275 Ohio is a spacious 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom pool home. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private bathroom that leads to the rear patio, the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a queen-size bed, and the 4th has a trundle bed. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 share a full bathroom, and the half bathroom. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

There is a very large updated kitchen with all the essentials of home including seating for 8 at the dining table. This home also includes 3 TV's, Free Wi-Fi, as well as a heated pool and huge screened-in lanai with updated seating, dining table for 8 and a large flat-screen tv with cable and internet to entertain the whole family!

275 Ohio sits in a quiet neighborhood just steps from the action. The beach is a short 5 minute walk away, be in Times Square in less than 10! Times Square is home to dozens of attractions for you to enjoy. This includes restaurants, live music, the beach, fishing, and bird watching all within a short walk.

This lovely island getaway is the perfect place to make memorable moments on a vacation getaway to Fort Myers Beach!

Great house!

This is an amazing property! They had everything we needed including pool toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. The screened in porch and pool were fantastic and the location is great. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect home for kids!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect with a lot of good restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream nearby. The pool and back patio were amazing! We had a few, very minor issues, and the rental company and Owner were very responsive and got everything fixed very quickly, with no impact on our stay. We would love that stay here again!

Loved the location, pool, all the items necessary to fix meals at house, and while Fort Myers is not yet restored to its glory pre hurricane, there is still plenty to do and places to eat, drinks and visit!

275 Ohio St. is beautiful. Pool was very nice, outdoor screened in porch with big screen was a great place for family relax and watch a movie. The home has it all, including plenty of towels and accessories. We look forward to coming back in December

Family Getaway

The cottage was perfect for our family getaway. With the private pool and waking distance to the beach it allowed for us to have the access to both. The outside living room and nice size bedrooms made the house feel spacious. The only downside is that there is no bathtub so if you are traveling with a toddler the shower is the only option. The location was great in a nice neighborhood off the busy path but close enough to walk to all the action.

We loved this house! Great location in walking distance of restaurants, Time Square and beach access. The pool was terrific and we spent a lot of our time on the outside screened porch. We loved the set up of the house, how it was decorated and its cleanliness. The provided linens and towels were greatly appreciated. It would have helped to have hooks or towel racks to hang up wet towels. We recommend this property.

Rigtig dejligt sommerhus i Fort Myers

Vi har haft en dejlig ferie i et skønt sommerhus, 5 min fra stranden og 10 min fra byen. Dejligt med pool og skøn udendørsområde. Kunne være bedre hvis Aircondition var seperat i hvert soveværelse (3 var samlet i en og Master soveværelset var samlet med stue og køkken). Dvs. Hver gang dør stod åben til terassen, gik den i stå i Master soveværelset. Men ellers perfekt hus til en stor familie med 5 voksne og 3 små børn.

We have stayed in several places along Ft Myers Beach. This ranks up there with one of our favorites. The place was exactly as described. The only drawback was limited sun at the pool. The vegetation blocked sunlight by 3:00.

Cute cottage like home

Besides the pool being disgusting and unusable for 4 out of our 7 days, we enjoyed the house. Quiet location, but so close to the action. The outdoor space was very nice, however, the TV did not work. The pool was the reason we chose this home so it was very disappointing when we could not use it.

Florida vacation

The beachfront was beautiful but the house is not very clean and the kitchen supplies were limited. Tons of towels for showers but zero beach chairs as they were all broken.
