The reverse living 2nd floor features an open floor plan with cozy living room, furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, wood burning fireplace, Smart TV with cable and a DVD player. You'll find seating for 6 at the dining room table plus 4 barstools at the counter. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with stainless steel appliances.

On this level you will find a half guest bathroom plus the large King Ensuite Bedroom with cable TV and a private full bathroom with walk-in shower.

Head downstairs to find 2 more bedrooms, a queen bedroom with cable TV, a 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds and cable TV plus a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. You'll also find the laundry room and garage with room for a car and 6 adult bikes. Enjoy the Sunriver tennis courts with the provided rackets.

Hang out on the deck for a soak in the private hot tub or grill up your favorite meal on the gas grill.

Family Reunion in Sunriver? Great! Book this home along with our 22 and 37 Tokatee homes and have plenty of room for the whole family.

This home has a great layout and was very comfortable. Great kitchen amenities. The only downfall is the ice machine did not produce much ice.

Solid Place in Sunriver

Booked this place for coaches of a sports team coaching a local tournament and it was perfect for our needs. Clean and everything in working order. Good sized and didn't feel cramped with a group of grown men. Hot tub was perfect for recovery after spending all day on our feet.

Fantastic weekend getaway

We are all active lifestyle folks and this place definitely didn't disappoint! So much to do, just outside the front door. Especially wonderful for biking.

Truly a home away from home!

This home had everything we would need and more. Kitchen was stocked with all you’d need to cook. Views out side the window was beautiful and an overall comfy space to kick back in!

The house was very comfortable. Everything was clean and in good condition, exactly as I expected. My only suggestion, not a complaint, is to have a table on the deck. We seem to have survived without this 😊

Cozy stay great for family and friends!

We had a great time staying at this house! It was clean and cozy. Perfect for a snowy weekend getaway. Our only downside was half the jets in the hot tub didn’t work and We couldn’t get the temp up past 99. Granted, it was snowing… we just specially picked this property for the hot tub so it was a little bit of a bummer. BUT we would absolutely recommend staying here.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely quiet home in nice walking area. Everything was exactly as described, but the hot tub is only big enough for two, so if that's forewarned.

Terrific stay!!

Very comfortable and relaxing. Quiet neighborhood. Short bike ride to river and golf course. AC, hot showers, primary bedroom upstairs comfy, BBQ grill worked well. Bikes were fun to use. Nice to have garage access. TV's worked fine and larger size TV's would be great. Communication with Bennington Properties was excellent.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very nice, clean and lovely..we had great time, and I will rent it again.. Couple of issues.. The couches are pretty old.. May be it is time to change them..second, the garage key did not work..may be need to be checked..

Wifes birthday

Great location and property management. However the house lacked things we feel necessary for a rental especially if cooking. There were no storage containers and no cooking paper- aluminum foil, plastic wrap …. Very limited spices. No sugar, no cooking oils of any kind. House met our needs but wouldn’t rent this particular house again if I was planning on doing any cooking.

Cozy, with some updates

Although this is a VRBO property, it is run through Bennington Properties. We were amazed at the late check in 5:00-6:00, depending on cleaners. Out by 10:00 am on departure day. We did call and ask for an earlier check in and on the day we left to travel we were told we could get in early; but our very busy dog sitter couldn't come earlier since we had arranged things with her a month before. We arrived in the dark and since the neighborhood house numbers aren't in sequential numbers throughout the neighborhood, and our phones were saying we were at our destination when we weren't; it took us quite a while to find the house. Very clean, great beds and bedding, kitchen adequate. We don't mind driving, so location was just fine - quiet and lots of walking paths.

Was a wonderful weekend! The house was exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable. The main tv needs instructions for people not use to your controls. The problem was resolved the next day!

Weekend away

Had very relaxing weekend at this home. We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, the hot-tub and stargazing while soaking, and the well-lit rooms. We didn't need to turn on extra lighting until the evening hours. Thank you for the comfortable stay.

Great long weekend getaway

Quiet and Relaxing

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood about 2 miles north of the Sunriver Village. It is an older property and there are areas that might be updated, but it is well maintained. and clean. Very relaxing stay. The hot tub is a real plus for relaxing in the evening.

Bring EVERYTHING you use in a week

While house was surface clean, it needed a deep clean. Carpets, rugs, and light fixtures were very dirty. Screen doors for sliding doors would not stay on track. I expect enough soap to last through a stay with a bar for each sink/ bathtub. Being stingy with basics , especially during this pandemic, is short sighted. We bought soap which is something I have never had to do when renting at Sunriver. We did have to bike to Bennington properties “storage closet” to get some extras such as toilet paper- no excuse for that. When I rent through other companies, they offer to bring anything I need. I have never actually asked for anything both because the other houses have been better stocked and because I just get it myself. I bought a LOT of paper towels, garbage liners this trip. We did appreciate the bikes, although there were only 4 and pictures had shown six. Although these are minor problems, they did impact on our stay. Running out of toilet paper, having to get out of the shower to get the one tiny bar of soap from the sink, not having enough dish soap to wash pots and pans add up to a general sense of cheapness that the price did not reflect.
