As soon as you step inside of our 15th floor penthouse suite, you will see the spectacular panoramic view of the ocean that will take your breath away. This penthouse suite is a quiet end unit with 2 lanais. From the private rear lanai, you will see the sunrise with a cup of coffee & Ko Olina LPGA Championship Golf course. From the front lanai, you will see the panoramic view of the ocean & lagoon, and of course, our famous Ko Olina Sunset with your favorite glass of wine! Cheers!!

Your Penthouse suite includes a private hallway to 2 elevators for total privacy and free parking & internet (Wifi).

We provide you with virtually everything you need in your villa:
Chef Roy Yamaguchi-designed kitchen with full size appliances, pots/pans, baking items, cooking/grilling/eating utensils, small appliances, dishes, cups/glasses, plastic ware; 6 sets of bath/hand/wash towels, hair dryer in each bathroom, washer & dryer in the unit; beach chairs, beach toys, cooler and beach towels; and a "starter kit" of cleaning supplies and toiletries.

The suite is luxuriously decorated by professional designers throughout the living area and a full kitchen designed by the famous Master Chef Roy Yamaguchi for your imaginative creation.

Incredible Trip

Peaceful escape

Beautiful condo on the 15th floor of a lovely resort in Ko Olina. The ocean view from the lanai was a favorite for our family. We warched sunrises and sunsets. Fantastic check in experience where the manager meets with you and shows you your parking spot and the property. I felt welcome and relaxed.The condo is quiet, clean, modern and comfortable. The resort has everything you need as well with a beautiful pool/bar area. I would highly recommend and would stay again.

Spectacular!

Beautiful property with breathtaking views of the ocean. Clean and well appointed we lacked for nothing during our visit. Communication was excellent and Cherie was quick to respond to questions before and during our stay. I would highly recommend the property and will definitely rent it again on my next trip to Oahu. Awesome stay

This is a great condo and excellent property. The KoOlina Beach resort property is very well maintained and great area to stay on Oahu. Our stay was with our two adult male children and we utilized the sofa sleeper so each had their own space. Pools are great and guess we were early enough in summer that they weren’t crowded at all. The condo is appropriately stocked with basics and has beach chairs, boogie boards etc. The lagoons of Ko Olina are very nice even though man-made. Location is great with Marriot, Disney, and four seasons nearby but all are far enough away from each other that doesn’t seem crowded. Location is far enough away from Honolulu but it was just a short drive of about half an hour to get to wiakiki beach, Pearl Harbor, etc. The local ABC store is called Island Country Markets and it has about anything you’d need from adult beverages, t-shirts, snacks, and also a grill for prepared foods and coffee station. This unit is on the 2nd from the top floor and elevator access for the floor is only for this unit, so that is great. The sister tower between unit and Pacific but it doesn’t detract from the view. Only advice on booking is the average per night price advertised does not include all the other fees, so in reality, the cost per night is probably over $200 more than shown on VRBO. Cherie was excellent to work with and would highly recommend this unit! C

Relaxing resort with 2 pools and a lagoon. At this time there was plenty of space in the pool area.

The resort is very well maintained. The only drawback is the lack of a sit down restaurant on site. There are drinks and snacks at the pool bar.

picture perfect view condo with all the amenities one could need for both a short and extended stay in koolina. the condo was perfectly stocked, super clean and very comfortable all around. cherie was wonderful in checking us in and out. looking forward to returning. highest regards all around!

Wonderful condo

We loved our stay at Ko Olina condos. Definitely liked the location and appreciated that we were not in one of the resorts that are near by. It was nice to have the Marriott, Four Seasons and Disney Resort close by but the intimate and quiet condo was perfect. Great pool area and close location to everything. I would definitely stay again and look forward to our return in the future.

Perfect view. Amazing unit...one of the nicest on the property. Only issue: oven does not work. Cause a major issue as we were hosting another family for Thanksgiving dinner...but the oven couldn't cook the turkey or pies in 5+ hours. Everything else was amazing.

Beautiful location

This property was exactly as described in the listing and Cherie could not have been more helpful, right from the start. She met us there and quickly reviewed the apartment, and then left us alone to enjoy our vacation! She was just a text away if we needed anything but we did not. This property is fully stocked with kitchen equipment, beach toys, chairs, a cooler, and towels - everything you need to enjoy the beautiful lagoons a few steps away. Of course, the view from the lanai cannot be missed but my favorite part was the privacy with being on the only apartment on that side of the floor (penthouse baby!). It was so wonderful to "come home" each day to this private, quiet, and cool space. My husband and I agreed that the king bed in the master suite was the most comfortable sleep we have ever had on vacation!

Worth Every Dime

There are no words to describe the experience we had at Ko Olina Beach Villas. Our property manager Cherie was absolutely phenomenal and kept us well informed of the ever changing travel conditions in to Oahu. She ensured that we had everything we needed upon check in and was very attentive to our family. The resort is hands down one of the best we have reserved. Pools are exceptional, fitness lounge is well maintained (cardio, free weights, and nautilus), outdoor cooking stations are convenient, cleaned daily, but were in constant use during our stay (there are four grills). The unit had absolutely everything you will ever need and then some. We ate in for a majority of our meals since there are limited dining options within walking distance of the resort (if you are willing to drive there are a lot more options). We spent most of our mornings and evenings on the lanai and it is hard to believe there is a better view of the sunset on the entire property. Looking forward to coming back one day.
