Relax and unwind among the trees in this warm and inviting house in Sunriver. This reverse-living home features the Living Room, Kitchen, and Dining Room on the upper level where you can snuggle up with a book next to the wood stove, or spend some time in the newly remodeled kitchen taking advantage of the new appliances and granite countertops? When it's time to sit down to eat you'll find seating for 8 at the dining room table plus 2 more at the breakfast bar. There is a half-guest bathroom on this level.

Head downstairs to find the primary suite with a king bed and attached full bathroom. Down the hall, you will find bedrooms 2 and 3, both with queen beds adjoined by a jack-and-jill bathroom. The home also features a sleeper sofa in the upstairs living room.

Out on the large deck enjoy your morning cup of coffee, soak in the hot tub, or fire up the BBQ and enjoy the fresh Sunriver mountain air!

Planning a family reunion? Great! Book this home along with our 2 Coyote, 18 Coyote, 1 Coyote, 20 Coyote, and 8 Coyote homes, and have plenty of room for the whole family.

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air-conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice-cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow-paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

The location is great, easy walk to Sunriver Village. The hot tub was great to enjoy. However the bathrooms are all very small, showers are cramped. The master shower drain was clogged, but they were responsive when I reported it. We had a great time and shared many memories.

This home was a great fit for our family of four. It was nice that the bedrooms were all downstairs to help with the hot weather we had the first few days of our stay. The hot tub had been drianed and refilled the day we arrived which was nice to know it had just been cleaned. We enjoyed dinner on the upper deck and the lower deck was a good spot to store our bikes. The home was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and usable.

Crater Lake, Observatory and Bicycles

We loved how well stocked the house was. It was easy to find, walking distance from the Village Square. We enjoyed riding bikes all around Sunriver. The Observatory will become a place to visit often. My husband enjoyed relaxing bc and reading on the deck.

Very Clean and Fully Equipped House

When I say fully equipped, it had everything a family could need, including a high chair. I was impressed with how clean the place was. The property team was extremely communicative. The location was great. We did not use the resort amenities as much because it was crowded, but we drove a short ways north and south of the house to access the river and stores. The house does not have AC so it the upper level where the living room and kitchen area is gets pretty hot. Be sure to read the signs for tips on how to keep the area cool. The downstairs bedrooms are much cooler. It's a bonus that each room has its own TV if you decide to spend more time where it's cooler. The kitchen is well equipped, and we enjoyed our stay.

Family Trip

This house was great for a family stay. Overall, the house has everything you need, even some toys for kids. It was very clean and well kept. Even with no AC, the bedrooms downstairs were very comfortable. The location is excellent making it easy to get all over Sunriver. Looking forward to staying here again!

Great stay

very nice - clean and well taken care of. great communication. friendly stay for family & pets. Nice location close to the village - having the extra bikes was a fun additional activity and mode of transportation for the kids. It is a bit smaller than the listing indicates by photos, especially the dining table space and bedroom w/ extra mattress - be prepared for a cozy trip :D the extra mattress in the closet of the small bedroom is smaller than a twin, so not much space for sleeping and when unfolded does not leave safe room for walking around bed. The 8 year old slept well on it but the 16 year old ended up on the fold out couch in the living room. You may also want to bring extra towels especially if you want to take full advantage of the amazing hottub.

Great post Summer visit

The property is in a location that we prefer. Not recommended for wheel chair access. The stairs were a little tricky, 3 out of 4 of us slid and lost footing on the first few steps. Other than that we all had a wonderful stay and it was clean ( other than a spillover in the oven)

Great location

The house was located close to Sunriver. The communication from the company was excellent and the house was very clean. The only thing to note is there were no extras, no shampoo/conditioner, foil/plastic wrap, spray for the counters etc. We ended up going out and buying all that for the weekend. Other than that was a great place.

Comfortable and Nice

We were lucky to find this place on short notice while extending our stay in snowy Sunriver. There were 4 of us, myself, my wife, grampa, and our 10 year old son. Plus 2 dogs. Easy check in and I appreciate being able to check in a few hours early. We had no issues with the electric key pad. The kitchen was nicely updated and stocked with everything we needed. WIFI was flawless. Huge TV worked great. It's remarkable how warm the electric baseboard heaters work. We bought a bunch of wood to make a fire too, and the wood stove also creates a lot of heat. The upstairs is cozy and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for all of us. The hot tub was nice, the only drawback was if the snow was melting above it drips on top of you (deck from above), but still was nice to have a hot tub. Thank You.

Everything we expected

Very pleased with the overall experience. Rental and check-in/out process was seamless and home had everything as advertised. Great location. We happened to stay there on the hottest weekend of the year so it would have been nice to have air, but the layout with the bedrooms in the “basement” kept things cool down there and manageable for sleeping. Overall great experience.

Walking Distance to the Village

Location was in walking distance to the village. The house had Bikes and a hot tub but not much else beside the usual entertainment you would have at home. Other homes I was looking at had ping pong and or a pool table. This is not a home to rent if you have family that is elderly or infants because all the bedrooms are downstairs and it also has stairs to enter the house. We found it very uncomfortable because the staircase was also narrow. It seems cramped and a little dusty only because it had baseboard heating. Unfortunately, it rained our entire stay so there was a little more emphasis on the home it self since we couldn’t really enjoy the outdoor activities. This is a average home to rent and if being close to the village is important then it’s perfect.

Exactly what we were hoping for

We had such a wonderful stay at 19 coyote! I really enjoyed how well the main living and kitchen area was set up, kitchen space was huge. My favorite part was the two deck options! The top deck felt so open and made it easy for us to relax outside with our dogs. The bottom level was private, coveted and held the hot tub. Walking distance to the main food area but it was so quiet where we were. If you’re looking for a place to relax that was very clean and exactly what is listed, this is it.

Great Property

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family of five and two dogs. There were issues with the coded door lock not working properly and the code that was emailed to us for check in was not correct, but the property management company responded quickly each time so it wasn't that big of a deal. Our youngest (4) was thrilled with the toys and it was nice having so many TV's so that our teens could plug in their devices or watch something on their own. It is a little precarious getting to the car and backyard area as it's icy but that's how it is with snow. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Great Location & Perfect Family Spot

This house was the perfect spot for our family of 5! The sleeping downstairs made the lack of AC easy to handle and the open kitchen area and deck were perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and the BBQ worked great. The hot tub was a great addition as well. It was so nice to be a quick walk from the village. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely space

We had such a great time here. There were plenty of dishes and linens. The lack of A/C was posted and known, but the heat from it was the only slightly unpleasant factor of our stay. Great hosts and easy check in and check out process!

Comfortable home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at 19 Coyote and found the house to be a good deal for the money. The shared bathroom was a little small but it was nice having a half bath in the upstairs living area. The master suite was great! The kitchen was well outfitted and it was nice to have a laundry room. During ski season the stairway made entry and exit more challenging. In summer it would be fine. Comfortable furniture. Pros and cons as with any property.
