The villa’s majestic cliffside perch allows Ocean Haven to take full advantage of the island’s cool sea breezes. From the main floor balcony or the expansive pool deck, watch pelicans glide by at eye level, or peer through the villa’s binoculars to catch a glimpse of migrating whales. During the heat of the day, lounge in Ocean Haven’s private pool, or relax under the enchanting shaded pergola and enjoy the fragrance of tropical flowers wafting through the air. In the evenings, snuggle into the villa’s luxurious Egyptian cotton linens and doze off to the sound of the waves crashing onto the rocks below.

Each of Ocean Haven’s spacious bedrooms offers spectacular panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, the British Virgin Islands, and Greater Hans Lollik Island. For the comfort and convenience of our guests, the villa is fully air-conditioned and boasts amenities including wireless internet, flat-screen cable televisions, a printer/scanner/fax, an automatic generator, and more.

For chefs, Ocean Haven’s gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with china, glassware, cookware, and appliances. Savor a home-cooked or catered meal in the villa’s open dining room while gazing out at Ocean Haven’s coveted down-island view.

NOTE: Ocean Haven may be rented in either a two-bedroom or three-bedroom configuration. This listing and the displayed rates are for 4 guests using 2 bedrooms, & include access to the upper level of the villa, pool, & pool terrace only. During peak season, the villa is not available in the two-bedroom configuration. Rental of the entire villa is required during this period at a rate of $1449 per night (plus taxes and fees).

The entire villa, including the lower level bedroom, bath, & wet bar, may be rented for $899/night during low season and $999/night during high season (plus taxes and fees). If you wish to rent the full villa, please contact us.

Payment and Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50%) of the total rental cost is due within ten (10) days of a reservation request. This nonrefundable deposit will confirm the guests' stay at Ocean Haven. The nonrefundable balance of the total rent due, along with the 12.5% government hotel tax, must be paid in full no later than 45 days prior to arrival.

As no refunds can be offered after 45 days, we always recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance with the carrier of their choice in case of an unexpected change of plans.
