Outstanding ocean front views on North Ka'anapali beach. Located in the Lanai Tower, enjoy heavenly sunsets from your living room AND bedroom. This condo has been totally remodeled and is tastefully decorated with an island style theme. The kitchen has granite counter tops and new appliances. Flat screens and VCRs in both living room and bedroom. Included is central air, in-room safe, free Wi-Fi and parking. The resort is located on a long sandy beach and in walking distance to a grocery store, shops and restaurants. You’ll want to come back again and again to this deluxe condo.

Spectacular views

Perfect for just the two of us! Spectacular view and whale watching. Nice quiet pool area. We highly recommend and hope to return.

Whales, dolphins and turtles oh my!

Absolutely loved our stay. Unit was lovely, clean and very well appointed. We were able to observe whales, dolphins and turtles from our beautiful lanai. The beach was fantastic and there was a long boardwalk for daily walks. We couldn’t have asked for anything better! Since it is a popular area reservations made well ahead of your stay makes life a bit easier unless you don’t mind long waits. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

Mahana Under on going Construction

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Mahana for years. This was out worst experience. Upon arriving to our unit 1017 we noticed a sign on our lanai saying do not use Monday through Friday. It had plastic draped over the balcony blocking view. After contacting Chasing Rainbows , Micah Barr the manager told us he’d find us another place to stay off Mahana property or at least give us a discount on our stay because of the noise all day from 8:00am - 4:00pm. Following up with this situation of moving or a discount Micah never returned a call and we left several messages.

Mahana 1017 Big Disappointment

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in the Manana many times and have loved it. This time however was a huge disappointment. We were not warned of the extensive renovations being done in our building while we were there. Sign on patio door said stay off lanai from 7:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and the construction noise in the apartment was so loud at times that we could not comfortably enjoy being in the room. In addition, sliding glass door to the patio had to be repaired, hall closet door would not close, air conditioning was not working correctly, and bathroom floor mats were noticeably dirty. We will never stay in this unit again and are disappointed with Chasin Rainbows.

Dreamy vacation at the Mahana!

This unit is one we rent every year because of the location, the amenities at the Mahana resort and the attention to detail from the management company. When you stay here, you are so closely located to so much: grocery, a variety of beaches, dinners out! This unit is stocked full of all you need and more. The sheer amount of pots and pans and cooking tools is enough to make you want to stay home and cook every night if you want to! There are nice coffee makers, beach equipment and towels are provided at the pool by the Mahana. Bring nothing and enjoy it all! This unit is immaculately clean and has the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on out of town. The pull out bed is even comfortable!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our fifth trip to Hawaii and fifth stay at Mahana. What a huge disappointment. When we arrived there were signs posted about construction and noise on the lanai sliding doors. We were not notified prior to arrival. The lanai had restricted use from 7 am to 4 pm weekdays because of construction. At 4 pm it was too hot to sit on the lanai. We lost 20%+ of usable space. We did not have internet for 3 days. They sent someone out to fix it. While we were out we locked our valuables in the safety lock box. It jammed and we could not access our car keys and documents. The same guy that fixed the internet fixed the lock box. It was his third fix that week. On Sunday morning at 9:30 am the drilling next door started. On a Sunday morning! There were only two wine glasses in the unit and both had soap film. I tried cleaning with vinegar but it did not work. The beach chairs were unusable. They were broken and dry rotted and rusted. The TV is old and incapable of watching streaming TV like You Tube TV or Apple TV. We hate Spectrum and it was the only thing available. The remotes worked poorly. One day we had a drone outside our window. Privacy issues. I wish I could give less than one star. We will never stay here again. What a waste of vacation time and relaxation.

Very nice

This was a very nice place with an awesome view. Very clean and quiet. The one problem we had was the sun shone through the floor to ceiling glass walls and the air conditioning could not keep the rooms cool. There were a couple of days we just wanted to hang out and relax but even with the air conditioner set at 72 the temperature got as high as 83. This was with the blinds and drapes covering the windows. If you’re going to be out during the day it’s a very nice place.
