This 3 Bedroom/2 Bath Near Beach elevated home resides a few steps from a public beach access, and walking distance to neighborhood outdoor pool and tennis court (Pool Opens 1st Sunday in April through last Sunday in Oct., 8:00 a.m. to sundown).

It is tastefully adorned in beach decor and is just steps away from the Atlantic! Enjoy grilling on the deck and lounging within the enclosed porch (propane tanks can be exchanged at our office during normal business hours.) Key features include access to outdoor community pool (Pool Opens 1st Sunday in April through last Sunday in Oct., 8:00 a.m. to sundown) and tennis courts, and close proximity to Island Restaurants and shops. Features include: Wireless internet, Cable TV/DVD, Gas Grill, off street parking, hot and cold outdoor shower, hardwood floors, Cable TV in living room and each bedroom! No pets and No smoking. Linens Included.

The house was perfect and so close to the beach! Fully stocked with everything we needed and very close to all amenities like the grocery store, coffee shops, and restaurants. The property management was very communicative and available. The unit had keyless entry so they texted me the code and check in/ check out was a breeze! Highly recommend!!

Location Decent/ Clean!

It's a solid property. Not the greastest location, but very good. Near a beach access, so walking wasn't too bad. Not on the water, but we reserved it late, so no surprises there. It's not a 5, but close to enough stuff. The traffic on I.O.P is insane! Be careful walking or riding in a golf cart! No keys. Codes only. Not a lot of communication leading up other than general information emails. The check in packet was very good. Better have a good map or GPS. The property is dated, but we knew that, etc A/C only goes to 73.....use the fans. The bedrooms were a little warmer. Great washer and dryer set up. Nice porch!!! It served our needs. Thanks.

Great get-a-way

This property definitely suited our needs. Check in and check out was a breeze. Great location. Very quiet The beds are very comfortable for a good nights rest. We didn’t do much cooking but the kitchen is well stocked.Would definitely book this property again.

Location is a 10

Property was clean and has ample plates, glasses and silverware. There are games and books that are also available. It would have made our stay easier if there was more than 1 paper towel roll and 2 towels per bath for a week stay. Coffee filters should also be an included at this price.

A bathtub drain def needed rodded and/or Draino used, but it was not a huge factor. Great spread of appliances and cookware, washing machines stocked with soap and disposables, house was beautiful and clean. Very pleased with the experience.

Had everything that you could need in the kitchen. Could have used a couple of extra towels. 1 towel per person for the week is not enough. Had to ask them to bring more. We have rented in this neighborhood before and this is the nicest house that we have rented. It has very nice furnishings.

We cooked several meals on the grill.The main air conditioning was not working properly but they had huge floor units in two rooms and window units so we were never uncomfortable. There was an wifi outage daily. A Big 'Thank you' to maintenance for taking care of the fishy refrigerator so quickly which previous renters left behind. We also enjoyed the cooled sun room.There's a wide concrete walkway to access the beach right around the corner from the house. We can't say enough good things about this unit. We will book it again if possible. Eddie & Karen Mabe, July 20-27, 2024.

Some exterior updates are in order, like driveway, balcony needing paint, etc. We flew in from Chicagoland and if you’re paying that much to rent a home, beach towels and beach chairs should be available for use in the home. Also, every other day towel service would have been nice. The one time I requested new towel, I felt like I was troubling the realty company to dare ask for new towel four days into our week long stay.

Spring break getaway

Nice house in a great location

Handy location right off the IOP connector and near the grocery store. Walkway to the beach is across the street, could not be closer.

Great vacation

Perfect location! This house was walking distance to the beach,pool, tennis courts, grocery, and dining. Our stay in IOP was wonderful and we will def be back. This home was the perfect size for our family and had most everything we needed. The only issues we had were minor and the property manager was amazing and had them resolved quickly.
