Relax and enjoy the sun!!

Property was good overall. Pool and Spa were great. Management team and Owner were very responsive to any concerns we had. Furniture could use some updating.Proximity to community amenities were excellent...5 or so minute walk. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay with our kids and grandkids!!

Great host, good property

In general, the house was clean and accommodating. The property had some issues (some minor, a couple major), but overall it met the needs of our trip. The host and management company were very responsive. The rules of the neighborhood were emphasized in our check-in documents, but they were not enforced.

Great house for 2 to 3 small families. The hot tub and pool worked awesome! Perfect floorplan for a group. private bathrooms. Gated community. Will be back again!

Great house

The layout of the house was great for a large family, plenty of bathrooms. There were 10 of us. The beds were comfortable. The house is in a nice location. We had an issue with the hot tub not working as it should and the owner was great , he took care of it immediately! Would stay there again.

Great stay. Needs more baking and cooking utensils. Needs more furniture outside. Needs another fridge… 1 fridge for 16 people is not enough. Other than that the stay was wonderful.

Winter Break

We were 6 adults and 6 teens/tweens! There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own sleeping space . Nice couches upstairs for kids to hang. However , there was a small couch downstairs and the adults had to sit at table. Outside was not enough seating for everyone at all. Otherwise , great communication and location

Great Location and Home

Overall we had a great experience here! When we first arrived, we noticed the pool seemed a little foggy and green. We contacted the managing company and owner and someone was out that evening to fix it and it was swimable the next morning! The house was clean and for the most part, everything was as expected. The couch was extremely uncomfortable and not the same as the pictures, but we used it very little as the weather was great and we were always outside! We would recommend the house to anyone, the Clubhouse, which was just a 10-minute walk, was a great way to spend our days lounging and the area felt safe and very well cared for! Great place.

Terrible House

This property needs some updating. The rug in the living room was dirty. The master bedroom by the kitchen had cockroaches in the sink and my daughter was bitten by some type of bug in her upstairs bedroom and she didn’t sleep in the bed for the remainder of the stay. My niece also saw a bug in her bed.

Disney trip

Upon arrival there was an odor in the house due to the garbage disposal being so clogged- when we ran water there was so much food in the drain. They finally fixed it after we called to find out if they were coming to fix it. Then it didn’t work again. Being the holiday it was crazy busy in the neighborhood, it took us over an hour to get through the gate. The furniture wasn’t large enough to fit a large family and the beds were very low to the ground and not very comfortable. A lot of police activity and not much parking. I wouldn’t recommend for families with small children. The bathrooms weren’t cleaned well at all.

Family Vacation

Loved having 6 bathrooms. But with 10 people staying for 10 days ONLY one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Only one roll of paper towels for the entire time of our stay. The pool was cold and green upon our arrival. Contacted the host and the pool company was there within 20 minutes! Then the dryer didn't work, again had to contact the host but he responded so quickly and the manager was there within minutes! Unfortunately, the pool heat and pump stopped working with three days left of our stay and we were so busy we did not bother the host again. Something is definitely wrong with the pool and pump system. Could also stand to have a few more pots, pans and storage container because we cooked evening meals. We put left over pasta in a plastic water pitcher because nothing else to place the pasta in!A few nightlights would be beneficial as well, so you didn't need to turn on bathroom lights or leave hall lights on for smaller kiddos. Overall, would not hesitate to rent this again.

Some what dissapointed in the experience but house was nice and clean.

I did not get to stay at champions gate…. I was contacted just before our trip. I was relocated to a different house in a different neighborhood I appreciated them taking care of that. However it was a neighborhood With all the pools and water entertainment. We were traveling with kids that were looking forward to that. And was not given any refund. I understand the house and private pool were just as nice and clean. But I booked for the neighborhood experience. I booked as a gift for my niece and nephew 13th birthday. Was hoping for more.

A great family reunion experience

This is a great house for our family reunion. We stayed from 10/26-10/30. House is clean and great. Furniture is good too. The two bedroom suites with king size beds on main level works well for us. My 86 year old mom and us stayed on main level while all adult kids and my sis stayed upstairs. I only give it 4 stars because the jacuzzi water was not heated and is too cold to use. We could not adjust temperature. We did not call management for it because we called earlier to report a wifi password issue and were told that they'd send network people over the next day (Monday) but no one showed up next day. Luckily my husband fixed it later.

Bare Minimum

Bare Minimum- the least amount that's required to meet a goal or requirement, or the smallest possible amount. This is what this house consist of. I've been rentng (Vrbo, etc) for over 25 years. For this property to accommodate so many they only had one set of dishes for cooking, furniture that's for an apartment, and the tv's could be better. The management company also ask that you don't remove any linen(dirty upon arrival), as if they choose what is clean or dirty, and not properly cleaning after each set of guests. The management company does the bare minimal, a lot of dust, spider webs and dirt, that's very visible. The pool company literally had to be asked to clean(after walk around), certain things in the pool. He just walked around like he did something, he didn't clean or treat the pool and we were there for a week. I didn't receive my check-in info until after the 4 p.m check-in and I notified the owner. Owner is quick to respond however he needs to keep up with what company he use to properly handle his home and he needs to invest in better furniture and tv's. My group are nurses and professional business women that just wanted to be comfortable and relax not go out of the house everyday. Comfortable bedding and tv's that match the room size qould have been great...

OK in Champions Gate

This seems to be a classic case of out-of-town owner with bad local management. Owner is super responsive and super kind. He clearly values his property and wants his guests to have a good time. And the house truly is nice...... Unfortunately, management has let this property go quite a bit. Any issues addressed with management were taken care of, but some of the issues never should have happened with regular maintenance and care of the property. The only complaint the we have for the public, is the couches in the listing pics are not the couches in the home. The couches in the home are much, MUCH too small for a home that sleeps 14. Not sure when they were replaced, but pics should be updated to reflect change.

Great house for a family

Communication with the property owner was great. He was very responsive and answered all of our questions. He even allowed us to check in early without having to pay an extra fee.Checking in was easy, and all done through email. The email was very thorough and had all the information we needed to get checked in quickly and easily.When we arrived, the house looked clean and the carpets were vacuumed. But as we stayed, we noticed the toilets had urine on them and had not been thoroughly sanitized. Showers also had mildew. The house is not properly stocked for large families. There was only one towel per bed in the home and there were only five beach towels. There were zero supplies in the kitchen as far as staples so we had to buy all the basics that we needed for cooking. They left us two garbage bags for a 10 day Stay for eight people, 1 roll of TP per bath and 1 roll of pp towels. Thought we could save money by eating at home, but quickly found that preparing a meal was difficult because the utensils and pots and pans are not large enough or sturdy enough to cook for a large family. Cleaning up was also difficult because there were no cleaning supplies in the house other than a broom and vacuum and they only left us three dishwasher tabs.We did enjoy the pool however when we arrived, the water was green and had algae growing. We called and they came out the same day and fixed it. The fridge broke so the owner gave us a credit for spoiled food and brought a temp fridge.
