Renovated, Seaside Villa. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, small cooks kitchen & bar area, relaxing living room with queen sleeper sofa with upgraded gel mattress. Hardwood floors. Full kitchen with dishwasher equipped for your every cooking need. Granite, Stainless Steel appliances, Cherry cabinets. Pocket door in hall to close off bedroom. Washers/Dryers on each floor of the complex. Charcoal grills and picnic tables available for your outdoor cooking.

Seaside Villas is an oceanfront complex, located on the South end of Hilton Head Island in the South Forest Beach area. Villa is walking distance to Coligny Plaza, which includes everything from live entertainment, restaurants, local bars, shops, grocery stores & a movie theater. The back gate to Sea Pines is less than a mile in the other direction, giving you easy access to South Beach and Harbour Town.

Hurricane Season runs from the beginning of June to the end of November. We highly recommend purchasing the VRBO travel insurance which covers mandatory evacuations (for example) in additional to other unforeseen circumstances. Call VRBO for more details and pricing.

Cute apartment, great location

The host sent messages and provided all the information needed. The apartment was cute and the location was great. The couch bed was not comfortable and hadn't been used in a while so the sheets had crumbs and it was kind of dirty. The shower had no water pressure and it was challenging to shower. This would be a good place for a couple, not needing to sleep on the couch bed.

Not comfortable sleeping

The pictures of the property are not accurate. While the kitchen and bathroom were nice, the couch was gross to the touch. The couch pulled out into a bed that was incredibly squeaky anytime someone moved. There is a large loud A/C unit right next to the bed that wakes you up every time it kicks on. (See picture). The bed was hard and uncomfortable. We were only left two trash bags. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint as they were very scuffed and had marks on them. One of the lights was out over the bed. There were no table and chairs to sit and eat at in the living room. I will say that the hostess did respond to messages and gave us an early check in time. The location to the beach and downtown Coligny was perfect. For the price of 6 nights, I would have expected it to be more comfortable and put together.

Wonderful experience

We have stayed in this condo complex for ten year. This particular condo is wonderful. Fully remodeled kitchen and the shower is amazing. We will certainly book again as we visit Hilton Head twice per year.

Nice place to stay within our budget…great location!

This was our first stay on HHI and I was very pleased with our choice of lodging! Although it doesn’t have the greatest view of the beach, you can see it and it’s only a short walk! Also within walking distance of Coligny’s restaurants and shops! It’s not fancy or boujee but that’s fine with us! With our budget, I was pleased and would stay again!

Great week

We had a great week of beautiful weather and a wonderful place to stay. It is was a short walk to the beach to enjoy sunrise or sunset or to Coligny Beach for dinner. There was also ample storage for our bikes and laundry facilities on each floor.

February break

Location is great. Enjoyed the view of the ocean and the palm trees from the balcony. And the short walk to the beautiful beach. Bike paths are everywhere on the island. We had a nice stay.

Happy Birthday

Nice location, short walk to beach and Coligny plaza. Perfect for two but any more would be cramped. Just like in all the other units we have stayed in on ocean side, a musty, salty beach air smell welcomes you upon entering but nothing a candle didn’t take care of. It’s the nature of the area and age of the building.

Wonderful trip!

Our hostess was excellent. She was quick to respond to an a/c issue and it was resolved the next day. The easy access to the beach is a plus. We look forward to returning!

superb property and hostess

We have stayed on Hilton Head in Gina's properties before, and we have always enjoyed our stay. Gina is a superb owner who tends to any request immediately. The properties are always clean, and the location can't be beat.

Awesome Getaway

Cool little apartment with ocean view, very clean and everything was in working order. Just a couple minutes from the room to have toes in the ocean or a very short bike ride to Coligny Beach Park/Plaza for dinner. Great communication with the host, thanks for a wonderful stay!

Short Spring Vacation

The condo was just perfect for us - it had everything we needed - plus we loved sitting on the balcony with the partial view of the ocean and we regularly ate our meals and just relaxed there! The walk to the ocean was only a few minutes and everyone was very nice. We rented some beach chairs and an umbrella and each day at the beach was very relaxing!

Enjoyed or stay at this property

Great location and the condo had evertwe needed for our stay. The one niggle about the condos on this property would be the noise from floor above not on top floor. We had children above us and cloud hear them running and banging. This wouldn’t deter me from another stay but for those sensitive to this just fyi.

Great location

Really enjoyed the location. Very close to the beach and necessary shops. However, it was hard to get in touch with the host at the beginning and end of the vacation. We left some items unfortunately and when trying to reach her the number is no longer in service and when I reach out here I’ve gotten no response at all. Kinda let down but the stay was fine communication isn’t.

There are way better options for the price.

For the price point, this property simply did not meet expectations and proved to be a considerable disappointment. Areas for Significant Improvement: 1. Misleading Online Representation: The VRBO photos do not accurately reflect the current state of the condo. A notable amount of furniture shown was absent, and the remaining pieces were worn and appeared unclean. The entire property gives the impression of being tired and requires a clear update. 2. Persistent Odor Issue: Upon arrival, the unit had a distinct odor of cat urine. The owner was contacted, who stated a no-pet policy. While I was out, an attempt was made to clean the unit. However, discovering two lit candles on the stove upon my return was a concerning and ultimately ineffective effort to mask the pervasive smell. 3. Compromised Comfort & Noise: A large portable air conditioner unit was located on the floor next to the bed, an item not depicted in the VRBO photos. When operational, this unit was loud, significantly hindering sleep, especially compounded by an uncomfortable mattress and old, flat pillows. 4. Inadequate Furnishings & Amenities: There was no table or chairs for dining, only a small patio table, and no coffee table was present. Furthermore, basic amenities like wine glasses were missing, and the provided ironing board was one of those table top models like you'd find in a dorm room, but there was no table to actually use it on. There are much better options at this price point.

Location! Location!!

First time visiting HHI and we were pleased with the condo we chose. Great location with walking distance to many places. Condo is updated, nice and clean. Perfect for the two of us! Well equipped with everything we needed. The only thing I would recommend is updating the cook ware. Overall we would stay here again. Thank you for a great weekend getaway and first time visit!

Door didn’t lock from outside on keypad. Wind came in through sliders. No table or chairs to eat, except tiny patio table, not even coffee table. 4 couldn’t stay here, only sofa & one chair. Bizarre Big tube from portable AC out through blinds & window by bed. Live cockroach. Property looks worn out.

Seaside villas

The resort is decent. The room was clean. Close to the beach and has an ok ocean view. The bed was really hard and squeaks when you move. The AC in the living room was good. But the portable AC unit in the bedroom isn’t very effective in July. Use of the desk and ceiling fan was a must.

When walking in, there was a portable a/c unit with a tube running to the window. When running, the unit was loud. Needless to say we didn't sleep well at all due to the uncomfortable mattress and loud portable a/c

Beach front vibes

The unit is not a luxury home away from home, 55 plus crowd may want an upgrade. Close to beach though. My stay was not the best due to the hardness of bed. The amount of bug spray used to combat seasonal bugs caused major allergies and migraines. The window screen to the patio is damaged, making it difficult to enjoy the outside area or get fresh air into the unit.
