This beautiful one bedroom one bathroom cottage is completely brand new and is kept immaculate. Tile floors throughout, granite counter tops in the progressive yet traditional fully appointed kitchen and state of the art appliances. The artistically designed bathroom has details like a granite counter, a beautifully artistic tile shower and so much more! The wall mounted flat screen TV/DVD/CABLE in the living area makes watching a movie after a day at the beach very comfortable. If you need to check your emails or just surf the web we also supply wireless high speed internet.

This private cottage is ideal for your dream vacation, island getaway or simply a lovely place to spend your honeymoon. The decor is traditional Hawaiian done in a tasteful modern setting. The walls are adorned with unique art all of which are done by local artist here in Maui! The convenience of a washer and dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, and all brand new furnishings make this your home away from home. There is also a fabulous new BBQ for those nights when you just want to stay in.

High thread count sheets, a plush pillow top bed, over sized towels, toiletries such as soap, shampoo and conditioner, blow dryers, iron and ironing board, and books are all added for your convenience. Enjoy sunset and relax on the outdoor seating area. We pay close attention to our guests and do our best to add the little details that will make your stay truly an Aloha experience. Many of our guests are return guests and guests by referral. Come be part of our ohana, we can assure you we will exceed your expectations.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay in the cottage! It was idyllic, beautiful, clean, in a central and quiet neighborhood. It was hard to leave Maui because it’s so beautiful and the cottage was definitely part of that! Would stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Amazing Little Cottage in a Great Location

We were so happy with this VRBO. It was our first time on Maui and the accommodations were perfect. The location is a close drive to beaches and shopping. We appreciated the little extras like use of beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler to take drinks to the beach. The basket of snacks when we checked in was nice to have throughout our stay and another thoughtful gesture. There was a little hiccup with checking in, but it was quickly resolved. The owner was responsive and accommodating to our needs. We would highly recommend this cute cottage!

40th Anniversary Celebration Trip

Kerry and I (Cindy) came to Maui for our 40th Anniversary. We stayed from December 23-31,2024. When I found your cottage pictures and description I knew it would be perfect for us. We wanted something close to the beach, ( a very short walk from the cottage) we also liked the fact it would have a kitchen so we could make our own meals, and just overall privacy. It couldn’t have been more perfect in every way! Everything we needed was provided.

Anniversary - Amazing

Very cute cottage perfect for my wife and I to venture the island from. Clean, perfectly decorated; even the air smelled amazing inside. Great beach accessories to use for day trips to the beach, easy parking with privacy set up for guests. Communication was great, and thank you so much for the surprise bottle of champagne!

My best Kihei rental experience

Stayed in many places in Kihei over the years and this was the best experience. You give up the water view of the typical condo but in trade you get privacy, quiet, great new windows and doors, great HVAC, private parking and a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy road access. No slat-windows, no bugs(!), no noisy neighbors, no parking lots or elevators, no nasty old carpet or sagging furniture. The unit has been substantially upgraded from the photos (as of 9/24) with new flooring, furniture, Weber grill and central air conditioning. Exceptionally clean and well-kept. While the owners are on-site technically they clearly respect guests privacy... no knocking on doors or meet and greet, yet still very quick to respond when contacted.

Relaxing stay

Relaxing, private and homey cottage. Good base for exploring the island. Nice outdoor space for morning coffee and evening barbecues, could use some shade during the day. Mostly quiet residential area; sometimes had early morning noise from municipal services. Shared laundry. Coffee maker uses pods. We enjoyed our stay and would consider again.

A gem!

If you are like me and a condo or apartment building isnt your idea of fun- you want to check out this little cottage. It has everything you need, and smack dab in the middle of everything. Walking trails are not too far away, and it is easy to rent a car in the neighborhood using Turo. The owners were friendly, and gave helpful advice!

Private getaway

The hosts were great! They let us know they were there if we needed them but also gave us our privacy. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Very comfortable! A perfect place if you are looking for a private, quiet place to stay. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Our second time at the hibiscus hideaway

And it was just as amazing as the first. The cottage is located as a perfect landing pad for whatever you want to do on the island. It is small but beautiful and perfect for a couple. It has exactly what you need to enjoy yourself. Samantha and Dustin are wonderful attentive hosts.

Wonderful stay on Maui

This property is an amazingly quaint little place to spend time on Maui. It is only minutes from the beach, where you can view breathtaking sunsets. It is centrally located for easy trips to the Road to Hana, the aquarium, Lahaina and most other places you will want to visit. It is small and cozy, with everything a couple would need as a base to launch your exploration and enjoyment of Maui. We stronly recommend it!
