Welcome to Ocean Ritz 1602

Ocean Ritz 1602 is a gulf front 3Bed/3Bath condo that boasts amazing views along with a spacious balcony. This condo has all the comforts of home! A large living room with a queen sleeper sofa and TV/DVD offers amazing gulf views!

The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, ocean views, TV, and private bathroom. The 2nd guest bedroom also has a king bed, TV and private bathroom. The 3rd guest bedroom provides a bunk bed with a twin bed on top and a double underneath and a 3rd bathroom just down the hall. WIFI throughout the unit.

This condo also has a large balcony with chairs and a dining table so guests can enjoy breakfast while overlooking the beautiful white beaches and perfect gulf waters! Come and experience a wonderfully fun and relaxing vacation in Ocean Ritz 1602! There is plenty of room for everyone! Per resort each unit is allowed up to 2 vehicles

LOVED the co do. Everything was amazing……. Except the parking. Ugh. Just pay to park if you go. Much easier. The spaces are tight. As far as the condo, beds were amazing. The patio was fantastic. Plenty of patio furniture to be co fy. Kitchen could use a few more Ute sums if you plan to cook at all. We greatly enjoyed our stay and are ready to go again.

Nice area to stay

Parking was terrible for a 3 bedroom our vehicle wouldn't fit in assigned spot and the overflow lot was always full Parking needs to be assigned better to scared to leave to go do things worrying about getting a Parking spot back

Was clean close too alot of places.lots of room beds was compy slept good .. porch big nice just was real hot need celing fans out there plug in for fans was real hot no breeze and celing fan in front bedroom diden work fan in closet black fan needs replacing diden work but over all wonderful vacation will stay here again loved it overall ..

Won’t be back

The condo was filthy,only 3 coffee cups for 4 adults no cooking pans,no blankets on bed drawers broke and couch was disgusting. The parking lot is very hard to move in had to park in public parking. Won’t be back.

Parking is awful. the washer and dryer are small and it took hours to dry a load of clothes.

Pigeon poop on the balcony - Wrong key code - Good room

Overall good. Said they would clean up the balcony, but didn't. Could not get into room, wrong code sent. Phoned many times to solve that. Otherwise a good experience.

Nice condo

The condo was nice. My Complaint is that only one elevator was working for the whole building. We were one the 16th floor… waited 30 minutes at times for an elevator 😵‍💫

Disappointed

Listing states check in at 3 check out 11. Upon arrival informed check in at 4 check out at 10. Showers in master and 2nd bedroom are so dark can’t see anything in shower with curtain closed. Pool was closed during day due to work and this was not disclosed before booking which was terrible due to red flags on beach most of week. Only one working elevator upon arrival and very hard to find luggage carts had to literally take elevator floor to floor where people had left them. With lack of access to accommodations listed charges should have been much less. Broken chair on deck causing my child to fall and have bruising. Would recommend inquiring about amen tutors and access prior to booking this property. Definitely not worth price we were charged for stay for 6 days.

Repairs

The pool and hot tub was closed, couldn’t use the balcony due to painting during summer season. Cleaning crew needs to do better. The ice maker does not work, dryer takes forever to dry clothes. I took pictures of mold that is all around the bath tub. Jets on the tub do not work, patio furniture is rusted and broken. I could literally go on and on. The property was very over priced for what we stayed in.

Beach Stay

The property was clean and fairly well kept. There was a lot of work going on on the property but it really did not bother any of us while we were going about our daily activities. The parking is terrible and if you stay in condo # 1602 Ocean Ritz the space for that number is impossible to park in if you have anything besides a motorcycle. Overall the trip was exceptional. The condo is close to a lot of things to do and reasonably easy to navigate to and from.

Nice place for a beach get away

Great location and beautiful view. Rooms are very nice. But parking is very tight and only one spot given per unit. There is a small parking lot for first come first serve across the road. And a pay lot also. Overall a good place to vacation

Mothers Day Family trip

Great trip. The furniture in the living room was stained. The manager on duty had it cleaned for us, excellent response. Issue with cleanliness upon checkin, manager had condo re cleaned. Only issue is that the parking space for this unit is extremely narrow, the rental car was damaged. I advise emptying your vehicle and parking accross the street

Place was great and clean

Place was clean and view was amazing from the balcony. Parking was good but I was on my motorcycle. My full size truck would have been a different I’m sure. But it’s a great place and beautiful view hope to get it in October

The location was great, and the place was very big and plenty of room for 5 people..

The only complaint I have is the parking. The parking spaces are unbelievably small, and very hard to fit into. If you have two cars, you have to park one of them in the overflow lot across the street, but there were nights that we couldn’t find a space open, so we had to park in a paid public parking area down the street.

PCB stay

The property itself was beautiful! The first three days of our stay was not great, not because of the condo but because of the crowd that was in PCB! Police everywhere and chaos every night, with gun shots right across the street. Be aware of renting during the last week of March…they called it the Montgomery take over! These people came in and turned a beautiful place into a nightmare, after they left it was amazing!

We love staying at Ocean Ritz. We have stayed in this Condo several times usually on the 21st floor but this room was just as amazing. Look forward to next year

Spacious and great location but needs a deep clean

We arrived around 11 and our room was ready by noon so that was a pleasant surprise. Upon entering the room it was apparent why. The floors was still covered with sand, food under the table, and no comforters on the bed. The location and size of the room was perfect but parking was terrible. Luckily we flew in and rented a car because our SUV would have never fit in the parking spot. The other vehicle in our party actually had to park 2 blocks back and PAY for parking because there wasn't enough for guests. The mattresses was super old and you could feel every spring where it was wore down. Washer and dryer is in the 2nd bathroom inside of the bedroom instead of the hallway. So it made it difficult to do laundry while others were occupying their room. Absolutely loved the size of the balcony! It was our favorite part of the entire place.

We won’t be back

We should have trusted the reviews on the parking and the elevators. Parking is so tight we couldn’t open the doors without pulling the car out of the spot. The elevators work sometimes. We actually had to open the doors and get out a couple times because it was stuck. The condo itself was roomy. It could use some updates. The master shower wouldn’t drain so our feet were in 3 inches of water while showering. This was addressed with the management company on our first day there. They said someone would call us and they never did. I attempted to contact the owners through VRBO twice with no reply. The management company is difficult to contact and not very pleasant when you do get through to them.

elevators are a nightmare

the day we arrived the elevators were terrible one wasn't even working hundreds of people having to try to get to their room and only three luggage carts. It took me five hours from the time we finally found our parking spot till I got to go up to my room and with me being 63 I was NOT a happy camper my husband, daughter and 10 year old granddaughter had to carry our groceries up 16 flights of stairs so they wouldn't ruin I will never stay at Ocean Ritz again.

Great condo - awful parking

The condo itself is really nice and clean for the most part. For the money being paid, the cleaning service need to do a better job with dusting. Definitely wouldn’t pass the white glove test. This seems to be an issue with most condos I’ve rented in the past 5 years. Parking is awful due to extremely small space. A large vehicle likely will not fit.

Very Nice

We loved the view and the balcony. The condo had everything we needed and was well kept. Could walk to pretty much everything or take the trolley. I wish there would have been a heads up about the construction and someone called the cops on us because we accidentally knocked a beverage over on the balcony and it spilled down below. And someone was throwing candy from their balcony and we got blamed for it because the beverage incident. The property manager was sent out the next day and all was handled professionally. Other than that we loved our stay in Panama.
