Freshly updated, this second floor 1,307 square foot 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit is inviting and comfortable, and has a great central location inside Phase 3 of the gated Mesquite Country Club. Worry-free, and most of all, affordable!

The Living Room features a sofa and flat screen TV, and provides direct access to a terrace. On the other side of the Living Room is the Dining Area and Kitchen, which has been fully stocked with all the gadgets and appliances the cook can possibly hope for.

The Master Bedroom, with direct access to the back patio, offers a view of the nearest pool, a comfortable Queen size bed, flat screen TV and large dressing area with built in make-up table. The Guest Bedroom, with Full-Size bed and a slider to the front patio, is directly adjacent to the hall Guest Bathroom with tub/shower.
The very popular Mesquite Country Club offers golf, tennis, racquetball and all the amenities you'd expect, while situated in the wind-free south end of Palm Springs and just minutes from shopping and restaurants. In Phase 3, this unit is a very short walk to many shops, restaurants and services at Ramon Road and Sunrise Way, as well as the Mizell Senior Center and Palm Springs Library, and just a short drive to downtown Palm Springs. No pets are allowed.
Per Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance Please Be Aware:

AGE: You must be over 25 years old to book this property. ID of responsible party is required at check-in.
OCCUPANCY: Maximum number of overnight guests limited to 2 adults per bedroom + 2 additional children under the age of 12. A list of all overnight guests will be required.

PARKING: Only 1 car per bedroom is allowed at property, including street parking. License plate numbers for each vehicle will be required at check-in.
NOISE: Be mindful of your neighbors- limit noise at all times during your stay to respectful levels. Outdoor music is not permitted at any level at anytime. Strict City penalties are imposed for any noise that can be heard from the property line. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.

**Violation of the City ordinance can result in fines upwards of $500, and may result in immediate eviction from property without refund.

This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.



A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.



NO PETS WITHOUT APPROVAL - You must inform us if you wish to bring your dog. We will request information about your dog and may need to procure owner approval prior to confirming your reservation. An additional pet charge will apply, and an additional refundable deposit may apply.
