San Juan Suites - Valley Farm -Pet Friendly Condo Studio in Heart of Friday Harbor! Valley Farm offers a comfortable living area with a love seat sofa, easy chair, entertainment center with Blue Ray-DVD and HDTV with satellite television and a private outdoor balcony with a propane BBQ. One king bed and one queen Aerobed for set up in the open studio. Enjoy historic views of classic downtown Friday Harbor from this second-floor suite. The block surrounding the San Juan Suites offers many delicious restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, ice-cream shops and art galleries, all within walking distance. On Saturday mornings the local San Juan Island Farmer's Market is a 1 minute walk from the San Juan Suites!

The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and flat-ware needed to prepare everything from morning coffee and toast to a full meal. This suite is equipped with a standard, drip-style coffee maker. The dining table has seating for 4 and a great view. This studio is furnished with a King size bed fitted with luxurious linens for a relaxing stay and the second bed provided is a Queen Aero-bed mattress.

Conveniently located just a short walk from the ferry for those wishing to leave their car behind on the mainland. However, parking is available for those who bring a car. One car per unit.

This suite has good cell phone reception.

1 dog per reservation with a pet fee. Dog is not to be left unattended. If a dog is left unattended and a neighbor calls to complain, renter will be charged a $200 fee. House trained. Weight must be less than 60 lbs. No pets on any furniture, including bed and bedding. Renter assumes responsibility for all extra cleaning needed such as emergency carpet cleaning, furniture replacement, and or emergency laundromat use for bulky items like comforters and pillows. Dog must be house trained and on-leash while outside in the common hallway

Guests traveling with a dog will enjoy close access to the local dog park "Eddie and Friends Dog Park", or many other local parks including Sunken Park, Jackson Beach, and LaFarge Open Space.

This unit is equipped with Central Air.

This property has an adjoining door with Channel Room, which can be unlocked for joint groups.

This unit is not recommended for those with a young child.

There is not an elevator in the building, climbing a flight of 18 stairs is required.
