Welcome to our casa! Our beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is perfectly situated next to Paradise Village Resort and Shopping Plaza.
This tranquil location is right next to restaurants, bars, shopping, the beach, and golf course.
Everything here is at your fingertips including bus service to beautiful downtown Puerto Vallarta, groceries and boutique shops at the mall next door and entertainment for couples, families and children. Enjoy Paradise!
NO ACCESS TO PARADISE VILLAGE
RESORT HOTEL AREA !!!
There is no more guest bracelets to be wear during your stay.at MR

You just need them to register when checking in and follow the MR rules by the pool and common areas.

Beach access is at the Public beach FIBBA between Grand Velas Hotel & Marival Hotel. 10-15 minute walk or5 minutes away by taxi. The taxi ride cost $65.00 pesos each way.

Rental of Palapa and chairs from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm is $210.00 pesos daily
There is a "COCO" RESTAURANT there by the beach. Bring beach towels.

You don't have Internet in your condo, but you can connect from the condo balcony in the Lobby or by the pool.

Very beautiful visit.

My visit was very peaceful,enjoyable, new guest that I truly enjoyed visiting with. I definitely would recommend staying here. And i'm looking forward to the possibility of returning in the future.

Friendliest residence ever

Clean condo, great pool, close to shopping center, very comfortable beds, washer and dryer. Very helpful. All in all awonfetful stay.

Lovely location

This was a great 2 bedroom condo. It had plenty of space, a large balcony with views of the canal and boats. It was very quiet and the pool area was very good as was the ability to barbecue. The only item I would add is this was advertised as Paradise Village and it should really be advertised as Marina Residences at Paradise Village. That’s not a bad thing as the Marina Residences are lovely and much quieter than Marina Residences. However, there was no beach access except from the public beach one kilometre away. The comment in the condo details about “no wristbands” was misleading to us as since we thought this condo was at Paradise Village, the “no bracelet” meant not all-inclusive, not that it had no beach access privileges. In the end it was fine and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo.

Worn out

The condo hasn’t been updated in a long time and is in need of some TLC. The kitchen is not well equipped for cooking. The appliances are old, look worn out and should be replaced. The furniture is old, needs repair, the cushions are flat and the upholstery is sticky from over use. The rug under the coffee table needs cleaning. The bathroom has mold on the floor near the tub and in the faucet. The Jacuzzi tub is really old, the faucet is loose, getting in to take a shower isn’t safe and the surrounds in both bathrooms are rusty. The towels are very thin, the pillows on the beds are hard and not at all comfortable. The barbecue can only be lit by staff. The location is noisy due to the frequent parties at the pool. Needless to say, we won’t be back. We thought we’d try Marina Residences and obviously we were very disappointed. There are so many other places to stay that are much nicer.

Location perfect for our needs

Great location- we had friends at the Marina & activities at the yacht club. Condo was lovely, bed very comfortable, nice balcony with view of pool, canal, island, wildlife, birds. Love the smaller, quiet condo vs. the large resorts. The pool was great & met many pleasant fellow guests. Maria Luisa & other staff were very pleasant & helpful. We had 2 evenings with pretty loud music from across the canals- we heard from others that this isn’t a normal occurrence. The closest one was playing music we enjoyed & stopped around 10:30 so wasn’t too bad! We look forward to staying here again!! We had a fabulous all day (10:00-5:00) taxi tour with Alfonzo & would highly recommend! He’s located at the taxi stand by the entrance to Paradise Village Resort.

Great Two Bedroom Apartment

Overall we had a relaxing and wonderful experience staying at this two bedroom apartment. The property is very well maintained and has a wonderful and clean swimming pool. The large deck that overlooks the swimming pool and marina is a great place to enjoy breakfast or other meals while enjoying the beautiful weather. Would definitely consider returning in the future.

Fantastic place, great guest, comfortables spaces everywhere

Steve is so kind, and the communication was excellent. The apartment is beautiful, and you have a great sight to the river. Pool was always so clean and peaceful and in general the place is very comfortable to stay and rest in. The only thing that doesn't make the place perfect is that you don't have free access to the beach, for you have to pay if you want to use the complex or the palm roofs. In our case, we had to move in order to enjoy the sea. Other than that the experience was great overall. Thanks steve!

Sparkling Clean, Terrific Unit

Though dated, this end unit overlooking the palapa and swimming pool is sparkling clean, comfortable and homey. The kitchen is stocked with working appliances, newer dishes and glassware, and pots and pans. The dining room has a large table that can easily accommodate six. The living room has a newer television, rattan furniture and adequate lighting. The bedroom is large with a newer tv, the bed is comfortable and there is lots of closet space. The bathroom is large and features a big jacuzzi. The owners' library of books and knickknacks made the space homey. The view from the double terrace is spectacular, as it overlooks the beautiful swimming pool, marina and community palapa. I would definitely stay here again. If there was more comfortable furniture on the beautiful terrace instead of four plastic chairs and plastic tables; and, if the sliding glass doors were replaced, I would give this property five stars. The drop-dead gorgeous views from both living room and bedroom doors are obscured by something opaque that has breached the double-panes. That beautiful view needs to be seen! New sliding doors, comfortable terrace furniture, new bathroom lighting fixtures (the lightbulbs hang out the bottom of the fixtures!) and updating the interior furnishings from the original would elevate this unit from terrific to perfect. The property is well-maintained, the on-site administrators are pleasant and helpful, and the other residents are friendly and inviting.

Beautiful, spacious unit overlooking pool and marina. Large balcony to enjoy morning coffee.

Unit is very spacious with fully equipped kitchen. Bonus washer and dryer in unit. Extra large balcony with morning sun to enjoy coffee and breakfast. Close and easy access to pool and grounds. Used beach club once but enjoyed the complex pool more so just stayed there. Open communication with owner who was able to answer all our questions as we were new to VRBO system. Had a great stay and would recommend to others.

FANTASTIC

Thank you for letting us rent your condo for a week. The location and view were fantastic. The unit was decorated very nicely and the kitchen was well equipped. If we're looking for a 2 bedroom again, we'll definitely contact you to see if your unit is available. Just in case you don't know, they updated the internet service and you'll need to get the new key from Maria. Rosie and Greg Powell
