Kihei Kai Nani #4-221 is a 2nd floor, 1 bedroom 1 bath unit with a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, cable TV/DVD and free Wi-Fi. Phone service is included with long distance calling to the US mainland and Canada. It has a brand new, quiet split A/C system for living room and bedroom, queen bed and a new queen sofa bed. Kihei Kai Nani #4-221 accommodates 4 comfortably.
The location is an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, beaches, parks, health food store, and Internet cafƩ. There are six championship golf courses within 15 minutes. Kihei, being on the beautiful south coast, has the best weather and beaches in Maui, so relax by the large pool or enjoy the variety of activities Maui has to offer. Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.
Kihei Kai Nani is located right across from the world renowned Kamaole Beach #2. This gorgeous beach is famous for its long sandy shoreline, clean clear water for snorkeling, and great body surfing. Whale watch, paddle board, walk the beach and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable. It is a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. Kihei Kai Nani has a 60 foot swimming pool, shuffleboard, gas grills for your use, a coin-operated laundry room, complimentary internet service and free parking. Kihei Kai Nani is a popular property with easy access to shops and restaurants.

Nice location and nice property. It is a bit dated so if expecting newness feel, you will not get that. Otherwise, very comfortable stay. We kept the sofa bed open the whole time as it was too many things to figure out to close and open. This does not have beach view but is very close to it. A short ride to food truck area, restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores all along the way. I would recommend it.

Amazing stay!

We absolutely loved our stay and the location is ideal! We had everything we needed. The only thing was the main bed was listed as a queen but it was quite a bit smaller than the queen pull out couch so it felt like a double. Not a huge issue and didnā€™t affect our comfortability.

Perfect vacation condo!

My wife and I had the most perfect stay at this condo. The condo is in the ideal location, was clean, and was well stocked with amenities (towels, kitchen stuff, bedding, etc.). Check in and check out were easy and the staff at the complex were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a wonderful island vacation in Maui. I would stay here again, and will try to whenever I have the chance to visit Maui again.

The home was absolutely perfect for us. Views are darling. Out on balance is a fruitful star fruit tree and pool. Steps away from the beach. The area is walkable close to stores and restaurants.

Comfortable condo close to everything. Set back from busy road, so quiet (except for wild roosters!). Walk to beaches, restaurants. Parking was great. Easy access to the rest of the island. Lovely lanai overlooking pool. Appreciated having washer/dryer. Decor a bit dated, but comfortable.
