Three bedroom, two full bath, roomy home that includes golf cart. WIFI, all linens, private beach access for Venture Out guest- community spans from gulf beach to grand lagoon. Spacious Front porch sitting area great for outdoor dining. The Beach is a 3 minute walk or short ride on the golf cart. Two pools, playground and so much more ***Resort registration fees: $75 per car. Only two cars are permitted***
There are some portable beach chairs available at the home or you can rent chairs/umbrellas using the service on the beach. Note for those with mobility issues there are two steps in the home. Must be 25 years old to rent.

Within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and St. Andrews State Park and fishing pier.

Only one car or golf cart can be parked in front of the unit.
(you must park a car in the driveway BEFORE you park in the street) community rule. You may. have to utilize on site free parking or pay to park you vehicle off site.
REGARDING WATERCRAFT:
Venture Out front office phone number is 850 234-2247 if you have questions about bringing a water craft and the fees involved.

We are a family of 5, me, wife, parents-in-laws, and our 5 yr old daughter.We really enjoyed our stay!!The facility is great, including access to the private beach, pools, and in-house cafe by the beach. And you can go there with the golf cart!!Neighbors are very family friendly too.4 minute drive to St Andrew’s State Park!!Perfect beach getaway, will come back for sure!!

Family trip

We had a great time at Venture Out. The pools and beach were fun, the kids loved riding in the golf cart and there were even games inside to keep us entertained when we didn’t want to get out. The front porch provided a great setting for all of our meals. We had a very nice visit!

Perfect family location!!

This place was absolutely perfect! From communication to checking out was easy peasy! We enjoyed the house so much & the golf cart was a HUGE plus! At night, the kiddos (adults too!) had so much fun riding around the neighborhood & meeting other folks! We highly recommend this place to friends & family! Definitely will be returning!!!

Great place!

We stayed here with our daughter, son in law and our two grandsons ( 3 and 9). We have stayed at Venture Out before. The amenities are wonderful for families! The house was the perfect size for 6 of us. The owner, Donna, was quick to answer any questions. She provides beach chairs and sand toys and board games. The kitchen is well stocked. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Absolutely perfect!

We stayed the week after Christmas and this house literally has EVERYTHING you need for your beach trip. Just bring your clothes and food! Loved that it came with a golf cart and heated pool, as well as putt putt, tennis, board games, pickle ball, and SO MUCH MORE!

Our Best Beach vacation!!!

We truly loved this property! Fantastic location! Our entire family from adults, teens and children enjoyed this venture out unit! Safe, fun and tons of things to do! We loved the fenced in porch and basically sat out there any chance we could. Golf cart made beach and playground trips fast! We watched boats come in and dolphins play in the Lagoon in the evenings. Donna’s place is so well thought out for any need you may have! Full size refrigerator, comfy beds , bicycles and just PERFECT accommodations!!! We most definitely will be back. We had an amazing trip! Thank you so much Donna!!!!

Everything we needed and more!

This place had everything we would have needed and then some. I loved the bikes and the convenience of the golf cart. The location is perfect and we are recurring visitors of Venture Out. We love it there. The host was beyond helpful when we had a slight snafu at the beginning of our trip and she even followed up with us to make sure all was well. If we could have wished for anything to be different it would be a more comfortable king bed and maybe some extra cozy throw blankets. My husband wasnt a fan of the bed spread but he tends to like softer bedding. Neither were deal breakers by any means and still really enjoyed our stay! Loved the patio as well!

Wonderful location and the owner made sure to leave all supplies needed to enjoy the amenities. An electric golf cart, 6 bikes, tennis rackets/balls, cornhole boards, pickle ball, beach supplies, etc. Venture Out is a wonderful community and everyone was very nice. The home is older but well kept and stocked with games, very comfy beds, and towels. My only issue is the $75 per car parking fee. That feels excessive to me when there is very little parking. Our small car barely fit! I don’t think the owner has any control over this however. Overall, I would highly recommend and we will stay again.

Perfect vacation!

The 2 king-sized bedrooms with shared bath was set apart from our kids bedroom and bath off the kitchen, so there was the perfect amount of privacy and togetherness. The kitchen is spacious and it was perfect for cooking all our meals except when we ventured out (pun intended) to The Grand Marlin our last night there. The community has a family-friendly vibe and feels safe. Security folks upon entering the community are so helpful and friendly. Check-in was a breeze. The young lady that helped us at check-in was so nice and professional. The beach / beachside pool being a short golf cart ride away was so convenient. Donna, the owner, sent us a welcome and helpful information the day before our arrival and checked in with us by text when we got there, even responding to two minor questions when we got there. She has thought of all the conveniences even bikes, beach chairs, beach toys and a cooler as well as plenty of towels for bath and pool. We would love to stay at this same beach house if it is available this time next year. Thank you, Donna and Venture Out!

Quick weekend visit

We stayed for just two nights on a quick weekend visit. We were thrilled that the Unit was ready much earlier than expected, which allowed us to settle in right away. We had never been to Venture Out so it was a new experience for us. We loved the golf cart and the availability of the bikes and beach equipment. We all had a blast going from the bay to the Gulf, and people that we met were friendly. If you are not a smoker, then be a bit prepared as there was an unusual amount of smoking in the complex and at the beach. The house did not smell like smoke at all inside, but as we would drive by or sit at the beach many people were smoking so it was a bit annoying, but not this Owners' fault. The Unit was comfortable. The indicators on the stove are worn off so it took some time to figure out which eye of the burner belonged to each dial. Maybe stickers would be helpful for the future. There were also air fresheners in the Unit so if you are scent sensitive you may need to remove those. I just unplugged the main one that I found and hid it in a drawer until we left because I get migraines from strong scents. Again, that is my issue not the Owners but wanted to mention it as it was fairly strong when we first got inside. Overall it was a good experience and we had fun. I really loved the location and the bayside pool was lovely! We even had a few rain showers and just stayed cozy inside. I would recommend this Unit if you are wanting to try out Venture Out!

Perfect Place! Wonderful Accomadations! Excellent Host!

The propery has everything you need, just bring your clothes and hygiene items. This is a very safe resort, well guarded plus you are at the end of Thomas Drive so there is hardly any traffice. Private Pools, private beach access and the home is very clean and nicely kept.

Comfortable stay in PCB

Enjoyed our 6-day stay in very comfortable facilities in the Venture Out community. Having a golf cart to take to the private beach was really a nice touch. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Lower Lagoon area of PCB.

Hello! I live in Panama City Beach and am currently enjoying working on the family's latest project "East Bay Fishing Village" in Panama City. (not part of Venture Out) It is our goal to provide a unique, friendly neighborhood for short term stays that are geared toward boating, fishing and all things in and around the water. I have been hosting since 2005 and have had a great experience. My hobbies include taking my jet ski from home at the beach to work at the Village (sometimes with my mop bucket in tow!!) Some things I like to do at Venture Out:
-Ride bikes to St. Andrews State park. Stop at the wildlife interactive center located in the welcome building. (just outside the Venture Out gate)
-Walk on the beach from Venture Out to the jetties
-Walk to Alvins Island and buy souvenirs
-Have brunch at Andy's Flower Power and lunch at Schooners (walking distance)
-Walk to Patches and listen to live music and eat great food
-Eat again at Dat Cajan Place or J Michaels or Captain Andersons or Christos
-Sit at the pond on the lagoon and watch boats come and go
-Play pickle ball
-Relax on the beach and pools
-Watch the sunrise over Grand Lagoon and the sunset over the gulf on the beach

There simply is no other place in PCB like Venture Out. With access to both Gulf of Mexico and Grand Lagoon, you have more options and space to roam. The landscaping is immaculately kept. Go from one amenity to another via golf cart or bike. There is a pond with ducks and turtles. There are plenty of picnic tables around the resort along with grills . Two pools, new playground, boat dock, fishing pier.... The pickle ball/ tennis courts are very well maintained along with all the other amenities. The front office staff is welcoming, helpful and friendly. Security staff is always available. There are plenty of places to shop and eat within walking distance (Patches, Schooners, Dat Cajou Place, Shore House Pizza, Christo's, Blue Marlin, Cap. Andersons, Thomas Drive Waffle shop, J Michaels,.....Publix and Winn dixie are just up the road.
