Bring your binoculars and you may be able to spot some spinner dolphins and humpback whales in that gorgeous blue ocean!

Villa is fully furnished with state-of-the-art appliances and has central air conditioning with ceiling fans.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and common areas were clean. The property was spotless and equipped with beach supplies (towels, chairs, castles sand toys. The beach is just steps from the pool.

Great Expectations Met

The property, and view are beautiful and as depicted in the photos. The check in process was seamless thanks to Lynn who was fantastic and shepherded us through check in, personally showed us where to park, and gave us a thorough tour of the unit leaving no question unanswered. I called 1 time during our stay and received an immediate and friendly response from management. We rented this unit for ourselves and another unit for our son, daughter in law and youngest grandson. The resort was perfect for our group and our grandson loved, as we all did, the lagoon pool and the beautiful, and very safe beach. I also enjoyed the lap pool. The resort is convenient to good dining off property and we enjoyed, Michael Minaā€™s and Noe at the nearby (easy walk) Four Seasons, Monkeypod, Royā€™s, and Mekiko Cantina all within walking distance, as were a Starbucks and other restaurants at the nearby malls and other resorts, Marriott and Disney, in addition to the Four Seasons. There is also a convenience store in a nearby mall owned by the ubiquitous ABC chain with good selection of food, drink, gifts and sundries at typically inflated prices. We had preordered food and beverages from a nearby Foodland Market to be delivered soon after check in via Instacart. Expensive, but it went smoothly and the trade off for greater convenience was worth it with limited time to enjoy the resort. We also enjoyed a nearby marina for sport fishing and and a round of golf at the nearby course.

Wonderful Oahu Family Vacation Spot

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the beach resort. The unit was spacious for our family of four. The view was incredible! We woke up to a beautiful rainbow over the resort our first morning. The unit felt very safe, multiple key card scans to get on/off elevators. The resort staff was accommodating also. The beach accessory closet in the unit was convenient and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and water. The kitchen could have used a few more things, we noticed they didnā€™t have a pan to cook a pizza with. Otherwise, we had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay.

One of our favorite features was the balcony doors that opened up wall-to-wall. The balcony was literally an extension of the living area when the doors were opened all the way. The furnishings, appliances, bedding, etc. were all top-notch. Everything was clean and comfortable... felt like home! The elevator was surprisingly quick and seemed to be exclusively for the us because we never shared it with anyone else and it never stopped once we were on it. One pool was undergoing renovation but the other pool was gorgeous and clean. The beach is just steps from the pool, quiet and not overcrowded. We chose to stay in Ko Olina because it's set apart from the busy city and tourists, but is only a 30-40 min. drive when we did want to visit for the day. We would definitely stay here again.

But overall the unit is tired, furniture in disrepair, blinds in second bedroom not functioning, but most disappointing was the stinginess of basic sundries- dish soap, paper towels, laundry soap, lack of plunger, etc. Having to wait 24 hrs for one replacement is poor. I understand this is not a hotel but given the daily rate and the fact we were there for 14 days, the suite was inadequately stocked.

This Unit (16th floor panoramic) was everything as billed. roomy 2 bed 2 bath with fabulous ocean view.There was some ability to improve things associated with the unit, especially the cooking accessories, (pots pans utensils) and beach accessories (towels snorkels, chairs umbrellas) But given that there is a world wide pandemic they get major kudo's for opening and following current covid protocols.We will, stay again without a doubt.

But can not see out of bedroom windows need cleaning. If Roy designed kitchen he or anyone has done much cooking. no tongs for lifting meats from grill, no kitchen type fork for carving/cutting, needs basic cotton kicthen towels for drying as the cheap ones they provide do not absorb much. Pots and pans are very cheap. Neo is great Roy's is over priced and just OK, Mina's is just plain below average with resort prices Take the Mana snorkel cruise a bit spendy but with the time and money

Family holiday in Ko Olina

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Two words to summarize this place - the VIEW. If you are coming to the West side of O'ahu for a spectacular view of the mighty Pacific, then this is the place for you. We (family of four with a teen and tween) stayed for six days and the pocket doors on the lanai were always fully open. I couldn't get enough, so very relaxing and beautiful. My teen enjoyed the wifi and relaxing in the condo and my tween loved the pools (saltwater, very clean, not crowded and no kids over-running like the Aulani next door), not to mention the very clean and lovely lagoon. Pros: Quiet, relaxing, well-appointed condos especially the kitchen, location - very close to many restaurants, spas, etc in neighboring resorts and since the community is part of planned master resort, all of the separate resorts are accommodating and welcoming. Cons: They really turn the condos over with back to back visitors, so our condo wasn't clean/ready at scheduled check in and I felt the cleaners were rushed and it showed in the cleaning. Also related to the frequent turnover of the condos, while this condo is newish and very modern/comfortable, it is also "well loved". We also couldn't get even a two hour late check out because they had already rented our condo for a group coming with early check in! So a bit of a burn and churn in terms of people coming in and out. I also question the assertion that the condo is 1 minute from the beach. It's indeed very close but it's NOT beach front - it's in the tower overlooking the quiet pool. Having said all of that, it's really a lovely place, quite enjoyable and did I mention the VIEW?

Best Vacation Ever

My husband and I visited Ko Olina with another couple, and had the 2 bedroom penthouse on the top floor. The view was amazing, we saw whales on our first evening on the lanai. The pools are great, the beaches/lagoons are great, the rooms are great. We loved it all! We were a little disappointed at first that our resort did not have a restaurant, but a quick walk next door to Longboard's fixed that. (FYI resort food is expensive! It's very good, but very pricey! Take advantage of the Wal-Mart and grocery stores and use your amazing kitchen! We grilled out more than we ate out, and would do the same all over again!) The resort is also a little on the quiet side. We're used to all inclusives with music playing all the time and people pretty much partying for a week straight, so again, we were disappointed at first with how low-key/laid back everything was. But by the middle of the week we were over it and would come back to the same place again in a heartbeat!

awesome view; wonderful condo

We visited Ko Olina for the first time three years ago and loved our experience so much, we wanted to stay at the Beach Villas again. Fortunately, this property was available and we could not be happier with our experience. Phyllis was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and any emails I sent, checking in was easy and of course the property was wonderful. The condo itself is on the top floor which affords an awesome view of the ocean. The balcony is large with doors that fully retract so you can enjoy the view even from the living room or kitchen. The condo is well equipped with new appliances in the kitchen and washer/dryer. The condo also has items for babies and small children (high chair, umbrella stroller, and I think there may have been a portable crib) as well as sand toys, beach chairs and boogie boards. The facilities are also great-- we enjoyed the kids' pool and quiet pool daily, and my husband and I made good use of the gym, which was never crowded. The beach was also quite calm and never crowded. And of course, we ended each day with a drink from the bar-- the bartenders were always very friendly and willing to make nonalcoholic drinks for our son. The property is also within walking distance of the Aulani and the Marriott and a shopping center that has a number of restaurants, an ABC Store and shops. We would definitely love to stay here again if we return to Ko Olina.

Outstanding villa, exceptional view

We stayed in this Penthouse villa for a week in June with our 4 children. To say it far exceeded expectations is an understatement. The unit was stunning, and plenty large enough for our entire family. We sat on the balacony with the fold away doors for many hours a day, and the kitchen was so fun to be in as all of the applicances were amazing, and new (and note: I hate to cook or be in the kitchen at all). The property itself is wonderful. The Lagoon is so calm and peaceful -- the only ask there is that the resort (as this unit had chairs) provide beach loungers and umbrellas. The pools were awesome. NEVER crowded, clean and so well maintained. What I loved most is the laid back, unrushed, lack of crowd feeling at this property. There was never a fight for a lounge chair, never a bump in the pool. It was a very respectful, peaceful week. I never heard a peep through the walls or floors of the villas either. It was like we were on our own little island. Phyllis and Blyane were outstanding hosts -- they accomodated our every need. As we had 4 kids in this villa, they provided a toddler bed for our 4 year old, and a crib/high chair for the baby. We had a car, which I would highly recommend. We spent many days getting out of Ko Olina and hitting up Kapolei for groceries, meals out, etc. You will not be disappointed if you choose this resort. Enjoy and Aloha!
