Views from this fantastic Ocean Front villa begin the moment you walk through the landscaped garden and in the front door - gazing through the bright decor of the living room, out through the comfortable and inviting lanai and over the refreshing swimming pool directly to the magnificent Caribbean Sea. The deck is a welcoming refuge with lounge chairs, hammock, palm trees and, in the evenings, glorious sunsets over the water. Your breath and your worries will be taken away!

Kas LaMar has 3 Bedrooms (all with AC) 2 full Baths and will sleep up to 6 guests in the lap of luxury!

The attention to detail is unsurpassed, from the fully equipped gourmet European Kitchen to the private Dive Gear station with rinse tanks, hanging rod and outdoor shower..

There is everything you could ever want and more....!

The Villa is fully air conditioned. It is Located in the upscale Crown Ridge section of Sabadeco.
Kas LaMar sits right in front of the Andrea 1 Dive Site, which is also one of the best snorkel sites on the island.

It is about 7 minutes by car to Downtown Kralendijk and 6 miles from the Airport .

There is a Full Time, at-your-service property manager.

This home is absolute perfection. The view is stunning…I mean, jaw dropping gorgeous. Larry, the owner, was extremely easy to reach and went out of his way to make our stay amazing, as did Marie the property manager. All air con was fully functioning and the entire property inside and out was meticulously cared for. There’s a grocery store 2 minutes away which was very convenient as the property has a full kitchen and outdoor grill.

This property is exceptional. This was our second year staying at this home and it was just as wonderful as it was last year. The location is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located near many dive sites. The home is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, cleaning stations for your dive equipment outside, all the linens you could possibly need including towels for the pool. The property manager is very responsive in the rare event that we needed anything. I highly recommend.

This property was high resort quality. The kitchen was well stocked with quality dishes, pots,pans and appliances. The interior was immaculately clean, the private pool a delight and the exterior furniture was comfortable and plentiful. And of course the view was magnificent. The owner and property manager were helpful and delightful. Wonderful location made a superior vacation.

Somewhere Over the Rainbow

Communication was excellent, not only with the owner who always made me feel welcome with each exchange, but with Marie who managed affairs on the ground. We received red carpet attention with a friendly meet at the airport and escort to the unit. A brief tour of the unit and we were on our own. The unit is as described with incredible sea side location and spacious and well maintained interior. We were a party of 5 and it felt like more space than we needed. The unit sits in a development among of other noteworthy homes and is optimally located to the rest of what the island has to offer. But assume you don’t want to go anywhere, then that works out beautifully also as you are a short walk from the shore and what may be some of the finest snorkeling on the island. Not a beach person? The unit has broad shoreline views and a pool on site to cool things off midday or as you see fit. If there was any criticism to levy it would be petty: the pool cleaners just showed up on a Saturday while we were watching the shore from the patio. It caught us off guard but we ultimately didn’t care but I could see how someone seeking privacy may be troubled. Go here if you want a brilliant asterisk on your island vacation.

Fabulous

Fantastic house and location. The pool deck/patio is very private with a beautiful view. We used the out door gas grill often. Plenty of seating on the deck and umbrellas for shade. SCUBA on Bonaire is wonderful. Essentially no coral bleaching. Reef very healthy with critters and fish. East Coast SCUBA boat is a must do. Air conditioning very nice works well. Definitely will stay at this house next trip.

A Taste of Island Life in the Dutch Caribbean

Perfectly suited for scuba divers and located right off of a nice reef. Beautiful views make it great for reading a book & sipping coffee ocean-side. The pool was nice for relaxing after dives and hiking in the park! A well-equipped kitchen provided plenty of dishes for cooking. Spacious accommodations. Beds are firm and plenty of pillows, but could use some variety in the pillow options. A great breeze comes through with both doors open and the a/c units worked wonderfully! WiFi had plenty of band width for the whole family.

Great place to stay in Bonaire

This was our second visit to Bonaire and Reef front divers dream and we hope to return again next year. This is a first class home on the ocean with a great pool, in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to snorkel at Andrea 1 and 2 dive sites. The home has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.

Absolutely wonderful!

Rarely does a place actually exceed our expectations, but this one definitely did. The view especially is amazing. We loved the sunsets. We were met at the airport by Marie who gave a thorough and detailed tour of the house, which was spotless I might add. The house is not only well furnished but tastefully furnished as well. The kitchen has everything we needed. The outside area is also well furnished for relaxing in the pool, in the sun, or in the shade. The outside cleaning area for scuba and/or snorkel equipment was greatly appreciated and extremely handy. We enjoyed being able to walk to scuba and snorkel right from the house. Overall, this is one of the nicest places we have stayed, and we plan on coming back.

Excellent rental for divers!

We stayed for 2 weeks with our grown children and partners, diving twice a day most days. The dive gear rinse station was easy access with great hanging space and 2 tubs. The pool and front deck were just perfect for relaxing, reading, happy hour, card games, sunsets. We used the gas grill a bunch making most of our meals in-house. The neighbors were friendly--most are permanent residents, but we had privacy and quiet. Responsiveness by the host gets an A! The few items needing attention were dealt with immediately--best service we have ever had in all of our rentals here on the island.

Great for snorkeling or diving.

We stayed here for a week in early December. This home with its fabulous view is perfect for a couple with kids, but we would have liked to have had a larger second bedroom for our son and daughter in law. The home was very clean and comfortable. Access to Andrea I and II was superb!

Wonderful Oceanfront Villa

This is the nicest property I have stayed at in the Caribbean and I have stayed at many. The villa is well built, well equipped, in great condition and in one of the best locations for diving, snorkeling or just enjoying the pool and watching the sunset over the ocean. I could not think of one thing we needed that wasn't there. It was actually prettier than the pictures we saw on line and it was very private with tall walls separating the other properties. Close to everything but just far enough away for privacy. We would definitely go back.

exceeded my high expectations!

Obviously from the pictures and reviews, my expectations were quite high. This place exceeded them. The house is just as described and featured in the pictures. It was the location that the descriptions can't capture. I have been to Bonaire 4 times, always a little north of town, but never oceanfront. The setting is extremely private and quiet other than the boats moored at the dive/snorkel site. Though the sunsets are wonderful, I most enjoyed the morning and sunrise. The view and peacefulness is sublime. Each morning with my coffee I averaged seeing 30 or more bird species from hummingbirds to pelicans. It is well set up for divers and the gear rinsing/disinfecting process (due to the SCTLD) was quite simple with the two large rinse tanks. We did several dives out front and snorkeled as well. Our last night we took our flashlights and had a wonderful night snorkel. We could have spent the entire week diving right out front.

Paradise by the sea!

This home was spectacular! There wasn’t a single item we needed that wasn’t provided. Extremely well equipped, property manager responded within seconds the one time we had a question and the location could not have been more perfect. We’ll be back 😃
