Great Host and Nice Unit

Ann was an awesome host. Very friendly, helpful and super responsive. A pleasure to deal with. She was able to steer me to providers of services not having to do with the occupancy. She has a great network. Best host I have ever experienced. The place was exactly as advertised and excellent for my purposes. Good location near major roads and 101. Close to BLM land for hiking. Lots of nearby shopping and restaurants . Very convenient.

Top in Class

Ann's townhouse is more a private enclave than a vacation rental. It is several levels ahead of other place we've rented...more like home than a crash pad. Especially appreciated are: light, airy, large rooms with classy comfortable contemporary furnishings, thoughtfully supplied essentials, quiet community with 3 well maintained rec areas/pools, clubhouses, courts. DO IT!

Lovely stay at his property

Ann is an excellent host. She is very communicative and goes out of her way to make sure that you are settled in. The location is wonderful if you enjoy mountain hikes, as you can walk to the trailheads from the property. The pool and fitness room were a nice amenity. And the nearby shopping center is a real bonus too!

This home was well kept. Quaint and efficient. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Safety cannot be underestimated. Communication with landlord was easy and natural. We spent 5 months in home, I feel like we were lucky. THANKS

The condo is a very nice property.

We loved our five weeks at this condo. It was very clean. Loved all of the windows. Loved that we were close to the pool. We had plenty of room. We were close to enough things in Scottsdale without being in the hustle and bustle. It is a gated community and we liked that. Ann was very quick to respond to any questions I had. She makes lots of suggestions of things to try in the area too. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Experience!!!

What a fabulous condo! All the luxuries of home and more! Fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beautifully decorated and meticulously clean. Ann is a most attentive landlord- she caters to her tenants and is a joy to interact with! This condo will not disappoint! Highly recommended!

Excellent experience

The condo was all it was advertised as. It was tastefully furnished and meticulously clean. The location is ideal with easy access to freeways, shopping and dining. Ann was always available to answer any questions or concerns. I loved being there and look forward to future stays.

Great place to stay. Everything as advertised. Everything needed for the stay was in the condo.

The condo was exactly as described. Recent upgrades were very nice. The owner, Ann was extremely helpful and made sure our stay we had everything we needed. Very pleasant stay and experience. Great value. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

5 stars are not enough!!

This well-appointed condo looks even better in person than it does in the (very nice) photos! It's chic, trendy, and cosmopolitan. The high-end finishes complement the stylish touches throughout. Our accommodating host Ann Bond was only a text message away during our stay in case of questions. A full-service market (Bashas') is only a stroll away, along with a terrific sushi restaurant/bar. I had the pool to myself every day for an early swim - so refreshing. Great location at the corner of Bell and Thompson Peak Parkway - close to hiking, yet quick access to 101. Book it now; you won't regret.

Exceptional Rental Experience

The condo is stylish and high end in every way. Luxurious linens, high quality furniture, crate and barrel dishes, restoration hardware lighting etc. Everything in the condo is top notch. The owner and property manager were easy to communicate with. Any little issue was resolved quickly. Both are accessible by text. Property manager lives on-site and usually came by within minutes of requesting anything. I found the drapes too sheer in one of the bedrooms and asked if they had any room darkening drapes. The owner ordered new drapes from West Elm immediately and they were installed within days. We originally booked for a month and ended up staying for 3 months. Walking next door to Bashas was extremely convenient. I have very high standards and I was impressed! Excellent condo rental!

Contemporary condo, convenient location!

This McDowell Mountain condo is as comfortable and contemporary as it looks in photos. Ann is a thoughtful owner who hasn't overlooked any detail, providing everything that made our stay easy, fun and enjoyable. The kitchen is fully outfitted (even champaign glasses and fresh ground coffee). Furnishing are modern and welcoming. The grounds are well maintained. It's convenient to hiking, golf courses, a Trader Joe's, and upscale shopping and great restaurants at Kierland Commons. If you love barbeque, the quirky Tom's Thumb car wash is three minutes down the street. Plus the shopping center next door has a full-service grocery. Ann was quick to respond to questions prior to our stay and provided a thorough orientation. This two-bedroom north Scottsdale condo worked great for our extended stay.

Feels like the Ritz or Four Seasons...

First, what an incredibly helpful owner! Ann patiently answered all my questions not just about the condo, but about the area as well. She had wonderful suggestions for activities and restuarants. The condo is conveniently located in a very quiet area that is just two minutes from the 101. There is a small shopping center with a grocery store, UPS store and dry cleaner close by. The condo itself has luxurious finishings that you would expect in a five star resort. No detail is spared. Ann even provides robes and slippers! There is a high-end air bed should you have guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, glassware and cookware. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit for your use. The Gateway trailhead is just a couple of minutes North. It has many levels of trails to challenge both novice and experienced hikers. My expectations were exceeded! You are guaranteed to enjoy your stay.

Absolutely the best!!!

This property is stunning and immaculate. The furnishings and fixtures are of the highest quality and the location can't be beat for convenience. Hiking, biking, pool, workout room, stores, resturants, and views of the mountains are right outside the door. This property is managed by the owner and Ann is (as we say in Texas), a real sweetheart who thinks of everything to make your stay as pleasant as a posh hotel. We are looking forward to our next stay here.

This is a second home that I completely remodeled. I have since moved and kept this elegant condominium as a VRBO vacation property. Since this unit was my personal home, it is filled with the top of the line upscale finishes and furnishings. I am so happy to host others here in this wonderful vacation rental during their time in Scottsdale

It is immaculately CLEAN, VERY MODERN AND UPSCALE AND VERY CONVENIENT! I completely remodeled this property. When I purchased the unit I installed all new top of the line appliances, custom wood floors, Italian marble in both bathrooms, Carerra marble vanity tops, all new Moen plumbing fixtures and have chosen nice upscale furnishings from Restoration Hardware, as well as custom window treatments throughout, a 2 car epoxy coated garage, new Air Conditioner and hot water heater. The kitchen is completely stocked for any length of stay. It is also great for hosting intimate dinners, as it is stocked with china dishes, and elegant glass and stem ware. The outdoor decks make it nice to enjoy a peaceful evening with partial mountain views and city lights at night

This property is unique because of its location and convenience to 101. It is an 8 min drive to Kierland, located a few minutes away from McDowell Mtn. golf course, and 5 minutes or less to Grayhawk. It is alos very convenient to the Mayo clinic, and it is stocked with special glass ware and storage containers, to suit those guests staying here for medical purposes.
