The gourmet kitchen features beautiful granite counter tops, a viking range, double wall ovens, and a large island with 4 bar stools. The master bedroom is on the top floor with a king sized bed, sliding doors to the deck, and a private bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and a double vanity. The junior suite has a queen sized bed, sliding door to the deck, and a private bathroom. The third room is furnished with a king bed. This room also has sliding door access to the deck. The fourth room is furnished with two twin sized beds and twin sized trundle beds. The fifth room is furnished with a love seat and bunk bed. The bunk bed is a twin on top and full on the bottom.

Our home has a total of 3 decks (including a large roof top deck with beautiful views of the bay and lighthouse), a brand new bulkhead and dock, as well as a new outside shower. You will have access to 2 kayaks, 8 beach chairs and 8 beach tags. The garage is equipped with a ping pong table and refrigerator.

Our home is listed as pet friendly. We allow dogs, but no cats. There is a wonderful dog beach around the corner on bay 1/4 of a mile away.

Please note: The house is rented without linens and towels. Renters are advised to bring their own pillows, linens and towels. we do not have a gym with weights and the Peleton has been removed from the property.
