Amazing 1,699 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa located in the beautiful Ko Olina resort on the quiet west side of Oahu.
The lap pool is perfect for an early morning workout or leisurely afternoon lap.
The lagoon pool provides a safe and fun place for the kids to swim all day and features its own sand bottom that the little ones will love! There are three jacuzzi to melt into after a day on the Ted Robinson golf course located across the street! The amenities don`t end there.
The Master Chef designed kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, cookware, dishes, glassware, and everything you need to prepare and enjoy all of your meals.
The master bedroom is on opposite side of villa from 2nd & 3rd bedroom for total privacy.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom area (Master bedroom has a soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower; 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower combo, 3rd bathroom has a shower)
This villa is in pristine condition and features travertine tile flooring
Bedrooms: 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Twin beds. Brand new sofa sleeper in living room.
Flat screen televisions, high-speed wireless internet, and a fully equipped kitchen offer all the comforts of home.
Relax on the spacious lanai which overlooks the lap pool and the beautiful ocean beyond it.

There some bonuses to the villa which included beach toys, chairs, and an umbrella. There were two air mattresses but they had a hole in then. I do wish there was a little restaurant or store on site but everything was very close including a little market and other little restaurants. The ocean was beautiful and calm. We would definitely stay again.

Great Family Resort Vacation

My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay in this 3 bedroom condo. Check in process was super easy and organized. Property managers were really responsiveā€”the AC and freezer were not working properly and within a few hours they were fixed!ā€”even though we noticed the freezer was not working on a Sunday evening! Beach chairs, boogie boards, were supplied. Basic kitchen spices and daily necessities were provided. The lanai was quite nice and relaxingā€”it was always in the shade so it didnā€™t get too hot to sit out there. The rooms and the view are exactly as pictured. Location was super convenient and walking distance to grocery, restaurants and shops. Other resorts for restaurants were just a few minutes walk. Waikiki, Pearl Harbor, north shore beaches were a 30-40 minutes drive but there were good surf beaches a few minutes away too. Would definitely recommend a stay at Ko Olina Beach Villa Resorts for those looking for an easy family resort vacationā€”you really donā€™t have to leave the area to have a fun and relaxing time!

Reviewer Comments: Everything about the unit, from our reservationist Phyllis to our greeter Munro were great!We had rented 4 units for our daughters wedding and by far, 805 had the best view, best furnishings, amenities and cleanliness. However, be warned! We had a terrible experience with the on site property staff. For the most part they rule the property like a jail with so many rules, restrictions and lack of aloha in general. We followed all the rules and still we always felt we were being scrutinized and questioned about something. Overall, if we are to ignore the beach villa staff our stay was a a joy and we would rent unit 805 any time we had the opportunity!

Location was perfect as we had activities all over the island and this area had little congestion and seemed to be located ideally. Amenities perfect for everyone and we especially liked the ambiance being family friendly. Not having restaurants, cafes or specialty stores on sight was great as it cut down on the #'s of people as they were also staying there. Our lagoon was quiet and free from abundance of lawn chairs and water toys. If you wanted anything you had 3 other big resorts to shop or eat at.We will be back!!!

great place, great location, great property however.......

The property was amazing!!! There were three rooms that fit our party perfectly. The location and beach we beautiful. My however is the key situation. You need a key to go anywhere on the property, if you didn't have a key or forgot your key ou were in a tough spot!!! We had 6 adults and were only given 5 keys. It was a nightmare at times. Making sure you were with someone that had a key or when you left you had a key, we spent more time talking about keys and organizing our key time that is got very old very fast. Also, the sink in one of the bathrooms was horrible - the plumber did not plan the faucet very well and you could barely get your hands under the faucet to wash.

Great Stay

Overall a great stay at a nice location. The condo is a little tired but is still nice and comfortable. We stayed in this complex several years ago when they first opened. Many furnishings were original. Parking was a little of a challenge since it was on the other side of the complex not in our tower. Small issues. Check in was a breeze and Phyllis was very communicative.

Koā€™olina is such a beautiful area. Make sure you enjoy the walk along the lagoon. The condo is A quick drive to groceries. Will stay again!

Fun, relaxing but appliance could use an upgrade

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa is spacious and good for 8 comfortably and more. The villa is perfect- has everything you need. Iā€™m a local resident and I brought my own everything (just in case) but I didnā€™t use it... this Villa is fully equipped, comforting and enjoyable. The view is perfect. You may not get the sunrise on the lanai, but youā€™ll get everything in between including the sunset. Appliance is up to date but it took a loooong time to bake and cook. Microwave is new technology (must press the open/ close) it was high tech and fancy. I would recommend this property and stay here, again. Letā€™s not forget the check in team- they are amazing too... very friendly to ALL!

Check in and room orientation was super quick and friendly.Dish soap and laundry detergent was supplied. Paper towels and toilet rolls we had to replenish.The 3 bedrooms were spacious and had good quality appliances and furniture. The kids loved feeding the fish. And the walk to the beach was short and doable for very young children. The lagoon was perfect for young children too.I left before 6am to exercise, it was still dark but I felt safe.We booked on expedia, it said "room type, Beachfront". This is so not true, you can sort of see the beach if you step out onto the balcony and crain your neck. This is a pool view and also a view of looking right into other people's condos. This was our only downside.

Idyllic Setting

Phyllis was great - Managed all the booking and sent me reminder emails. Was wonderful to deal with thank you. Greeting staff were lovely - Very simple and quick, which is what you're wanting with a load of kids waiting to get in the pool. Accommodation was clean - didn't need for anything. Great resort and professional service.

This was our second stay at the Ko Olina Beach Villas and our first in this Ocean Tower villa. The resort is wonderful with ample amenities and feels quiet compared to the adjacent Aulani and Marriott. Even the lagoon is quieter! The villa was well kept and as described. We had six adults and two children staying together and still felt as though there was ample room. Phyllis from Real Select International was professional and accessible. Our housekeeper, who did the midstay and exit cleaning, was very kind and courteous and did a wonderful job. We'll certainly be back to the Ko Olina Beach Villas and highly recommend this villa.

Perfect Family Vacation for the 5 of us!

Our experience at Ko Olina Beach Villas was amazing! The check in was fast and easy. My kids (19, 19 & 22) loved the condo and all the amenities (pools, workout room, spa, proximity to Aulani). It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger hotels/timeshares. The lagoon was nice to have nearby and we ate at the local restaurants (walked to Roy's!). We enjoyed watching the sunset and having cocktails at the bar by the sandy pool. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was not hard for us to get around with our daughter who is in a wheelchair. She can walk/stand, but needs the wheelchair for long distances. From here we visited the North Shore (Waimea Bay, Turtle Bay), Hanauma Bay, Waikiki, Kailua & Kapolei. The condo felt like our home and we will definitely be coming back!

Picture perfect

This is the perfect location to vacation with family or friends. The openness of the living room when the doors to the lanai were opened was awesome. I was able to swim alongside a turtle while snorkeling in the surprisingly private and convenient lagoon. Our stay here contributed to one of our best family vacations. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
