very clean.

Lake Tahoe - Ideal Location - Beautiful Accommodations!

The property was beautifully decorated down to the smallest detail in Tahoe/mountain theme. The unit was very clean.The Incline Village location can't be beat. Located within walking distance to restaurants and retail. Many outdoor activities to enjoy close by as well.The Owner was super nice and very responsive. Thanks again! Relaxing getaway

My family of 4 stayed here with another couple (4 adults and 2 kids) and we had a fantastic time. The condo had plenty of space, was beautifully decorated and was close to everything we needed. My husband and I enjoy cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed to make fantastic meals. Great location - we walked to starbucks in the morning for coffee and took the kids on a walk down to the private beach for some play time. My family will be using this condo again.

Excellent spot for a family Tahoe stay

Ken’s home was the perfect place for our family of 3, and we had a fantastic time. It was very, very clean and had all the kitchen and bath items you’d need without it feeling crammed full of unnecessary stuff. Plus some games, books & movies. Ideal location, whether you’re going to the lake, Diamond Peak, restaurants/bowling alley in town…and Ken’s communication was excellent. He was right on top of texts if we had any questions and was always helpful. We will be back!

This property was beautiful, well stocked, and extremely clean. The refrigerator was pristine. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat meals in. The location is central to everything you would want in Incline Village. We were able to visit fantastic beaches, take bike rides, visit the Hyatt casino, play pickleball, swim at Burnt Cedar pool, and more….all within about a square mile range. Beds are super comfortable, great linens, towels, everything. Thanks, Ken!

Winter Wonder at Incline Village, Lake Tahoe

Incline Village is a nice, planned neighbourhood to stay if you enjoy the natural scenery at Lake Tahoe. We spent a day to explore places around Lake Tahoe and was amazed by the natural wonder it offers.The property was well-maintained. It was very family-oriented with a spacious sitting room. The fire place inside kept us cosy and warm. The decoration of the property was tasteful and gave a welcoming atmosphere. The house was well-equipped with comfortable, premium bedding and an open-plan kitchen, where we prepare our breakfast and dinner every day.I would like to add that Ken is friendly and responsive to messages. The experience set the bar high for holiday home in the area.

Fabulous Family Vacation!

This was a great find! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this fabulous condo that was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. It was fully equipped with all the comforts of home. The location is excellent! Just a short walk to the beach, and a very short distance to great restaurants, mini golf, and other fun outdoor activities and shopping. Beds were comfortable and our 2 teenage daughters had no complaints (which is saying a lot)! :-) We will definitely look into staying here again! Thank you to Ana (the owner) for easy directions and for being accessible by phone for questions. Stayed June 2018

End of Summer Trip

The condo is exactly as pictured and described, decorated beautifully, very comfortable. The complex is very nice, quiet and just down the street from the beach, walking path, Hyatt and other restaurants. The condo has absolutely everything you could possibly need. The owners were wonderful. We enjoyed our stay tremendously!

Great Location & Great Owners

We recently stayed here during our weekend getaway to Lake Tahoe and it was a great location, perfect layout and really gracious hosts. To begin with, the owners were very friendly; making us feel more than welcomed & comfortable. We had everything we needed throughout our stay and Ken provided a list of great options to check out in the area. The property offered plenty of room to spread out and relax as well as to eat and cook. It was the perfect base camp for a weekend spent hitting the slopes.

We are a couple that is very active. At Incline Village we are able to enjoy snow skiing, water skiing, hiking, gambling, golfing and shopping. If we want to slow down and relax a bit we can do that by lounging on the beach which is just a half a block away or taking a walk over to the Lone Eagle Grill to enjoy a drink.

We wanted a place to get away but wanted to make sure it still felt like a home not just another rental place.

Thus, we remodeled the entire condo. The remodel includes new art work as well as very nice furniture and hardwood floors throughout. We think you will enjoy our place as much as we do and invite you to provide us feedback after your stay !

INCLINE VILLAGE AMENITIES. Incline Village is a planned community and one of the most prestigious and prettiest towns in Lake Tahoe. It offers residents 3 private beaches (one with a pool), 2 golf courses, and a recreation center. Limited number of Beach passes are provided to each owner and may be available to purchase. Please check on availability at time of booking.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Besides the wonderful location, the beautiful decor will amaze you. The minute anyone walks into the condo the first thing they comment on are the beautiful hardwood floors. No expenses were spared on the 100% remodel. So while you will love spending time in the newly remodeled condo, if you decide to go out onto the rear deck, just open the french doors to extend the living area and enjoy the outdoor seating area provided ( comfortable chairs and granite top firepit).
