Kam Sands - Inner Circle - Large Lanai - End Unit

Memorable sunsets are guaranteed almost every night in Maui. This condo is Kamaole Sands #6-201 and is an end unit which makes it quiet and also private. It is located in the INNER CIRCLE. You will enjoy a spacious one bedroom, two bathroom unit which has been remodeled with granite counter tops, floor to ceiling mirrors, tropical theme pictures and tiled throughout.

A queen sized bed is located in the Master Bedroom. A queen size 'Murphy bed' in the living room allows guests to sleep in comfort, not having the 'sofa-bed experience'. You will enjoy all the amenities of home including a full size washer and dryer and dishwasher. Experience the 'Aloha Spirit' with Hawaiian videos, books and music. Provided free are local phone calls in the unit and daily newspaper from the pool area and by the front desk. The unit is completely furnished from hair dryers to wine glasses to beach towels, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, and toys!

Experience the view from the LARGE lanai overlooking the beautiful gardens of the inner circle. The Wednesday Hula party at the pool with live music and Hula lessons is a must. A gym is located on the grounds with weights & machines to keep up your workout routine. An activities desk is located near the pool where you can book excursions to the peak of Haleakala or a snorkel trip to Molikini. Whatever activity you desire, they can help arrange for you.

Update: In Nov 2022, recovered the fabric on one of the family room chairs, along with adding new throw pillows for the couch. New dishes were put in service. In April 2023, Four lanai chairs were replaced. A Barn Door was installed in the hallway to reduce noise from the Washer/Dryer. One was also installed to replace the door to the Master Bathroom. Painting also was done to fix some problem areas.

Kamaole Sands is located at the south end of the town of Kihei, adjacent to beautiful Wailea. It is truly a 'destination resort' on fifteen acres of tropically landscaped grounds with fountains, ponds, a foot bridge, and walking paths. The large pool, 2 hot tubs, and keiki pool are perfect for family fun. There are three tennis and two pickleball courts and elevators in each building.

If golf is your love, you will experience love at first sight in South Maui. The weather is good year round and we are on the sunny side of the island with very little rain. Some of the best golf courses in the world are a few minutes away. Discounts are available for Resort guests at some local golf courses.

If shopping is your passion, many boutique shops along S. Kihei road in Kihei will entice you or head to Wailea town to the Shops At Wailea for some designer shopping to make even the most experienced shopper drop.

For the foodie, many culinary delights await you. Ask and I will make some great recommendations to meet any budget.
