Family Beach Vaca

This property is great! 4 Bedrooms each with own bath is really nice. It is just a few steps away from the beach with nothing blocking your view, although having a private pool was great with 2 infants too. House was stocked with lots of beach toys, a beach wagon, pool floats, a cooler, a baby pool, and lots of outdoor seating.

Family fun

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place is very beautiful and convenient location. The only problem I have a really issue with was the dishwasher. You can only fit 10 items at one time and can only run the top half and bottom half one at a time. The house is well stocked with just about everything we needed. The pool was very clean, but two out of the four chairs were broken.

We would have been more than happy to have sent someone to the house to address the dishwasher and the chairs. We apologize that you found those things in that condition upon your arrival and it certainly sounds like our inspectors missed a few things. Just Perfect

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and located just steps from the beach access path. The layout of the home was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. I appreciated that the majority of the beds were king and queen sizes. Often in rentals, they squeeze in more twin, full size and bunk beds which are not comfortable for most adults. There were lots of beach toys and a wagon for the little ones and the pool was a hit with everyone. Will definitely rent again on our next trip.

Wonderful family week

We've been coming to Pensacola for many years as a family, and all agreed this is the best house, yet. Plenty of room for all, and a nice pool. Great view of the ocean with no house across the street from ours. Very convenient.

Family Fourth of July

This particular home was absolutely perfect and met all of our needs. The location near the beach, the layout of the floor plan, the landscaping and pool, the cleanliness were all perfect. The back deck and front porch were used both to watch fireworks over the Santa Rosa sound from the upper level back deck and for watching the blue angels show from the front porch and beach.. We highly would recommend this home and Paradise Beach Homes. We look forward to our next family vacation in 2024 at TV!

Overall the house was great and spacious. Only one complaint if I had one is I couldn’t find scissors! But that was it.

40th Birthday's

We had 4 adult couples and we had plenty of room! Great location, kitchen well stocked, pool was fabulous and right across from the beach and path!

Spacious home, beautiful pool with landscaping and so close to the beach!! Home was clean and very updated. We also really enjoyed the fireworks and Blue Angels Show for July 4th right from our beach area or balcony. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!!

Wonderful vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the ideal family vacation! We were a party of 6 adults and 4 kids and we had so much fun! There was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped, the pool was absolutely gorgeous, and the proximity to the beach couldn’t be beat. There was even a beach cart in the garage full of sand toys and floats. We usually stay in a large condo building but never again! We are already planning our next stay at this wonderful house!

Great Beach Teip 2020

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful week at the beach house. We loved the beautiful space and having so many bedrooms/bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool and the best thing was how close we were to the beach. It was easy to walk back to eat or relax in the pool or get out of the sun. Clean house, great location and great views.The only small issue we had was with downstairs bedroom fan/light combo. It seems to be an ongoing issue since it is in the instructions given for house. I think it needs to be reprogrammed because that bedroom didn't have a working fan due to light always coming on at night. Time needs to be taken to fix that.
