An excellent in-town location, ”Mill View” is an adorable cottage just a short walk to Main Street and close to beaches. A private blue stone deck with chaise lounges, outdoor dining table, gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower can be accessed from the king master bedroom via sliding patio doors. A queen sofa bed in the living room with TV/DVD/Stereo, dining area with table for four, kitchen and half bath make up the main floor area. A full sized washer/dryer, dishwasher, beach towels, chairs, cooler and wireless internet are also provided.

Private off street parking and professionally landscaped perennial garden makes this a perfect cottage for a couple or small family. The cottage has central AC and is furnished with ”country living” decor and typical Nantucket character. A great location for walking or biking to all parts of the island, and terrific views of the windmill! Take a five minute walk to Main Street, shopping and restaurants…

Mill View is an excellent house

Mill Hill is a great place for a couple with plenty of space for everything. Great patio, 10 min walk to main st, easy access to rest of island.

This was the perfect location for our wedding weekend! Our hosts were kind, responsive, and accommodating when we had questions. The house was the perfect size for my husband and I, it was very clean, and the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well. My favorite part was the patio off the bedroom...perfect spot for morning coffee or an afternoon book. We would absolutely book this property anytime its just the two of us!

Amazing location and helpful hosts

Perfect location! Quick walk from town and a bike ride away from many beaches and Cisco. The hosts were very accommodating when we were concerned of weather. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Such a great find in the perfect location!

We loved staying at this well appointed, spacious and centrally located cottage. The host was responsive and made the whole check in/out process really easy. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I’d say the cottage is larger than it appears in photos. We highly recommend staying here. Big thank you to the hosts!

ACK wedding weekend

The house was exactly what I expected from the listing. Candy was a great host and the space was absolutely perfect for my wife and I. Outdoor shower was great and the available snacks were greatly appreciated.

Perfect in every way.

Don’t have a single complaint. The cottage was perfect for me and my girlfriend- quaint, clean, and charming. The best feature was the outdoor shower and back patio. Very central to town and quick Uber ride to Cisco Brewery. Communication with the hosts was seamless. Will be begging to come back next summer!

Just Heavenly.

We rent homes around the world and are quite choosy and detail-oriented. This charming, clean, light cottage is perfect for a couple and there was not one tiny detail overlooked. There was plenty of storage, very comfortable king bed, perfect water pressure, good lighting with dimmers, snacks, wine, water, coffee, spices and every kitchen gadget one could need. TV, cable and ability to purchase from Netflix, Amazon etc., etc. worked perfectly. The only thing we would recommend is to fix the cushions on the living rm. tub chairs and use some oil on one to stop squeaking and maybe to put a non-skid pad under the bedroom rug. The outdoor terrace and shower are very private, peaceful and sunny. The street is very quiet; walk in one direction to restaurants and large supermarket 12-14 min., and in other direction through beautiful historic streets to downtown Nantucket, and harbor in 10-14 min. The hosts are very kind, flexible and friendly and clearly experienced in renting properties. Wonderful.

Cute house

The house was quaint with everything we needed. The location of the house could not have been better. Close to everything. While we had a car the whole time we were there, Main Street and restaurants are a short pleasant walk away. The bathroom has no vanity, it's a pedestal sink, so it's a little hard to lay everything out for putting on makeup but it's functional. We loved our stay and enjoyed having a glass of wine on the private patio. Nice touch with a bottle of wine and snacks left for guests.

A charming cottage with everything you need for a memorable vacation!

The cottage is exactly as you see in the photograph! The decor is adorable with lots of little touches that add that extra charm. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need! The private patio is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine and just taking in the view of the quaint garden. Location is perfect with just a short stroll to downtown taking in the beautiful cottages and lovely gardens. Can’t wait to return!
