1750 Asbury Ave (1st Floor) – This 3 bedroom condo has a fantastic location, just two short blocks from the beach and boardwalk. It has everything you’d expect from new construction including all stainless steel appliances, flat screen TVs, wireless internet, granite counter-tops, hardwood floors & ceiling fans. The two shaded decks give you plenty of room to relax outside. This first floor condo is located in the desirable Gold Coast section of town which is a perfect spot for all ages because everything is within walking distance whether it’s the beach, shops & rides on the boardwalk or the shops & restaurants on Asbury Ave. Check out the reviews from last season.

To hold your week, we require, along with the signed rental agreement, and a check for 50% upfront & 50% 30 days prior to check in (this total will include $300 refundable security deposit).

*Outside of summer season, I am open to longer extended stays but no year round
*We don't allow any pets (this includes small, non-shedding, well-behaved dogs)
