The property itself is absolutely beautiful. The view is amazing and the resort itself was fantastic. The condo could use a bit of refreshing the mirrors on the wall were in pretty rough shape.the bar that separates the kitchen and dinning room still had dirty foot prints on the wall part. Other then that its a great place and its extremely roomy. We will definitely be back! The beach is absolutely beautiful with lots of seashells.

Great vacation home

We loved to condo, beach and pool, community was great. Only downside was the drive to get to restaurants and shopping around 30 mins. I would stay here again. Great vacation.

Cinnamon Beach

The view was great. There was easy access to the beach. The pool was about a 5 minute walk. The pool is saltwater and was very clean. There were plenty of kitchen supplies. The only negative thing was that the sliding glass door was very hard to open. The condo was a 10+

Great condo

The stay was great! Very clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything we needed. We brought our dog, and it was very welcoming. The view from the balcony was great! The community around was very nice and quiet. Nobody out after dark, there were no loud party’s or fireworks. Peaceful community! The security at the gate were very nice and helpful. Only downside is that we had to leave. I would definitely recommend and will hopefully be able to come back with my pup in the future.

Gorgeous Condo overlooking golf course and the ocean

Owners supplied many extras including coffee supplies, laundry supplies, and ziplocks. Spacious condo with huge king master, king guest bedroom, and amazing children’s room. Views were breathtaking. Spectacular condo. Will book again!

Clean Condo / Great View

We had a great stay at Cinnamon Beach. The condo was very clean and spacious, and the oversized porch was very enjoyable. Our only minor complaint was that the refrigerator was broken so a temporary one was brought in and placed in the hallway. It was a bit small and in the way, but not a big deal.

What an exceptional condo!

This is one of the first condo rentals we have done, we normally go for houses since we have an elderly dog. I worried about the 6th floor with him, but the elevator was a life saver! The condo has breathtaking views, we sat on the patio many hours this week tanning and enjoying the water and the dolphins and sea birds, etc. It was spotless and very comfortable for all 4 plus pet. The area was beautiful and had all the restaurants we could have asked for, the beach was gorgeous. From the elevator to the walkover was maybe 30 feet, it was just amazing from beginning to end, we will definitely come back and recommend to friends.

Ocean Front Condo

The property itself was beautiful. Our Condo was worn and outdated. We had concerns when one morning about 7 am the door was opened by a cleaning staff and someone came in. When they realized we were present they left. we were sleeping but my daughter heard it. When the left the door was left open a crack and was not secured. Very Unacceptable!!!!

1. Refrigerator plate under the water/ice dispenser needs to be cleaned. 2. No batteries in some of the remotes. One remote back is being held on by a bandaid ( yuck). There needs to be some instructions on how to work the TVs. 3. Living Room carpet has several stains on it and the master bathroom carpets smell like cat pee. 4. No room in guestbook to write anything. 5. Key pad didn’t work with our code when we first got there. Other than these things the condo was great! The view was so nice and we really enjoyed ourselves! We will be back for sure! P.s. You might consider adding a Keurig in the kitchen.

Dirty and Outdated Condo

We've been to Cinnamon Beach for 3 years: 2020, 2021, and 2023. We stayed in condo 862 in 2021 and 2023. In 2021 the curtain that hangs over the sliding door was broken and never got fixed in 2 years. Condo was dirty-needs new rugs and couches. I realize this is a pet friendly condo but things could be deep cleaned every 1-2 months to make it look better. Refrigerator was very old and ice maker on door wouldn't work-you had to reach inside to get ice. Several bin drawers were broken and would fall out every time you tried to open them. Dishwasher was old too and both need to be replaced. Many of the tines were broken and it was hard to load glasses on the top. It didn't clean well either. I rinsed pans before putting them in and they still came out dirty the next morning. Front bedroom beds weren't made. On the first night my daughter and I pulled back the bedspread and sheets were just lying there-we got to make our own beds. My mom had the master bedroom. There were so many things in her closet that she could barely fit her suitcase in it and couldn't hang things because there weren't ANY hangers in any of the closets so I went out and bought some. Sink in master bath leaked water constantly. Front door stuck and we literally had to bang on the door and jiggle the handle to get it to open. The lock wouldn't go in all of the way. Stairways on the outside of condo were dirty-sand was spilled on Saturday and wasn't blown off until late Friday.

A Peaceful Stay

We loved the quiet, gated community with lovely walking paths, a resort-style heated pool, and beautiful, uncrowded beaches. It's about a 15-20 min drive to most restaurants, which wasn't bad. (Note: We walked to the Cinnamon Beach Grill by the pool for dinner only to discover it is only open until 4). The condo itself was spacious with high ceilings and a balcony with a wonderful view of the beach! However, the furnishings were rather dated. It's a surprisingly short walk to the beach and to the pool which was nice! As far as the beds go, my parents said the bed in the master was comfortable, and my kids loved the twin beds in their room, but my husband and I hated the double bed in the 3rd room. The pillows were totally flat, the mattress topper didn't fit properly, and it was just very uncomfortable -- our backs were aching! The only issue we had was regarding the door lock. First, I was told I'd receive the door code 4 days before check in. I didn't. When I called, they said I'd receive it the day before check in. I didn't. So I called again and they finally gave me the code. Then when we arrived, the code worked, but the keypad on the door was very finnicky. Sometimes it would unlock, sometimes not. And when we left, it often wouldn't lock, and the door would just fly open. It was frustrating to try the code 10 times before it finally worked. I called and reported the issue, and to their credit, they sent a maintenance person within 2 hours and fixed it.

Great location, upgrades needed

While the location and manager communication were amazing, the unit itself needs some appliance replacements. For example, the refrigerator did not have a working interior light or a water filter. Additionally, the dishwasher had a lot of rust on the racks, and it was apparent the bottom rack had been taken from a different dishwasher because it prevented the soap door from opening during the wash. The dining room table is just a glass top placed on 2 pedestals, so it slides around very easily. The place was quite clean, but since it is a pet friendly unit there was a bit of an odor to the place we believe would be fixed by a cleaning of the rugs and couches. We rented the unit for 5 weeks, but were only provided 2 total rolls of toilet paper, and similar amounts of other disposable supplies, so no adjustments for length of stay were considered. On the positive side, the beds had a very nice foam topper making them quite comfortable. The wifi was strong throughout the unit, and the speeds were fast enough for all of our needs. The highlight of the unit were the views from the balcony, they have a nice set of chairs and a table where you can take full advantage of the beach view.

Clean, quiet and a beautiful view

The condo was well appointed. We cooked a few nights during our stay and had everything we needed. The view from the porch is fantastic. We had coffee and watched the sunrise every morning!

Can't Swim in Ocean. Nice community amenities.

If you or your kids are planning to walk, play, swim, wade, skimboard or do anything in the ocean - pick another location. The entire beach line is large rocks that are too slippery to climb or play on. Posted pictures are during high tide only. If you just want to enjoy the beautiful view, nice sounds, sand, shells & amenities you'll love Cinnamon Beach. NOTE if you book here: the emailed door code didn't work for us & nobody answered our calls. Look for the resident portal & login. That's where we finally found the correct passcode. Bring towels. We booked for 8 and only had 6 towels.

Beautiful, quiet getaway!

This property is located in a gated community. The beach is beautiful with not a lot of people. The community is very polite. The room is spectacular! I slept better in this bed than I do in my own home. The location is close enough to St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, and Orlando to give a variety of things to do, but far enough away to be clear of all the mahem. The property is very much recommended.

Cleanliness of Condo

The view from the balcony, property and surrounding area was absolutely gorgeous. With that being said, the condo was very dirty. There was food under the dining room table, under the couches and under the end tables. There has been a substantial leak under the kitchen sink for obviously quite some time due to the mold and disgusting filth under the sink. Kitchen faucet leaked all over some paperwork we had on the counter. If you dont shut it off in a precise position, it leaks everywhere. Showers were dirty. Mold built up in the grout. Floors were not swept. Carpet not vacuumed. Not one kitchen hand towel to be found. Had to use bathroom towels in the kitchen. Not one spice to be found either. Not even salt or pepper. Refrigerator racks and door slots broken. Very disappointing.

Enjoyed the stay.

Great condo, kitchen very well equipped, including countertop wine chiller. Plenty of linens and extra blankets. The remote for the TV in the great room was very fussy. The DVD/VCR produced very dark images on screen, so we couldn't use it.
