Townhouse living at it's finest! 3 bedroom property at an AMAZING value. SLEEPS 8!!! Newly Remodeled Bathrooms in 2024 with Walk in Showers in Both!

Air Conditioning Split Units Installed Throughout Entire unit, all bedrooms, and living room.Upgraded appliances, furniture, granite counter tops; Flat Screen TV's now in the living room & in all the bedrooms!

There is queen bed in the downstairs bedroom. The upstairs bedrooms feature two extra long twin beds in one bedroom and a California King sized bed in the primary bedroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Have a larger group? We manage Townhome#37 that's a 3 bedroom that also sleeps 6 next door. Both townhomes would sleep 14 total!

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting. The large remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.

One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to use.

The Big Island is also known as the golf capital of Hawaii with 16 courses, 11 that are located in West Hawaii.

The complex is nice well kept up secured with fate access, the pool area is nice and easy access to the ocean. The unit we stayed at was nice and clean plenty of room. If you're looking for a hot shower you're out of luck, it's warm at best. I reported it and they said they would look into but nothing was done about it. Both bathrooms have showers that are nice, no bathtub for kids but it wasn't a big deal for us. The downstairs bedroom mattress is terrible, my son said the upstairs was fine. I killed five German roaches in the kitchen but they had a scheduled pest control come spray all the units so they do try to maintain bugs. Upstairs a little noisy from road noise, Overall a nice well kept place I would definitely rent in this complex again but maybe try to get a unit right on the water.

Wonderful vacation at Keauhou Surf & Racquet Club

The townhouse was clean and well stocked. Knutson and Associates was easy to deal with and very prompt on the one service call we made and followed up. Surf and Racquet Club was in a good location and had a pool, pickleball and tennis courts, BBQ. Our family enjoyed our vacation very much.

Great property

The property was wonderful. The house was comfortable and clean. It is close to the pool on the property and is less than a 5 minute walk from the beach. It was close drive to grocery stores, beaches, and downtown Kona. There was a pack and play available at the house which was helpful. Lots of closet space, TV in every bedroom and the living room. The property managers were fast to respond to all questions. Great experience, would stay at the property agains in the future.

The location is about 10 mins drive to the town but there is a small strip mall with a grocery store and restaurants 10 mins walk away. The pool was great and you could walk to a small beach connected to the property too. Any problems we had were addressed right away and we really appreciated getting a late checkout for our redeye flight. Would definitely stay again!

Located close to beaches and most tourist activities based in Kona. Highly recommended for a great place to land when you have a lot to do on vacation. The pool is nice for a quick dip if you need to cool off or to relax while the kids get some energy out too. We had a few bugs in the kitchen but had a notice on the door that pest control would be there on the day we checked out so they are on top of the situation.

Once again Knutson rental agency did not fail us This property was amazing.

We rented two properties for our group. Perfect location and they had everything we needed for cooking and going to the beach. The condos were clean and amazing. The management team are so easy to communicate with and are so helpful. We are going for our 3rd annual family trip next yr and will book with them again.

Great First Time in Hawaii!

This was our first time in Hawaii and we could not have stayed at a better place than here. It was less than 5 minutes from the beach and a shopping center. We highly recommend this spot!

The location is pretty good, something’s were just a few min away, a short walk to the grocery store of farmers market but most activities ended up being 20min. The place is advertised for a large group, it looks much bigger in pics than it is in reality. It’s great for 5 people but anymore it was cramped. The kitchen is tiny and enclosed so even 2 people at a time was pushing it. We had small bugs which is expected in Hawaii so no biggie but we also encountered a few large bugs, maybe cockroaches. I know bugs are to be expected but these things were huge. Loved the text communication from property management, easy & fast replies. the upstairs bathroom light was sometimes working, it flickered to work not a big deal for us but might be for the next renters.

Amazing Stay!

The place was great for us (3 couples). The grounds were great ,the pool was very nice and refreshing after days adventuring in the sun. We had one small issue which was resolved same day! It was in a great location. easy parking and no hassles at all. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Hopefully soon!! cannot wait to go back!!!

Relaxing resort

Beautiful resort, quiet, next to snorkeling beach,walking distance to coffee and shopping. Cute geckos on grounds and amazing sunset views from the grounds. Highly recommend, loved our stay there and the property management company was excellent to deal with.
