Located in the popular Phoenix on the Bay resort in Orange Beach Alabama.

Our unit features a king bed in the Master bedroom and full size bed with trundle in 2nd room and queen slipper sofa, electronic code entry (no keys or formal check in / check out to worry about), floor to ceiling windows across the entire living area / balcony area, all flat screen LED - HDTV's, complimentary WiFi, dedicated bar and ice maker, full size washer and dryer, oversize balcony, and more.

Extensive Phoenix on the Bay amenities include one of Orange Beach's longest and fastest lazy rivers, a two story water slide, multiple outdoor pools, an indoor heated pool, two hot tubs, two rooftop lighted tennis courts, a state of the art gym with Precor cardio equipment and flat screen TV's, sauna, outdoor grills and picnic areas, a putting green, a basketball goal, same floor vehicle parking, guarded gate and 24 hour security, boat slips, on site boat ramp and trailer parking, jet ski beach, fishing pier. The condo also includes a full kitchen with all dining accessories.

All towels, linens, pillows, and blankets are provided.

RESERVATIONS: Reservations for the condo are easy! Just send me an email. Once paid in full, a confirmation email is sent to you with an informational packet on the condo, including the keyless code for entry to the unit will then be sent to you by email to you in advance of your intended stay.

BOAT SLIPS/WAVERUNNERS/TRAILER PARKING: Boat slips of every size, and trailer parking are available for rent through the front desk of Phoenix on the Bay.
There is even a boat launch, boat washing area, and trailer parking - all on site! Phoenix on the Bay is a boater's dream!

CANCELLATIONS: All money is returned if cancellations are made at least 30 days prior to check in date. All but the $300 deposit is returned if cancellations are made at least 2 weeks prior to check in date. No money is returned if cancellations are made less then 2 weeks prior to check in date.

Great Unit

This unit went well and above its description, very well furnished, plenty of everything. Kids said the mattress on the sleeper sofa was comfortable and that’s unusual. Kitchen was well stocked also. Everything we needed was at hand.The ice machine in the wet bar was a must since we had a boat and filled a cooler every day.

Beautiful Comfy

My family enjoyed this stay. The lazy river gets 10 stars! The condo was very nice and plenty of room for 6 of us.

A picture speaks a thousand words... just not accurate words

We rented the condo over Memorial Day weekend The group included my husband, myself and 2 college-aged daughters. According to the listing, the unit would sleep 6 with 2 bedrooms and a sofa couch. Upon arrival, the living room looked nothing like the pictures, The listing showed a red leather sofa, chair and recliner. Actually, there was a sofa with a black slipcover over it that looked horrible and the cushions were hanging off the sofa. Around the sofa was feathers and lint on the floor. There was the pictured leather chair but no recliner. Instead, there was a chair placed in the corner under the tv. When we tried to adjust the slipcover to sit on the couch, we looked under it and found uncovered sofa cushions (yes, rough burlap-feeling material!) that were spewing feathers and other debris all around. As I walked through the condo, I found a ratty bath mat in the master bath- threadbare and frayed. Our daughters' room had black plastic taped over their window covering it. The master bedroom window had a black paper (shade??) over it. There was one light bulb in each bedroom so it was very dark. The kitchen pots and pans are worn out and in terrible shape and did not even look clean. We paid for a nice condo and got a very sub-par one. I contacted the owner and was told she had ordered a new sofa- not our problem. She should have taken the unit off the site until it was repaired. She gave me my cleaning fee /a small refund but it was BAD!

Great property, clean. Loved the ice maker!

Our family had a great time, close enough to the beach to enjoy but the pools, slide and lazy river is what the kids really wanted.

Worth a stay! Considering going back

First time at Orange beach and we took the backroads in so we never saw the beach upon arrival. The condo and pool area were an immediate sign of relief, lots of room! We had a blast on our first vacation since everything was locked down, would definitely recommend! Do yourself a favor and bring some paper towels, throw away plates/ utensils, and cleaning products. Made things much easier to manage, too many people say it wasn’t clean but if you walk around barefoot for a week anywhere you’ll feel icky too. I think those reviews were a little unfair, take some responsibility and be proactive rather than blame the owner.

Fantastic stay

Everything was just as envisioned. The property was beautiful. Everything we needed was available in the condo. It was close to everything we wanted to do and see. They could focus a little more on the housekeeping between guests. It wasn't dirty, but it definitely needs a good deep cleaning. The only other thing I would recommend would be upgrading the mattress specifically in the small bedroom. Other than that it was a great stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Nice complex, dirty room

The complex was a nice place for children however, some adults made the stay go south quick. There were adults emptying their beer cans in the lazy river. Very disappointing. The room had a nice layout however, it was not very clean. We expected more due to COVID. We had to clean the floors. No one had swept or vacuumed the floors. My wife wiped the floors on her hands and knees because they were turning our socks and feet black. I would expect the room to be much more cleaner than that due to the cleaning fees paid. I suspect the property manager doesn't always follow up on the cleaning staff.

Great place!

We’ve stayed at Phoenix on the Bay in the past and absolutely loved it. It’s a fantastic location- my kids love pools more than the beach but it’s close enough to the beach for those who want to do both. The condo itself was comfortable and efficient. When we arrived, it had clearly not been cleaned since the previous guests checked out but Michele was super quick to reach out and make it right. She was highly communicative, personable and super easy to do business with. We would stay there again!

Lovely and relaxing visit

We had a lovely time in the condo! Only got to stay 4 nights, but wished we could have stayed longer. Front door is steps from the parking garage which made coming and going a breeze. Had a perfect view of the fireworks from the balcony. A lot of things were shut down from the virus, but we made our own fun. Hope to stay there again!

Beautiful Property and Condo

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the condo and property. The condo was well equipped and nicely furnished. With amenities such as the pools, indoor and out, there was no need to go to the water park. The amenities were awesome and convenient to fishing, restaurants, shopping, etc. We’ll stay here again for sure.

A great condo on the bay

We enjoyed our stay in this condominium at Phoenix on the Bay. The pictures gave us a view of what we would say and they were completely accurate. We are thankful for how clean her condominium was and encourage people to stay here when they are wanting to stay on the Bay. It’s a short drive to some great restaurants and the beach as well.

Relaxing stay!!!

We really enjoy staying at Phoenix On The Bay! Of course the lazy river is the big draw for this Condo. The unit was nicely decorated and we thought the leather sofa was a great idea(seems cleaner than most fabric sofa's where you have a lot of guest). The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable which is absolutely a PLUS! Overall, I would definitely rent this unit again..

Orange Beach resort

A nicely decorated condo and we felt comfortable and "at home" during our 4 week stay. It had a resort feeling.. The parking and elevators were so handy to the unit. So many things to do at Orange Beach. Beautiful white sand beaches for miles. Would love to return.

Very relaxing and comfortable condo!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our week in your condo! It's very roomy, and comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a bonus ice maker that we weren't expecting. The kitchen is well stocked, the furniture is very comforable, and the unit is super close to the parking garage and elevator. We spent most days floating in the lazy river, and swimming in the pool. My son enjoyed watching all of the boats coming in after a day of fishing, and checking out their catch. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

41 Year Anniversary Getaway

Your condo was a perfect place to getaway and celebrate 41 years of marriage. Your condo was very clean and relaxing. We invited our 2 children and their kids down to enjoy the lazy river and pools. The grandkids had a blast and I think their parents did as well. Really liked that your unit was close to the elevator and parking deck. Of course it was the Labor Day holiday weekend but even with all the people, we enjoyed our stay.

Girls Getaway Vacation!

This condo was a perfect place to getaway!! We had a Girls Getaway for three nights and had an awesome time. Everything is clean and bright with such a relaxing atmosphere! The lazy river around the larger pool was tons of fun and also the additional smaller pool was a great place to hangout for a tan. The beautiful white sand beaches were just a few minutes’ drive and easily accessible. There are great local restaurants and The Wharf at Orange Beach. Great shopping and our favorite restaurant was Doc's Seafood Shack in Orange Beach - get there early or the line is LONG!!! I have stayed in many condos along the AL & FL gulf area and this, by far, is my favorite. The quick respond of the owner to any questions and pleasant to work with was a plus. Thanks for the awesome getaway!!
