1 dog per reservation with a pet fee. The dog is not to be left unattended. If a dog is left unattended and a neighbor calls to complain, renter will be charged a $200 fee. House trained. Weight must be less than 60 lbs. No pets on furniture. The renter assumes responsibility for all extra cleaning needed such as emergency carpet cleaning, furniture replacement, and or emergency laundromat use for bulky items like comforters and pillows. The dog must be house trained and on-leash while outside.

Curl up around the wood-burning stove with enchanting views offered by the picture windows, gaze out across the bay with your morning tea, or relax in the hot tub. Mitchell Bay Shores is nestled in a very quiet and cozy neighborhood. Though secluded, this location is a short drive to British Camp National Park, walking trails on Mount Young, and Roche Harbor Resort, Marina and Spa.

This home has a comfortable living room with a wood stove, a sleeper sofa, and a family area equipped with a flat screen Smart TV, Roku, DVD player, and a stereo system.

The dining area is conveniently located between the kitchen and family room with easy access to the outdoor deck and patio. The dining table has seating for 6.

The primary suite offers double doors that open to a private balcony and is furnished with a queen size bed. The spacious en-suite bath includes an oversize tiled shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed as well.

This no-bank waterfront home lends itself to clamming and crabbing, the ability to access the water without leaving the property, and kayak launching. (However, there is no dock access, and boats or kayaks are not included.) The spacious yard is perfect for enjoying the outdoors! This house is equipped with a gas BBQ, and of course, the hot tub is perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking, biking, or kayaking!

**This home does not have Air Conditioning. A few open doors provide a cooling breeze off the water. Portable fans are provided as well.

**This House is not suitable for parties or large gatherings as it is located in a quiet neighborhood.

** This is a Non-Smoking house.

**This house does not have good cell phone reception. This home has Wi-fi which will support calls from your personal cell.

**Please be advised, hot tub/yard maintenance may occur during your stay.

San Juan Island is a remote location, and it is good to keep in mind that intermittent, short, Wi-Fi disruptions are very normal for this area.
