Completely renovated for 2021. 4 bedroom, 3 bath house. Located on 30th street, one of Barnegat Lights Best beach blocks, 1 block to a guarded ocean beach and 5 blocks to guarded bay beach. No Tram needed to get to beach. Large open living area featuring ample seating for the entire family, 55" TV. Additional family room upstairs with 50" TV. The kitchen, which is open to living room & dining area, features brand new cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliance package, well-equipped for your cooking needs. Large spacious roof deck over garage has 4 lounge chairs, table for alfresco dining. 2 decks on front of house Downstairs front deck has seating and Gas Grill, Upstairs front deck has more seating and a view of the bay. Outside Shower- great after a day at the beach! Amenities include Central Air (2 zone), Large capacity Washer & Dryer, Cable TV (both living rooms), WIFI Internet Service. The master bedroom has a King size bed with newly renovated private bath, shower stall. Additional bedroom on main floor has twin beds and hall bathroom, which has a bathtub. Up stairs are 2 additional bedrooms (queen size bed) one with access to rooftop deck, full bath and living area. Included in rental are 6 beach badges, beach chairs, beach umbrella, wagon to bring all your belongings to the beach Also included,, 3 adult bicycles and 1 child's bicycle for your use We are a pet friendly home. If you want to bring your furry friends, please inquire. There is no additional charge for pets but if you book, additional paperwork required. Barnegat Light has a dog park on 10th street which makes a great vacation for the dogs as well! Check township website for dog park policy/rules A short distance to Viking Village featuring Cassidy's fish market, How you brewin coffee, Off the Hook restaurant for take out or dine outside, many quaint shops. The village of Barnegat Light has Mustache Bills Diner, Kubels Restaurant, Daymark & Kelly's restaurants both by the light house Poppys Ice cream, Dairy Queen, miniature golf and of course the Barnegat Lighthouse, where you can climb 217 steps and see the best view of LBI!

Great shore home

We had a great week! The house worked perfectly for our family. Loved the options of sitting on the front porch or the roof top deck! The house has nice curb appeal and is lovely inside. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Just one block to the beach and just down the road from fishing and crabbing in the bay. Perfect location!!!

Another wonderful stay at this home. Everything is perfect, beach was absolutely beautiful, house clean and welcoming, outdoor shower such a treat, well equipped ( bikes beach chairs anything you could need) and comfy beds what more could you ask for? Only disappointment was having to leave.

Lovely house, clean and quite.

We were very pleased with our stay. Beach was across the street, fishing down the block and even dug up a few dozen clams. Nice restaurants and shops for our needs. Road our bikes and walked the beach. Will consider coming back next year.

Great house, quick walk to the beach: will definitely be back and rent here again. House had everything we needed and can’t beat the location. Maryann was wonderful always available and quick to communicate with. Beds were comfortable, outdoor shower was great, stocked with beach items like chairs and bikes, great deck and front porch.

another stay in paradise!

We had another great week in this lovely home! Outdoor shower, roof deck, and walkability to the beach/bay are the highlights. This year we were able to take advantage of morning bike rides, and fishing trips through Bobbie's boats. This one level house is perfect and comfortable for us; the kitchen is fully stocked, so this year we also enjoyed grilling fresh swordfish from Cassidy's market and shrimp scampi. We also love takeout from Viking Fresh off the Hook, coffee from How You Brewing?, and Poppy's ice cream.

Heaven on Earth!

This was our third summer renting this lovely home with our 2 children. As the kids get older, we do different things, but still love the familiarity and comfort of this open floor plan with porch, roof deck, and fully stocked kitchen. Our favorite pastimes when we come include going to the beach just 500 feet away in either direction include: Biking, take out at Viking Fresh Off the Hook, mini golf and Fantasy Island down in Beach Haven, Bay Village in Ship Bottom for a rainy day, Little Miss Barnegat Sunset Cruises, breakfast at Mustache Bills, and just plain old relaxation. Next year we might get more adventurous and do some fishing trips that leave from right down the street. Heaven on Earth!

``Barnegat Light one level

Great kitchen and open floor plan. Close to the light house and a block from the beach It's on the quiet side of the island. Less than a half mile from the Boat cruise around the lighthouse, for 10.00 dollars you cant beat that. Bikes in the garage that we didn't have to rent. We had our Dad's 80th birthday party at the house, great access for him. All one level You cant go wrong

Our stay in barnegat light LBI

Another perfect stay at our rental! Maryann was so accomodating! The house is beautifully updated and so close to the beach. Just steps away from paradise! The house has all you can imagine, central air, dishwasher, washer and dryer.... Even sand toys. This year not the owners fault but a water main break down the road.... Left no water for the neighborhood. My 3 children and I had just come back from a long day at the beach and Mary ann (the owner) made arrangements for us to get a quick shower at a friends home down the road. She is a really nice owner who made our lbi trip amazing. It is a place my children and I have come to love even in mid September - the water is warm and the beach empty! We have found our favorite place to stay! We will defiantly stay at this house next summer.

Just perfect.

My husband and I, and our 2 children stayed here this summer, and it was the perfect vacation filled with great memories. The house is clean, single level, and well equipped with just about everything....even an outdoor shower, bikes, washer/dryer, and grill. The location is ideal. It's walking distance from the bay in one direction, and the other direction is ocean. While the kitchen has every appliance and gadget, there are casual restaurants, a fresh seafood market, and even a place to take out prepared seafood so you never have to cook! There are fishing tours and sunlight cruises at the pier. The owner is attentive and went out of her way to ensure we had a great stay.I didn't want to leave!

What's not to love!

My husband and two children rented for a week and absolutely loved it! The house is lovely, clean and well equipped. Loved the upstairs deck at night and sitting on the front porch in the morning. Outside shower is big and such a treat after a day at the beach! Walk to beautiful ocean by day and watched sunsets at the bay at night. Lovely quiet neighborhood with great stores and shops nearby. Can't say enough good things about this rental and the owner is very sweet, helpful and accommodating. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Perfect vacation

This house and its location are awesome! Everything you need is available to you, house is perfectly equipped , clean and welcoming ! Love the upstairs deck and outside shower , sitting on the porch in the morning, walk to sunset at night by the bay and ocean just steps away! Higjhly recommend and will definitely be back next year . The owner is very nice and helpful and accommodating . Can't think of one negative thing, hated to leave!

great house!!

My husband, 3 kids and i had a great time in the house. everything was clean and new in the house. The greatest feature was the short walk to the beach. Also, and amazing outdoor shower. I have stayed at many places in LBI and this was by far one of the best. The kids had a blast and the house was beautiful.

walk to Beach - Lifeguard stand on our block, can go home for lunch. We are 10 houses to the beach, no tram to ride, just walk down the street! If you have small children the bay beach is 5 blocks away. Load up the kids on the wagon we leave for our renters and stroll down the bay road
