Great stay

House was exactly as laid out in the listing. Ample amount of space for our family of 7. We paid extra for pool heating which was with it. Great location and great time had by all.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed. The location was great, close to all the parks but still quiet within the gated community. The pool was a real highlight for us, it was a good size. The kitchen was well equipped.

We had a great stay! It was perfect for the 11 of us on the trip. We all had enough space to spread out and not be on top of each other. The upstairs was much colder then downstairs and we couldn't figure out why but it didn't bother us so never called it in. The only thing we struggled with (which has nothing to do with the house) is the traffic getting off I-4 into Champions Gate. But traffic on I-4 is to be expected.

Beautiful Home!!

This property is perfect for a group. We were a multi generational family of 8 adults. The couples each got a king bedroom and private bathroom. The singles stayed in a twin room. Plenty of space for everyone!! Huge kitchen with everything you need. Great location with lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the area.

Perfect for cheer comp

Granddaughters competed in cheer comp “The One”. This house was perfect distance to comp and Disney. Everything I expected. Very clean. Close to pretty much anything you would need. Easy access less traffic. Kids loved the pool! Just perfect getaway! Will be back!

Fabulous home for large group

This was a perfect house for my family of 5 (3 young adults), my parents and a friend couple who went to FLA to watch our sons play college baseball. The house is clean, well equipped, and shoutout to the cleaning crew who were meticulous in organizing the kitchen gadgets. We didn’t order pool heat, so I can’t speak to that. Communication was great, and we even added on days to the rental (a few months prior) with ease. Payment was easy, check-in was a breeze, and I have no complaints about the house. It was a perfect home away from home. The only thing I will mention is that the house is not located where the pin shows; it wasn’t an issue for us but I wanted to point it out for anyone who is considering walking to the clubhouse that it is further away than it shows. We can’t wait to come back!

The perfect location

This house was perfect and my family enjoyed the home. Very spacious and enough room to fit our family of 9. The grandkids enjoyed the game room and the club house/ basketball court. The pool was clean although we didn’t get in they offered heating services. Trash pickup was a plus and was picked daily. Overall the stay was very relaxing and we look forward to visiting this home again. Thank you!

Excellent Property

We booked this property for a family vacation with 3 families staying in the house. It was large enough that we could all spread out and have our own space. The house was clean and fully stocked with lots of bath and beach towels. The pool heat was not turned on when we arrived, but they sent someone out the next day. Prior to the trip, communication was excellent. We would definately rent this property again!

Nice house.. few issues

Very nice house, nice location. Could stand to be deep cleaned the vents were covered in dust. The outside grill area had holes in the screen and rat dropping all around the grill. Which we called and they came and cleaned but were there the next day even though we didn’t use the grill. Maintenance people that came by said owner needs to metal around bottom of screen to keep this from happening. The maintenance crew came quickly to resolve the issue. Other then those things we loved the house and enjoyed our stay.

Christmas vacation stay

My family and I recently stayed at this property for our Christmas vacation. The pictures of the property are accurate but the problem was there was several things broken on the property. We couldn’t use the ice/water machine on the door of the refrigerator, the gate to the pool was broken (safety hazard w children or intoxicated guest), the downstairs bathroom in the living room has plumbing issues, the water doesn’t get very hot in the shower, the thermostat to go down to 72(we were sweating in our sleep), freezer did not keep things frozen. Nice property but if you’re planning on staying here m, acquire those things about the property! Also, note that YOU WILL NEED EXTRA EVERYTHING, which is very inconvenient to those flying. By everything I mean toilet paper, paper towel, towels, and the list goes on. Just be over prepared to stay here!

Not so good...

We spent 3 nights here with 6 adults and 4 kids. The space was good - there was enough room for all of us to spread out and have enough areas to sleep and hang out in. It was nice having a private pool and we enjoyed spending the day at the Oasis Club. However, as other reviewers have said, the house really needs a deep cleaning and a spruce. Some specifics: peeling paint and holes in the walls, really gross carpet that need to be replaced but deep cleaned at a minimum, water and ice machines not working in the fridge, pots and pans that were barely functional, only one slot of the four slot toaster worked, toilets in two of the bathrooms ran all the time, etc. The neighborhood is full of other rentals and it was a very loud into the wee hours of the night. This didn't bother us so much but would not be good for anyone who was a light sleeper. We had a few issues that we did specifically call the management company about. When we arrived there was trash strewn across the yard and the last renters left the place kind of a mess. Also the smoke alarm was beeping when we arrived and needed batteries replaced and there were at least seven bulbs out throughout the house. These are all things that the cleaning crew should have noticed and alerted the management company to but we had to deal with when we arrived instead. Then the dryer broke on the last day we were there. Both times we called the management company, they had someone out within the hour and they were very nice and able to help us so we appreciated that. Overall, even though the house itself was fine and the owner and management company were easy to work with, due to the lack of upkeep, cleanliness, and attention to detail, we will look elsewhere next time we visit Orlando.
