Amazing and stylish mid-century modern house with 180 degree ocean and village view, and easy walk to beach and town. Deck runs along second story with open plan living room/dining room, with fireplace, and door to master bedroom with king. Laundry and full bath also on main floor. Downstairs to ground floor with two bunk beds which sleep 4 and large screen tv, bean bags, and full bath. Ping pong table and gas grill in garage. Short direct walk down hill across 101 to bay and beach or to town.
No Motorhomes. No boats. No trailers. Strictly enforced.

The views from the house & deck are stunning & when I return to Yachats I will definitely be staying at this place again!

Beautiful view

It has a beautiful view right on the ocean! It was a great way to remember our daughter Saylor Rhaes first birthday. My family enjoyed the time we spent there together and hope to be able to stay there again sometime.

Relaxing spot with great view

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here for 3 nights with husband and 7-yr-old son. It was very relaxing and clean... there were great puzzles and games in the house, and most of all, the view was spectacular! Furthermore, the ocean was so close, it rocked us to sleep each night. Unfortunately though, the unit isn't actually on or nearby any beach, it's up a big hill across from a hotel with a rocky beach unsuitable fir recreation. Overall this spot is fine if your main purpose is NOT a beach vacation.

Beautiful views, but...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home has outstanding views. Howeve,r it is on a steep hill and has part of the driveway on an incline. This is not a good set up for elderly guests. We had our parents (who are in their 80s), with us and it was difficult for them to get in and out if the car. They do have a lower part of the driveway that is flat but you have to descend several stairs to access it. Could of been cleaned a little better. There were blond hairs over the bunk beds and some of the towels . Again, beautiful views but not the house for us !

Ocean views from the property are stunning, an easy walk to the beach at low tide, and an easy walk to Yachats. The kitchen is well stocked with quality knives and cookware. The king bed is quite comfortable. The property , however, was in disrepair , and could use attention. The downstairs window almost came off it’s track when my guest tried to open it.screen doors were unusable, fixtures that need attention, missing light bulbs, etc I alerted management

Musty downstairs

The location was excellent with excellent ocean views. The downstairs had a very musty odor that didn't go away. It was just my husband and I, so nobody stayed downstairs. I don't know how anybody could. It needs a new stove. All the other appliances were fine and seemed fairly new. There were ants all over the kitchen counter. There were ant traps on the counter, but I guess that didn't help. Might need professional exterminator.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have now rented homes 3 times in Yachats through Ocean Odyssey, and have been more than pleased each time. The personal service we have received from Peter each time has been great. Each home ahs been well-cared for, and we have never had an issue accessing the key via the lockbox. We will absolutely rent with Ocean Odyssey again!
