Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the Blue Ridge Parkway, just a 23-minute drive away.

As a traveler, you'll delight in the cottage's array of amenities, including free WiFi, a cozy electric fireplace, smart TV with roku & all APs. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring a 4 burner stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essential tools and appliances you need to whip up delicious meals. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, surrounded by the cottage's charming decor. Or sit at the bar. Charcoal grill available.

When it's time to unwind, relax on the porch on the antique porch swing, gather around the remote & private fire pit, or explore the outdoor area of the Zen Casita with hanging rope swings. There are several walking trails on an expansive 27 acres. There is DVD player and video library as well.

This cozy cottage in the woods checked all my boxes. It was secluded but safe, clean and very comfy, the hosts were so wonderful. The property around the cottage was lovely and we enjoyed hiking the trails with our pups.

It is an easy ride to Weaverville, a bustling, friendly mountain town, with amazing restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the trails around the cottage with our dog, the changing leaves, and the cottage's natural setting. A special shout out to Stoney Know Cafe and Maggie's. (best sandwich I ever had). We will be back!

This cottage was super cute and cozy and was thoroughly cleaned prior to us arriving. It is a little hard to find at first but it is totally worth it to be in the mountains away from the city. The cottage was pet friendly and had a lot of land and trails to walk. Our dogs had a great time exploring! The host is very friendly and responded quickly to all messages and check in was a breeze. They provided a binder full of recommendations, helpful maps, and other information. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, and other supplies, which is always a bonus. We loved how remote this place felt while still being relatively close to town and only about 15-20 minutes from Asheville. The local area had several cute shops and places to get coffee, we loved Yellow Mug Coffee Lounge, which was minutes away! We would absolutely stay here again if we were back in the area.

Fantastic stay in this adorable “cottage” in the woods. The perfect combination of being very close to restaurants and shops and also privacy in the woods. Check in and out was a breeze with an awesome host. Highly recommend!!

The cabin was lovely and just like the listing! The property is gorgeous, and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. The hosts' house is nextdoor, so they are readily available if needed. The driveway is kindof steep, but it's in the mountains so that's what you'd expect.

The property was lovely and well maintained. It is secluded and quiet. We honesly didn't spend much time there though. We were visiting family and had a pretty full schedule of events.

Lovely Stay

Janie was very accommodating with our late arrival and extended stay so we could fit in a few more activities on our trip. The cottage was very clean and cozy. It is located on their property so it is not secluded completely, but it still felt private. Location is great to reach different areas around Asheville and the city itself. We brought our dog Charlie with us and there were no issues. Overall it was very wonderful!

Cozy and comfortable

My husband and I spent the weekend here for our anniversary. The cabin is cozy and comfortable and well appointed. The location is great. You are in the peace of the mountains but also a short drive from food and shopping.

The Cozy Cottage is a hidden gem in Weaverville, NC. Beautiful surroundings and secluded. The cottage is very clean and well equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed walking the trails on the property. We were welcomed with chocolates on our pillows and a bottle of wine. Janie and John are great hosts, extremely welcoming and so very kind. We enjoyed a visit with Ziggy, one of their dogs. Thank you for your hospitality. We loved the Cozy Cottage and will surely visit again. We left with new friends that we hope to see again. What a memorable week. We didn't want to leave. Very charming and a perfect getaway.

Perfect cozy getaway in the mountains

My partner and I came to stay with our 2 dogs and immediately fell in love with the cabin and the property. The hosts were super communicative and very kind - even leaving chocolates on the pillows We can't wait to stay again - perfect trip for anyone with dogs because of the walking trails and outdoor hangout areas all along the property. Highly recommend!!

Perfect little getaway!

My wife and I spent a weekend away in this cottage and it was well worth it. Close to everything, yet feels like you're tucked away. Excellent hosts that answer any questions you have.

We loved the location, views. The cottage was lovely, nicely decorated, immaculately clean. The picture of the cottage showed five steps leading up to it, but there were actually many more leading from the parking area to those steps. My wife uses a walker and those steps made entry to the cottage more challenging. Otherwise, for anyone without mobility issues, the cottage would clearly be a five star experience. The only other minor issue was that had the garage lights been on when we arrived it would have made our entry somewhat easier. All of that said, otherwise we very much enjoyed our stay and the cottage was as described and a fantastic place for our visit to the area.

Charming place outside of Asheville

Janie and John are fine hosts with a very well kept and quaint place . The hooting owl at night was a nice reminder of the peaceful surroundings. A quick drive to Asheville or other surrounding areas made it the perfect spot for a lovely getaway! Enjoyed our visit very much!
