This charming 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is located in the beautiful Yacht Club area. Only a 2 minutes walk from Cape Coral Yacht Club and Beach. Located directly on the Caloosahatchee River, the park maintains a landscaped beach with playground equipment, BBQ grills, bathrooms and a fishing pier. There are also free racquetball courts, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, and public boat ramp.

The Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach is also a great place to watch the sunset. The first Wednesday of every month from 4 to 7 p.m. the city hosts a ā€œSunset Celebration on the Pierā€, featuring live music and arts and craft vendors.

The villa has a very spacious living area with a lot of space for dining and entertaining. TVs are available in both bedrooms and in the living room. Both bedrooms are decorated with modern design. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and itā€™s own private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the second bathroom is located just outside the door. Thereā€™s also two foldable beds available.

The screened in lanai is reach from the living room, through beautiful French doors. Itā€™s pavered and has a beautifully decorated chill out area. The back yard is very spacious and gives you great privacy.

Cape Coral get away

Loved my stay! Beautiful home, comfortable furniture and bed. And kitchen furnishings were plenty. Very short walk to the yacht club beach and restaurant to enjoy the sunset. The description doesnā€™t really tell how wonderful this place is to stay!

Family Wedding Weekend

The property was just as described it was large and roomy with all the necessary linens & kitchen aids. We would stay again. We loved being so close to the beach and having the bonus of the tiki restaurant down from it. The neighbor is very peaceful & truly lovely.

Great Stay

We had a great family vacation. The house is on a quiet and beautiful street just 2 blocks from the beach. It is supplied with beach chairs and towels. The sunsets are amazing. There was more room than expected and it actually has two seating areas. The screened in porch was great for reading when we needed a break from the sun. It also has a nice backyard. Highly recommend!

The charged me a house that was not available.

I paid 800 dollars to rent a house in cape coral after the hurricane as I am a worker who was deployed to the area. The home owner emailed me that the house had been damaged by the hurricane and should not be listed, but they charged my card anyway. And trying to get ahold of someone to right this wrong has been fruitless. They told me to get a refund from the home owner but didn't give me a way to contact him, the email is not reply able. I am now having to pursue my money through AMEX. I have the photos of the house completely flooded and covered in tarps. This company better do right by me, I had to sleep in my truck for two nights because of this.

Did not spend much time in a nice house

I was there mainly for visiting and doing family things in a very nice house. Was more than I needed to be sure. Mainly for sleeping. We were busy doing a lot of things.

Perfect vacation spot!

The villa is walking distance to the Yacht Club beach, The Boathouse Tiki Bar & Grill and short drive to Fort Myers Beach, Sun Splash Water Park, golf courses, restaurants and other attractions. The house is equipped with everything you need to have a relaxed vacation, towels, linen goods, kitchen stuff, just bring your swimsuit, your food, snacks, drinks and enjoy this perfect vacation house either if you a are globetrotter or just want to stay at the villa hanging out!

Superb location; Owner responsive to needs

The location is walking distance to Boathouse Club and Tiki bar, the small beach and of course Yacht Club. Owner/manager sends all info needed to arrive and check-in without communication, and was responsive when we noted some minor issues (old towels that had tears and needed replacing etc). In a neighbourhood with million dollar homes, and as such, very scenic walks around the street. Would stay again.

Wonderful home with all the amenities by the beach

The first impression was shocking because I entered the code and the garage door came off the track. The welcome instructions said to enter the code on the keypad for the garage it should advise that do not touch the garage keypad the code is for the front door. When entering the home it was welcoming and pleasant. The front room had a large sectional with a coffee table and a love seat complete with a flat-screen and Xfinity voice remote. Everything was supplied, even a corkscrew, bar soap and dishwasher detergent was all that was missing.

Lovely house near the beach

This is a nice home in a peaceful neighborhood. Itā€™s walking distant to the beach. The yacht club nearby has events often. The boat house is a fun place to eat and drink. My only wish for this place is that they would have had more cleaning products available because I stayed nearly one month. Other than that, I like it a lot.

Clean space in the right location

This home was very spacious and clean. A quick three minute walk takes you to the beach, public pier, and a tiki bar. We loved it and would stay here again.

Great Property!

We came down to Cape Coral for our daughter's basketball tourney, and were looking for somewhere in Cape Coral to stay. We found this house - it was great! The location was perfect, right next to the yacht club, with a small beach and the Boat House restaurant - perfect for having a nice lunch in the sun or cocktails at the end of the evening. The house was well maintained and clean, and very much worth the price! We'll stay there again the next time we are in the Cape!

A Cape Coral gem!

We wanted a location by the Yacht Club and beach and we were pleasantly surprised to realize that this was one of the closest possible houses! Beautifully decorated and super comfortable beach house! Added bonus was how clean and open the space was for our family of 3. And the host was very accommodating and professional. SO grateful for him and the opportunity to stay at his lovely house!

Beautiful house and great neighborhood.

We had wonderful stay at this house. House is very spacious, fully furnished, backyard very private, house is very close to the yacht club, local bar and polo. It's a dream house if want quiet vacation. Owner very friendly, responding to any inquires very fast. I would recommend this house to everybody. He had really great time!
