Acqua is great for family holiday and offers a beach resort atmosphere in a relaxed and non-crowded area. The 10 miles of wide, soft sand with it's shallow beach slope for easing into the ocean, is said to be the most beautiful beach in Puerto Vallarta. No matter the season the warm ocean welcomes all swimmers and boarders alike.

A short walk up the beach you can rent horses, kayaks, catamarans, sail boats, windsurfers and jet skis. If you are more inclined to relax you can do a walk-in or make an appointment for a massage on the beach or other beauty treatments at a nearby hotels.

CONDO INFORMATION AND AMENITIES

Our beachfront condo is nicely furnished with a modern take to bring out the fantastic colors of the Mexican Riviera. Great for family vacations or a romantic getaway, the peaceful ambiance will make your trip one to remember.

You can relax on your private terrace and balcony which offers a fantastic view of Acqua's lush garden, pools and beach. The sliding glass doors offers up a floor to ceiling surface of uninterrupted views.

The 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo measures approximately 1000 sq ft. with complete climate control with 3 A/C units and 2 ceiling fans. We have a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with UPGRADED BREAKFAST BAR (full size refrigerator, 4 gas burner stove top, microwave, toaster oven, pots/pans, dishes/utensils), WASHER/DRYER unit, GAS BBQ GRILL, and FREE WIFI.

Fantastic time at Aria Ocean!!

Our first Christmas away on vacation and our time spent at Angela’s property couldn’t have been better! We have stayed at other properties at Aria Ocean but Angela’s condo was amazing! Well appointed with fresh linens, and towels, the kitchen was completely supplied with utensils, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, coffee machine and more…it was truly a magical vacation. If she would have us again, we wouldn’t hesitate to rent Angela’s condo on our next trip to PV, it was truly a 10 STAR vacation! Thank you Angela!

Relaxing and enjoyable

The place is well situated, 20 minutes walk to groceries and Bucerias. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equiped. Chairs and umbrella for the beach provided. We enjoyed the big swimming pool and the beach near by.

Perfect Location

We stayed 11 days. Unit is in a great location. The space could use some upgrading/attention. Price point attractive and allowed us to overlook some of the deficiencies.

Comfortable unit, despite a few deficiencies. Well-located within the complex. Complex is well maintained. It was often difficult to find chairs/loungers around the pool, or on either of the private raised beach areas. Loungers are non-adjustable & uncomfortable.

Alicia’s apartment was perfect for my daughter and I. The apartment had everything we needed and the pool and the beach were great. I thought it would be loud since it is in a larger complex but it was really quiet.

Great 2 bdrm condo in a great location

Thank you Alicia for sharing your condo with us. The condo provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The kitchen was well stocked for eating in, and the beds are comfortable. You can tell the complex is proud of their place with all the work they were doing cleaning up after the hurricane. The pools were opened our second week and were fantastic. We made new friends and the staff were very attentive. The restaurant by the pool was awesome with great food and drinks with reasonable prices. You can get a massage on the beach or a take a horse back ride and it is only a short taxi ride to many great restaurants in Bucerias or Nuevo. Thank you again for sharing your condo with us.

condition idéale pour se rendre à bucerias , épicerie ect les meubles sont du pour un rafraîchissement! j ai enlever le tapis du salon , il était tres poussiéreux. serviettes blanches étaient tachées pas de brosse pour le bbq, apporter votre papier toilette , épices et savon pour nettoyer je pourrais en mettre d autres .. ascenseur souvent hors services , internet pas vite, tv fonctionne pas !! bon j arrête bon séjour

Condo and property described perfectly. Ricardo met us as planned and was very helpful with any questions we had. Weather was GREAT. Never had to use the air conditioner as the ceiling fans were all we needed. We enjoyed our 16 days and as always it went too fast. We enjoyed the many restaurants in the area. We used the Mega grocery store for our basic needs for breakfast and lunch including beverages. The gated condo is secure and managed by friendly staff. If you enjoy walking the beach, you can walk for miles. We were pleasantly surprised to see the restaurant and bar complete with staff to take your order for food or drinks. We would definitely stay here again. Bob

The accommodations were great, spacious and clean. Everything was there that you would need.

Our 3 week holiday was great. Our accommodations were excellent, clean and walking distance from grocery stores and Bucerías. Taxis were available when requested and also bus service just across the street. The complex had 3 pools which were well maintained. Very nice place to stay for a long period of time.

The place was amazing, the view from the balcony is of a stunning pool and beautiful beach area.

We really enjoyed our holiday

The unit was very nice but a couple of small items would have made it easier. There we no spare garbage bags or bathroom bags to remove garbage as well a supply of toilet paper would have been nice and a bit of a variety of spices for cooking . Other than that the unit was very clean and had beautiful views. We would recommend people to stay there for sure.

Relaxing laid back vacation

Condo was accurately described and the location was great. Our first time renting versus all inclusive which probably saved us at least 5 pounds. Pools are refreshing and the condo is situated within walking distant of Bucerias

Immaculate property and unit

This listing is all that is stated and more. The infinity pool is suitable for all ages in a family with shallow areas for younger children as well as areas for lap swim. The surrounding area provides lounges for tanning as well as shaded booths for those who do not want a full day in the sun. The ocean is steps away with a shallow, sloped, sandy entry suitable for all. Alicia is extremely easy to work with, provided many useful suggestions, and answered all our questions in a very timely manner. We knew what to expect before we got there, and were given any assistance needed by her rental manager upon arrival. The large combination unit has all the amenities of home and was very comfortable for our family of four. The BBQ, furniture for tanning, and dining on the balcony was much appreciated. Although air conditioning is available throughout the unit and bedrooms, we found the fans and outdoor breeze adequate for cooling airflow for most evenings. The security and staff were very helpful and friendly and made communication comfortable despite our lack of Spanish vocabulary. Would definitely recommend this unit and return to this property which is close to the Mega market for groceries, 20 minutes outside of Puerto Vallarta, and 5 minutes from Bucerias which have dining, shopping markets and tour bookings. A great location, well kept property, relaxing holiday atmosphere.

Beautiful Condo and Excellent Location

We stayed a month at this beautiful condo and enjoyed it so much! The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and maintained. Alicia the owner was prompt and helpful answering us back right away with any questions we had. Grounds, pools and beach were fantastic! Location was excellent. My husband enjoyed the Flamingos Golf course which is nearby. The Mega store was great for purchasing all our groceries and easy to walk to. Dining out in Bucerias was great. So many awesome restaurants to choose from. This was our first time renting a condo and we will most definitely be back!
