This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo offers an upgraded vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Rooms were remodeled and modern. Very clean. Laundry machines were in great working order...had no issues. Shops were near by along with lots of great restaurants.

Wonderful stay

My family and I enjoyed this condo. Great location, we are a family of 6 and it fit us perfectly. My kids loved the pool area and the large grassy area we had by our lanai. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Very clean as well. The hosts were very helpful and we had great communication. We will def be booking with them again. Thank you for making our vacation wonderful!

Great condo for family vacation

Matthew worked with us on early check in and the condo is one of the best equipped that we have ever rented through VRBO. Close to great beaches, fun food trucks with a beautiful pool to hang out at and watch the sunset. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean /spacious and very nicely equipped, I didn’t have to buy anything extra. Walking distance to beach nearby to walk or swim and view sunset. We also took some nice pictures of sunset outside of the house on the lawn. We slept well, cooked a few meals and used the laundry couple of times.

The condo was nice and the grounds were pretty with lots of tropical plants. The manager was responsive to our request for a mattress topper for the sofa bed and brought one immediately, which was very appreciated! Also the condo was reasonably priced. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Pictures are accurate

The property is exactly what the pictures show. The only issue we had is that some of the neighbors did not observe the quiet hours. Children playing outside your condo at 6:00AM is not ideal. We tried to notify the property manager of some electrical outlet issues, but were not able to make contact with him for some reason.

Great home base on Maui

We really enjoyed our stay - we've stayed at the Palms several times but this was our first time in this condo. We thought it was really comfortable, well set up for our vacation and tucked away in a nice and quiet part of the property while still close to the pool. The booking, check in and check out processes were super simple. We'll book again for sure! Thank you!

Amazing condo

Loved the location and size of the condo! The lanai was perfect! Tried to get through by email to the management company about the type of coffee pot but my email was never answered. Only negative!!

The Palms are centrally located to everything and the condo location itself was perfect. We loved the walk-out bottom floor and the corner location made the outdoor seating areas very private and ideal for morning coffee and watching the sunsets over the water. The pool was also nice and easy to get to. All the amenities in the unit were high quality and worked well. Everything we needed for a fun beach day was also included - highly recommend and hope to return! Easy-peasy and island breezy.

Nice vacation getaway

We enjoyed staying at the property. The unit was nice, clean and comfortable. The patio area was nice for eating and barbecuing. We enjoyed the pool area a lot. Owners should replace the fridge. It’s out dated and ice maker doesn’t work so you need to get ice from inside. Also, an area rug would be nice to make the place seem more cozy. Property manager was attentive to questions and in addressing a couple concerns.

We really enjoyed staying here and we are so thankful for the use of the beach chairs and umbrella. The location to the beach and the nearby town for food and surf lessons was ideal. We had a rental car and found it very easy to do day trips to see the island.

The Palms at Wailea

Good location, very peaceful, 2 minutes from pool, 5-10min walk to many good beaches, sunset views from lawn by patio, within walking distance of shops. Kitchen adequately stocked although new skillets needed. There were a few maintenance issues and property manager was very responsive when we let staff know. Comfortable and worked well for our group of 4.

Amazing accommodation and property management!!

The unit is exactly as it is presented: spacious, private, and comfortable. It is close enough to beaches and shops without any of the noise. There is a beautiful view of the sunset from just outside the patio. The unit is very clean and stocked with basics such as beach chairs (a must), boogie boards, beach toys, and floaties. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and spices! The property management (especially Matthew) is amazing and beyond accommodating. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful condo in the heart of Wailea

Second time visiting Maui and our stay in this condo was everything we were looking for, from the cleanliness to the location and quiet neighborhood. Give it a complete 5 start due to the privacy you get to experience throughout the whole stay. Their check-in and checkout process is flawless.

This place was everything it said it was - beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed it thoroughly and would definitely come back again. A vehicle is almost needed though to obtain groceries and bring all the beach gear to the beach!

We walked to the beach and it was a great centrally location for getting around Maui. We rented a car and explored the island. The condo had great amenities and was very comfortable! I will mention that it does have 2 big steps to the main living room and kitchen so you cannot be elderly or disabled to stay here. We were not so all was great but it could pose a problem for others and this isn’t mentioned anywhere in the post for the condo.
